by Moe, Mar 15 '09 I was just about to sign-up to see if I can quickly make an extra few dollars on my downtime, however, after reading all of your "Warnings", I think it's just best to Pass and move on to something else. Just wanted to say Thanks for the avoided headacks... |

Scam to Buy
by Barb, Dec 24 '08 Only been with them for about two weeks. Absolutely every "Survey" I have received has required me to sign up for some kind of service...credit reports, insurance quotes, etc. When the service costs a fee--they do break down the difference between the fee and compensation. But overall, not getting paid to do surveys--they are getting paid to send folks to websites most folks are smart enough to stay away from in the first place!! Removing my registration today!! |

Possible scam
by wendy , Dec 10 '08 As everybody else, I signed up for Vindale Research but I noticed that one of the links given was an affiliate link given by Commission Junction. I think this is a scam site whereby they get paid for us, the unsuspecting panel member, to click on the link and sign-up. The latest is a trip to Cyprus, but we don't get paid, oh no, we are given the 'treat' of going to Cyprus for JUST £49 but no commission is paid for this. I would urge everyone to stay away from Vindale Research as they are cheaters and scam artists. I have told Tradedoubler and Commission Junction of their activities and they are looking into it. |

Just Signed Up
by Myrna, Dec 08 '08 Just signed up for this one and immediatly they wanted me to do the credit check sign up also. I refused. I got the 3rd "introduction" part today telling me I would use my credit card or money to actually purchase these things so "I would think more like a consumer". I immediatly came to this site to confirm my opinion of them. Thanks to all of you who took the time to post your opinions. I think this is a dangerous one concerning getting very personal financial information! I always refuse to answer any financial questions or do financial surveys. |

WORST POSSIBLE OPTION
by Melissa, Dec 05 '08 I was with Vindale and was SO happy because I was RAPIDLY reaching the "magic dollar amount" to be paid! I finally reached it, requested payment, and never got it. When I researched further, I found out that my balance had been "zeroed" out. So I completed several more surveys because they told me that some of the surveys didn't qualify or something and that they would reset my balance and I'd only be about $9 away from a payment. I completed more surveys and would've been paid, but once again, the balance was "zeroed" out. THIS time, I was unable to reach them (all emails kept bouncing and at the time I couldn't get a phone number for them. I found them on another site similar to surveypolice.com and they had NOTHING BUT COMPLAINTS. It's a year later and I'm AMAZED that they're still in business at all! |

Watch out
by ilona, Nov 25 '08 They sending all this surveys, saying you get paid, this and that much, its all lies. I did work for them till I reached almost $ 200.00 and they didn't credited me, when I asked I was told its a mistake in the service. Till don't get paid. Get charged from companies for no reason on my credit card. My advice, stay away from them. |

Dangerous offers
by Jenny, Oct 26 '08 Stay clear of this one! They require you to sign on with other companies to review 3rd party websites. It is your own responsibility to cancel your membership with these 3rd parties. In most cases, these 3rd parties are the most dangerous around in stealing and selling your information, charging your bank account (yes they require your bank info) for months without services, and often have no real product to show for the charges. Their credit check "fast track starter survey" is one of the worst. It's not worth damaging your credit score to complete a dinky little survey! |

This is NOT Surveys, it is a link to services
by Sioux, Oct 08 '08 I refuse to work on any of links sent. These always wan to many personal details and want you to spend too much money or start trials. I consider it very unproffessional and far away from any company with a good reputation! |

Advertising for a fee. Not a survey site.
by janet, Jun 26 '08 They send you surveys indicating a decent payout. TRICK is, they take a set amt. from your credit card acct.(which they do explain), to pay for the product or service to try but until you have pd. this and done the survey will they refund most times the money you've paid so no money is earned. What is so deceptive is the email they send that falsey states the award of money that is actually pd. out by you and then refunded if you answer the survey and sometimes continue with the service. Basically you're paying to try a product and that is the award! This is (not) a legitimate survey company. It is advertising for a fee. I have not pd. them any money so can not speak for their track record in reimbursing. READ THE FINE PRINT and don't pay them money for something you can try or buy for a lesser amt.. It's a ripoff |

Concerned about joining
by m, Apr 26 '08 I recently joined Vindale Research and am now questioning it. As part of the sign-up, they offer $ to do a trial survey in which you rate a website. They want you to review a credit check/score site and want you to fill in all of your personal info (as you would to check your report) and then rate the "site." Basically they are asking you to reveal your Social, mothers madien name, etc not to the credit report company, but to them...! Didn't do it of course, but I've been registered 24hours and I'm already worried about my privacy/security |

Caution in order
by Cyd, Dec 16 '07 I had this gang on my list of garbage survey companies that I unsubscribed from in the past. My notes have aged a bit, so I often give them a second chance. I started to with vindale, but refused to go beyond my computer's security warnings as I began the process. Besides, it looked pretty much the same: I call them garbage survey co.'s when they are really nothing but attempts to get you to buy stuff disguised as surveys, so I doubt I'm missing anything |
