not worth it :-(
by kevin, Sep 11 '09 i have been with them for a year now and have 455 points. You need 2500 ($50) to cash out. They send maybe 1 survey every 3 months and I don't qualify for it. Most of my points are from completing the profile thing. You get 25 points if you don't qualify. It's not really worth it to be honest. |

takes way to long to cashout
by virginia, Jul 19 '09 I have been a member for a few years now and I'm only at 2400 pts. Cashout is 2500. I emailed them asking why I have not had survey in almost a year. They never did respond. A couple of weeks ago I finally recived a surey. I just want to cashout and be done with them. |

No Surveys
by Melanie, May 20 '09 I have been a member for about four months and have not received a single survey invitation yet. Plus, it says that you need 2,500 points to cash out but yet it doesn't say anywhere on the site what 2,500 points equals in cash. |

No surveys-no points!

Usu, I qualify but they haven't sent enough to add up to 2,500-the cash out point. It's a waste of time- I think their aim is to have you sign up and take as many surveys as possible without having to pay. |

WAY TOO LITTLE POINTS GIVEN

cutomer service is the worst
by Lynn, Nov 09 '08 misplacesd my password have contacted their customer service 10 times have yet to hear back from them. On top of that it tells me the answer to my security question is incorrect!! The question is my mother's maiden name...I know this and it hasn't changed!!! Would not recommend because LACK of customer service!!! |

Ok, But Won't Recommend

I have been a member for over 3 years and was only able to turn in this past spring. The surveys are ok, but sometimes I may go 2-3 months at a time and not get any at all. |

they throttle
by Joseph, Feb 05 '08 I'm so close to a cash out, but they quit sending surveys. Easy to qualify for though. You need 2500 points to cash out through ClickIQ. I'm at 2200. Almost 3 years with them. No cash out though. |
