I joined this site about 9 months ago. I only received maybe 5 surveys and I did not qualify for one. The incentive was GOOD, but I never qualified and so few surveys!

They don't send me surveys very often and I rarely qualify for the ones they do send me. The surveys I have taken are interesting and they pay promptly. Wish they'd send me more survey invites.

I've done several surveys and the least amount I've recieved for doing it was 15.00 dollars. This site is real, and the money is good. Plus you don't have to spend alot of time on one survey.

I just did a survey with a recorded voice. It was definately not English speaking. After listening five times I finally understood it. So far things are working well with them. I will sure write another review if they break their word. Save copies of your e-mails confirming you completion of a survey.

Generally $2 for a 10-min brand evaluation survey. They pay in a timely way.No complaint here.

HOWEVER, when they did contact me to take surveys it was for a large amount and they paid me within a reasonable time! They show you your status concerning reaching your payment.... AND THEY DO PAYPAL. No Complaints here :)

I was a panelist of this site years ago, I never received payout for a survey and finally got a reply from customer service a few months and many emails later. I was supposed to be paid $2 paypal, but they paid me $10 I guess for my trouble. They then booted me out of the panel and I haven't been able to join again.

I have been a member of Brand Institute for two months. So far I have completed five surveys and earned $13. So that's an average of about $2.50 per survey which is much better than a lot of other site's rates.

They ask for a social security number which I have never ever seen a survey company do; especially one that pays by paypal, what is the purpose in that? Please be careful out there giving out any ss numbers!

I like Brand Institute, have always gotten paid fast. I don't get many surveys but the ones I do are interesting and compensated for.

I rather like Brand Institute, they have a different kind of survey setup where you get to decide on the names of products and rate them. I have been paid by check twice already without even requesting the payout. Sure, they were only for $2 each, but they do pay quickly in my opinion. I have only been a member for 4 months, but I do like the change of pace you get with them.

Excuses are Brand Institute's stock in trade. They claim you've violated their rules as soon as it's time to pay. When you ask for exact details because you question the validity of their claim, the ignore you. I have tried to resolve the issue they claimed by email and phone to no avail. The phone is never answered and the emails are not returned. I'm ready to bring this outfit to the attention of the Florida Attorney General. Avoid this company, they're clearly not legitimate!
