i have been on 850 points for about 10 months now, i recieve about 12 invitations per week, none of which have ever given me points that were stated for completing the surveys, today i just spent 20 minutes (doing a so-called 15 minute survey!) when i was at 98% i was told 'unfortunately you are incompatible' so i complain to GTM and recieved this reply:-

The screening process depends on different requirements for each study. An example could be that you were not using the brand for which the study was looking for. Unfortunately the point of the screening process depends mostly on our clients

You used to get 5 points if you did not qualify for a survey. Now you get a sweepstakes entry. I get tons of invitations for sweepstakes entries but not many for actual points and the ones I do I rarely qualify.I use to be able to cash out several times a year for $50 but now I will be lucky if I cashout at all this year. They use to be one of the best but not anymore. Unless you don't care about the incentives stay away. It is just not worth the time anymore.

Yesterday Global sent me a survey about crackers, it was soooooooooooooooooo long. It took me about 45 minutes to almost an hour, which is okay because they were going to give me 65 marketpoints (which I calculated to be about $3.50), But then at the very end of the survey, they kicked me out and said that I did not qualify. I used to like Global alot, but if they are going to be doing stuff like that to me where I am wasting my time for nothing...then forget them!!!

I have not been a member long. Only 3 days. I live in Thailand now but don't read Thai. When I signed up the only language choice I had was Thai. It took about 36 hours and 12 emails, which they answered everyone 100% and within a few hours. And in the end Valentina and company resolved the problem for me and I got my first email today.

Previously had no problem reaching payout but now much more difficult, am at 750 points for nearly 6 months (need 1000). Many OTX surveys which I have learned not to waste my time. No longer getting 5 points (25 cents) if not acceptable, also offering sweeps which never did before. I only recommend them because they pay well if you complete a survey but I wish they would lower cashout because much more difficult to reach.
