Somehow I stuck with these folks for 5 years. WHY, why oh why I don't know. Earned $25 when they were dishing out cash, 350 points when points all in 5 years. Current prizes are decades away at this rate. A bonefied waste of time for me.

Previously paid $1/survey Paypal. I had no complaints. NOW POINTS, approx 225 points a survey. For example, an item worth about $10/$15 list requires 10,750 points. Worthless for me. I suggest that if you are considering this survey company you review their rewards first. If you can find what you want then I guess OK for you but not for me.

I have been a member of this site for about 2 years. I used to get invites that were to complete surveys with no mention of incentives. I started getting invites that mentioned points given for completing survey. I searched the site and nowhere is there any mention of how to redeem points. After contacting I was told that the points were redeenable through Maximilus- a UK based company that does not ship to US addresses. After many headaches I have stopped all my survey.com efforts. A total and complete JOKE.

Surveys.com will tell you that "no incentive is due" on several surveys that you have completed. This is a very unprofessional company and they are a ripoff. I write down the survey #s for all surveys that I complete and I also move the original survey invitation into a folder called "Completed surveys". I wrote Carol Henderson two ask her what's the status on Payments for 4 completed surveys, and she wrote to me that two will be paid and there is "no incentives due" for the other two surveys. I've been doing surveys for a couple of years and I know when I complete a survey. Also, they do not let you track your incentives on their website.

I have not been paid for the last three surveys I did for surveys.com. I have sent emails, with screenshots of the completed surveys. They have not responded to my emails.

Ahhh what can I say. Surveys.com is another sweeps panel. A few surveys a month. Pay attention to the message in the email. It'll state if there's a reward. Sometimes there is, and payment is via paypal. You may get one paid survey out of 10. over all, i'd say join the panel.
