I've been with GTM for many years now, when both my wife and I joined their panel. I've got a few cheques in the past. However, I've been saving my points for a large $200 cheque and when I cashed it in, I never saw my money, my accounts were cancelled and after I send probably around 25 emails of complaint to both GTM and their parent company, I finally got an email back saying it was due to Fraud, and I was maintaining multiple accounts. This, even when I told them that my wife and I had joined at a time when they said it was one account PER PERSON, but now they've changed their rules to one account PER HOUSEHOLD. Instead of informing me of this, they kept quiet, let my wife and I do the surveys, and when I tried to cash them in (as I was doing all the surveys quite regularly unlike my wife), they simply deleted the accounts, so I lost my money and all the time (probably 14-18 months of work). I would stay away from them - there's several other survey sites that pay well, and that have good customer service if you have a problem (Had the same problem with duplicate accounts for another company, and when I explained that my wife and I ahd created accounts, they simply said they understand but as the rule is only one per household, I must choose which one I want.. Global Test Market was not that ethical - they simply cancelled BOTH accounts (without paying me out either). STAY AWAY
I've been on this site for a couple months now, and they always give the 50 dollar checks on schedule. Usually 4 weeks and you'll get your check, just like they say!
Lightspeed has done it again! They just took over the site and now everybodys getting screwed! They owe me $50 for over 2 months-bet I'll never see it. Inquiries get responded to by canned emails that really have no relationship to the inquiry and you cannot get through to anybody from the phone # they supplied to SP. Now I think they have voided my account. My account # was missing from my last inquiry and though I still get emails with surveys, the link to them is non-working. So I'm out another $25 from accumulated points What a total WASTE!
This company simply does not pay and have no customer service (or at least not working one). Requested a check more than one year ago - haven't received. Contact customer service almost evey day (more than 100 requests already) - NO response. Contacted them through Facebook - answer "we can't help". Do not waste your time.
A few months ago I would have given them five stars, but recently they had a couple surveys where they offered 250 points to allow access via webcam in addition to points for the survey. It took me about five emails to get credited for the one from may 4. and I am still awaiting credit for one from may 29. On june 4 I got a response saying my issue was SOLVED and wait 7-10 days . Needless to say, that was 35 days ago and I am no closer to resolution and now am getting absolutely no feedback. Lousier customer service you will not find. They stated using zen desk for customer service and I think they just provide generic useless answers.
Before these issues, I have never had issue with this site and reliably got fifty dollars a month from them
