Avoid! Not worth your time
by Phil, Mar 16 '12

This site seems great, but nearly impossible to get your money. You can only cash out at $25 and $50 dollars. For the 25 level it has to be a mediocre gift card, paypal only available at $50. They also take FOREVER (i.e., over a month) to 'validate' your surveys and clear your incentive and sometimes they declare it invalid. When you finally do cash out, it then takes over another month for them to process your $. You don't qualify for most surveys they prompt you to take as well. I mean, sure, you can earn money here, but there is so much hassle I highly recommend just about ANY OTHER site since you will be much happier.

Very slow award approval process
by Harley, Mar 14 '12

This site is clearly linked with Surveyhead. I completed surveys as long ago as December 2011 and they are STILL pending their approval. Once approved it can take several months more to receive payment.

So Far So Good
by Harvey, Dec 20 '11

I have recently received a payment(via PayPal) from ithink for $25 USD. As compared to Opinion Outpost and other survey websites, the process to get paid takes entirely too long. When you successfully complete a survey, YOUR money is put into a "pending" status. Once $25 of YOUR money changes status from a 'pending' status to a "earned" status, you can request the "redemption" of YOUR money. After several weeks(how many I don't recall), YOUR money will hit your PayPal account. This site is not for people who need instant gratification. For now, I will continue participating at ithink. By the way, Survey Monkey's website is a clone of ithink, but SM has a lower payout threshold. Some of the same surveys appear on both website. I learned this when SM's software informed me I already completed a survey which appeared virgin to me-one of thoughs aha moments.

Have upgraded their site for better
by Carolina, Oct 12 '11

I have had very good experiences with this panel. I joined July 1, 2011 and to date, have earned $75 in amazon gift certificates. I figure I am averaging about $25 per month. Most surveys are $1 or $2, a few are 3.4 or even 5 and are about 20 minutes each. There have been glitches where I've done a survey and not gotten credit. Oh well. I check the dashboard everyday and once in a while get a separate email request. If you have to email customer service, don't expect a reply for one to two weeks and don't expect them to directly answer your question. Foreigners? They are legit. Worth the time.

by Thom, Jul 09 '11

I qualified for a survey and completed part of the survey about 10 minutes into a 30 minute survey and was told I didn't qualify anymore AFTER they collected information and opinions on alcoholic beverage preferences of mine. ithink is a scam.

iThink changed their site to Surveyhead
by Michelle, Jul 02 '11

I had a balance of $24.75, .25 shy of cashing out. Imagine my surprise when I logged on today to see that it looks now amazingly like a Surveyhead site, and imagine how stunned I was to see that my balance was ZERO. They ought to be ashamed and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau! DO NOT JOIN! They will rip you off too. It took me over a year to get to almost $25, only to have my money disappear.

Few Surveys - No Incentives
by Sandra, Jan 11 '11

Receive maybe 2-3 surveys per year and have never received a dime from them. They enter you in some contest, whether you qualify for money or not - doubt it is for real. The last survey I completed said I would receive $2.00 by mail. I forgot about it until today - logged in and it said I was not eligible for an incentive on anything I had completed. Waste of time!

chat for cash
by Jennifer, Oct 11 '10

I just recently completed an online chat for $35. I waited to post until I got my check. It came by mail about 2 weeks after the chat. it was more fun than some chats i've done. I also recently received another invite for a multi-part survey that offered money but I didn't qualify.

Survey site with No Surveys
by Stephanie, Aug 22 '09

I forgot I was even a member of this site until I received a check in the mail for a whopping $1 of the 2 surveys I received from them in a 5 month period. I guess I can say they do pay and not a waste of time since they never send surveys to have time wasted....

Incentives need to be higher payout needs to be faster
by Marzetta, Nov 30 '08

I only get a couple of surveys everyone now and then the incentive is always a 1.00 and they send that by check why waste the paper and postage just get paypal and send the payment electronically if they did that then maybe they could save money and afford to pay their panelsit a higher incentive nothing exciting about getting a 1.00 in the mail.

OK survey place
by Linda, Apr 18 '08

Most of my surveys from them are for $2 (sometimes a dollar or a sweeps) but are fairly short and mostly about local sports teams and sponsors etc. I hear from them a couple of time a month on average.
Last month I got to do a product test with I think Inc. and got $10 for it.
It takes a while to get paid, but they always send the check.

by Joseph, Feb 18 '08

I've only made $3.00 on this site in the 4 year period i've been with them. Most incentives are $1-3. hardly worth it for 20+ minutes per survey. At that, paid surveys are very very rare. 9 out 10 surveys are lousy sweeps. Big waste of time.
