The support team is an offshore contracted company with little command of the English language. If you submit a screenshot of the completion page, they responds "you were screened out", or nothing to do with your request. The corp ofc admits its a problem and knows they have server issues not capturing your completes.

Watch what you say, even if put nicely! If you didn't get paid for a survey and speak up, they may close your account w/o notice, & keep ALL your earned moneys, whether a dollar or hundreds!!!

"You're disrespectful, used obscenities, sent graphic or obscene pictures, and so on --none you did but they use a cut & paste paragraph when they want to threaten you with closure.

This is illegal & fraudulent. The company is unethical, deals in unfair business practices, and misrepresentation.

The parent company is Global Market Insite Inc, located in Bellevue, Washington US.

When I first joined GTM, They were good, but it seems lately they ave went down hill. Points would add up fast in the begining. They cut out the 5 points for trying. Also the surveys are now worth less points and they are trying to be slick when it comes to points. Just today I took 2 surveys which I qualified for and when I completed them( about 30 minutes each) it told me to push continue to receive points. When this was done, I didnt get the points and it told me that I have been screened out. A total waste of an hour of my time. This company has went down hill. I just submitted for a $50 check and as soon as I receive it, I will be ending my survey taking relationship with them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

They flood my inbox with survey invitations, but I've never earned any points in the months that I've been a member. This site has been a waste of my time; I'm resigning.

then.. why would you pay people an average of 5-40pts a survey, thats not even an average of 50cents a survey? I wish I would of known this before I joined and wasted time doing surveys, I have a long way to go before I cash out (theres no way Im quitting before I collect whats mine) and most of the time a survey is closed or I dont qualify and then I get sweepstakes, next to zoompanel (due to technical errors that werent resolved) this is the worst survey site I have encountered.

I contacted customer service regarding a problem with a survey. The reply I received did not address my issue or demonstrate understanding of the problem. I tried twice to communicate the problem without success. I clicked on the link provided in the customer service response to rate the result and I marked it unsatisfied and marked neutral in recommending GTM to others. That same day I stopped receiving any surveys from them and haven't received any since even though I previously received several surveys each day. What really gets me is that I was so close to reaching the 1000 points to cash out. Beware of this company.
