"I gave up"
Friday, September 17, 2010 by Lisa

Now, they are sending me 2 to 4 surveys a day, which is tempting. When I first started to take their surveys, I spent more time doing theirs than any other online survey companies. I was surprised how many of them I completed and how few points I had. I also didn't qualify for many of them which was a large amount of wasted time. I might give them another chance but I'm in no hurry.

"Greatly Diminished"
Friday, September 17, 2010 by Catherine

I must concur with those who note how far this company has fallen. Point values for surveys have plummeted, most incent with mere sweeps entries, and it is getting harder and harder to earn enough points to cash out. I am also extremely annoyed by their new policy of sending a survey invitation and then DQ'ing automatically, when you try to click into it. I inquired about this with customer service, only to get a coy response asking me for minute details of the episode -- as if this episode did not repeat on a daily basis! This was once my favorite survey site; now that I have quit the Greenfield horror-site, it is my least favorite.

"went way downhill"
Friday, September 17, 2010 by cheryl

this used to be a decent company. I've cashed out a couple times in 3 years, but since they went to a sweeps entry "reward" for about half the surveys, they've been horrible. I took a survey one day that took twice as long as stated, and when I tried to submit my final answers, it timed out. I never did get my points for that one even tho I contacted customer service several times. Needless to say it took me way too long to finally get the last 25 points to hit the magic 1000 points needed to cash out, and as soon as my check arrives, I'll be closing my account

"Lots of surveys, real site, but takes awhile payout"
Friday, September 17, 2010 by Mike

First of all, Global Test Market is a legit panel that has real research surveys by major companies, so that's a great start. I've taken some pretty interesting surveys as well in entertainment (TV, movies, games), which is a big plus. However, it took me about 1 year of taking surveys (doing about 5 a week and qualifying about 5% of the time) to reach 1000 and cash out. So, keep that mind. I did recently land a 500 point ($25) survey though, which was awesome! After trying a lot of panels, I am down to 3 I use regularly: Pinecone, SurveySpot, and Global Test Market.

"On-speculation surveys"
Friday, September 17, 2010 by Jo

Despite their claims of rewards, the only "reward" I ever received was one or more entries into their drawings which I, of course, never won. I recently cancelled my membership after more than a year; after answering survey after survey I only accrued the 250 points they initially gave me for joining. I consider this a rip-off.
