Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Although members may experience various levels of success taking surveys on the platform, the site is legit is not a scam by any means. It is safe to use and does not sell user data to third parties.

It varies if their surveys will work properly on mobile devices, failing that their survey layouts are well organised to easily reply to on a laptop. They payout quickly and would hope in the near future they tweak their mobile surveys.

Ipsos is a giant in market research. We are talking several billion in revenue worldwide.

So why Ipsos are you so utterly, disgustingly cheap on paying your respondents, who are a core reason why you're so rich?

I have to take 15-20+ surveys to get a $5 gift card. Yet you are charging your clients each thousands upon thousands for your research results.

What!?

Also with isay, Ipsos is encouraging respondents to be professional survey takers with their platform, because you can take survey after survey. And in fact, with their points system, they want you to take survey after survey. If you don't lie, you won't qualify for most surveys and spend A LOT OF TIME being screened out and getting no pennies for your time on that.

All this means Ipsos survey results to clients are going to be bogus on some level! I bet the clients don't even know what's going on here.

Shame on you Ipsos, don't be so cheap!

This website deserves 0 star rating if I could do it. I signed up yesterday, completed 2 surveys and then about 4 hours later, I receive an email saying that my account was deactivated!

In their terms of service, they say they have the right to deactivate without warning.

In my email I received, they told me my profile was not "suitable to their needs", how would they know they in just a few hours?

Pretty pathetic website. Don't waste your time with these people. I'd hate to get so many points to only get deactivated in the end.

They send survey invitations to me and when I accept then I answer questions and they won't accept me and give me no points most of the time. It is frustrating because if you contact support they want the survey number and you have no idea because some or most of them have no number because they move from survey to survey trying to find another one if you don't qualify so how am I supposed to know the survey number? They have a bad system and don't seem to care about the panelists work and time.

I signed up for i-Say on December 28th; I confirmed my e-mail address and filled in some profile info. The next day, without ever seeing a survey or participating in any way, I received a message that my account had been deactivated. It said:

"We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our market research needs. Consequently, your account was deactivated on 2020-12-29.

In these circumstances, your membership cannot be reactivated."

I contacted them, asking WHY?!...

...and two months later, I'm still waiting for their reply...

I'm having a hard time understanding how my profile is 'no longer suitable' for them--but it was 24 HOURS earlier! I'd avoid this site like the plague. If they ban a brand-new member out of the blue, for a reason that makes no sense, I just can't recommend it.
