I just got an email from HealthTrak that said Happy Birthday (on my birthday) and that I had 8 points in my account. I just tried to go to the website to see what the points could eventually earn me, and when I typed in my email address to have them send me my password, it said that my email doesn't exist in their database. If that's the case, how did they send me and email on my birthday and tell me I have 8 points with them?

There is no website or any communication to this business. Don't even bother to do survey with them.
