They promised $20 cash incentive for a detailed multi-day diary. After several months of excuses, they finally delivered a "gift code", for a very limited selection of prizes. The incentive probably had a retail value of about $5, if you wanted any of the prizes, which I didn't. I'm sure it was a lot cheaper for them than sending out $20. They do not respond to email.

I have been a member for a couple weeks and had a few lower point paying surveys but was also offered a survey with a $10 Amazon reward and received it 3 days after I took the survey and qualified.

don't bother. if you try to cash out your points, they'll close your acct saying YOUR fraudulent when they are full of excuses and no pay no way

I completed a survey and was supposed to receive a $15.00 Amazon g.c. as payment, it never showed and my emails were never answered!

I took a survey July 3, 2008 with a $15.00 incentive. I never received payment. When questioned I was told that they did send a check and it was cashed. I've asked for a copy of the check which they stated they faxed to me twice. I never received either fax. They suggested that it should be scanned and e-mailed to me. When I agreed to this it was not done and they do not respond to any e-mails. I do not recommend this company.

I don't understand the earlier ratings, unless they've changed recently, but i have had nothing but goodness from these guys. I have been asked to participate two times now in product testing and was rewarded promptly....AND I'VE BEEN A MEMBER FOR LESS THEN SIX WEEKS!!!!!!

I've taken surveys with various companies, and I must say, Datatelligence is one of the better ones out there. The surveys are interesting, the incentives are good, and I don't feel like I'm being abused at any time. I would definitely recommend joining this panel.

I've tried a few of these panels, and I have to say Datatelligence is probably the most honest of them. They do take a while on their incentives, but YOU GET THEM.
I took about five surveys with them and received all the incentives after awhile.
I mean, $10.00 Amazon GC for a hair study, and then $15.00 Amazon GC for a Pet Study, both of which I received. I can't really argue with getting $25.00.

I have been credited with all of my points. Also, I've only been registered for two months. I've already received a $15 Amazon gift card and a $15 check.

I rate it highly and will continue to use it.

I think this is a pretty good survey site but the big flaw is that it takes time for points to be credited to your account. I used to also think that the points were simply not being credited and so I just stopped doing surveys with them. And then maybe 1 1/2 months later I decided to sign back on and voila my points were there. Plus lately I have been receiving special surveys for like $15 cash and $10 amazon gift cards, all of which I have qualified for and so far I have received one $15 check. Not bad for maybe 20-25 minutes of my time!

I have recently been sent surveys that have suppose to have been for $10 and $15 lately and after 25 min. of survey taking i was screened out. This site takes your information and gets paid and does'nt pay its participants. Scam avoid them unless you like to be taken advantage of............

I don't get how this is in the top 10 of panels. Like others mentioned here, the points just don't get credited. I recently completed a 1000 point survey, and the points aren't there. There have been other 100 point surveys not counted - but 1000 points is just too much to miss. Really pathetic.

The site is a scam. I have taken several surveys, and they have never credited my points. I've deleted my account.

So close to a cash out, 200 points to be exact. Almost 3 years with them and have never cashed out. I once was invited to a short survey that paid $15.00 and about 5 weeks later, the check arrived. Datatelligence throttles panelists.

I've been a member for a little over a half year and have completed approximately 8 surveys, 4 of which were supposed to be for 100 points each, and I've yet to see the points credited. I'm not wasting anymore time. I'm canceling my membership. It's just not worth the trouble of nagging someone to give you the points promised.

I have not been credited points for completed surveys since July 2006, despite completing several in that time period. They will not respond to my emails.
