"Where are my Points???"
Tuesday, March 29, 2011 by Donna

I have never reached the 1,000 pts needed to cash out. I have been stuck on 705 pts for months now, even though I continue to do the surveys!! I sent an email about my missing pts and got a response back saying they would "check into it as soon as possible", well, that was 2 months ago!! There is no record of the surveys you have completed anywhere, so there is no way of making sure you get your points. Don't waste you time with this company.

"Never had a problem"
Thursday, March 17, 2011 by Amber

I've been a member of GlobalTestMarket for four months now. I get several surveys a day and I usually qualify for at least one of them. I was able to cash out for $50 within the first three months and although it took six weeks to receive it, I did get my check. By the time I got my check in the mail I was able to cash out for another $50. Maybe I'm just the right person at the right time, but I've never had a problem with them.

"Global Frustration More Like"
Monday, March 14, 2011 by Debbie

I've been a member for a few months and I'm growing to dislike GlobalTestMarket intensely. You're completing a survey for 35/40 market points (so it'll take a while to accumulate the number necessary to cash out but that's a different issue). Midway through the survey they interrupt saying there's another survey with a greater need and do you want to go there? The only option given is "Absolutely - take me there" or to close the window. The new survey has an incentive of one entry in the prize draw instead of market points. So you lose your train of thought, the chance to accumulate some points and have no choice in the survey you complete. I don't mind being screened out of surveys and being told that I don't qualify but this is just dragging me away from one survey where I've already invested time and thought to a new one where I don't get the same level of remuneration. This company's practices are cynical. I'm off once I can cash my points I'm not impressed.

"Complete Waste of Time"
Sunday, January 23, 2011 by Christopher

It took me well over a year to reach the minimum 1000 points required to request a $50 check. They send out plenty of surveys every day but almost all of their surveys I spend 15-20 minutes on and I'm told at the very end that I don't qualify. The incentives aren't very good either. $1 - $1.25? Alot of other survey sites pay more than that. This site is a complete waste of my valuable time.

"Just O.K."

I've been a user for more than a year and managed to collect only one payment of ?10. It was made quick and smooth, but they don't send many surveys, so I use them only becuse they are fair.
