You used to be able to cash out with paypal with these people for 2500 points , now you need 5000 and they say there is 3% fee.I cannot find how much money 5000 points entitles you to. They have increased the amount of surveys you need to do to make anything. After next cash out I'm off. I recommend you do also so that a clear message is sent to them.

I've received $475 from them I have enough to cash out again once the surveys are confirmed. It says it takes about 4 weeks to get paid but lately it only takes about 3 weeks

I have completed quite a few surveys to reach the required 2500 points for payout. Like other I have completed many surveys and then not been credited for them. It took me almost 2 months of constant survey taking to reach the redemption amount only to have to wait at least 4 weeks before the payment is forwarded. I have decided to wait until I get paid for the first time before I bother to take anymore surveys on this site.

I've been a member for almost 2 years and in that time I have cashed out on numerous occasions. They do pay, they are legit but problems seem to be afoot.

In the past 6 months, the site has gone down hill. Surveys are few and far between and it has taken me an age to finally reach redemption. I've also noticed some of the surveys I completed have been marked invalid despite carefully completing.

Would like to recommend but for now I would just stay away

I decided to stop doing surveys because they keep on saying that my survey wasnt satifisfactory but then they I got huge influx of junk mail for no reason. they obviously sold my email! trust the others guys, these gratispoints are fraudsters!!

Everything seems fine until you get some 'Invalid' surveys popping up, even if you've been honest throughout every single one of them.

It's good that you will be credited with 10 points for every survey you do not qualify for, but this is all meaningless if they can withhold funds after a certain number of 'Invalids'.

It amounts to daylight robbery in other words, for I know that I haven't lied in any of their surveys.

While they seem good initially, don't be fooled.

I signed up for this survey site in January, admittedly I did not get many survey invitations at first. In Feb I only earnt 20 points, 50 in March and 70 in April, but then I realised if I visited the site daily instead of relying on email invites I was earning more points and by June I had enough to cash in £16.11 via paypal... It took a few weeks for payment to reach me, but i have been paid

For a start GRATIS means FREE, doesn't it? So for a start that is a misnomer straight away, as, are they actually giving you something for nothing - YOU'LL BE LUCKY IF YOU RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A SURVEY YOU HAVE FILLED OUT as they appear to to dissolve on the last page when it comes to submission!
I regularly receive invitations but VERY, VERY rarely get to fill in a survey, as they have closed or have not even been there.

Have belonged to it for ONE YEAR and have 750 points - 1525 are needed to cash out so I could be dead before I reach the threshhold!

They, I think, belong to SurveyHead.com which is so, so but that really is a long hard slog to earn anything with duff surveys, or you are unable to submit the final page for credit. You should be so lucky to recieve a reply from either of their so-called Customers Services - joke!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH EITHER OF THEM IS MY ADVICE - THEY ARE TEETERING ON THE EDGE OF BEING SCAM ARTISTS!

I've only had one issue with the company for one survey, but to be fair they have always paid when I ordered a payment be made. So far I've had two payments; one via Amazon and the other via Paypal and while the Paypal took just a week or so longer, I still received it. They send you an email to notify you of when they payment is sent which is nice. Haven't been a member that long either.

I have no problems with this site - and they do pay. My payment went into paypal with no problem after a few days, and the amount of surveys I receive is good. Yes, I do get screened out of the odd one, but that is to be expected. Overall, I would recommend.

It's part of the SurveyHead group of companies so right there you know it's a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

After earning £15.25 I claimed a MHV evoucher with was sent for £10.00 after numerous emails I am still waiting for the payment. Gratispoint surveys are a waste of time there customer service is very disappointing. Avoid if I were you.
