Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Still waiting on a payment owing to me from the 14th May this year. Despite emailing them to confirm my address as asked twice, and sending further emails asking about my redemption, am still no further forward. Since the changeover to i-Say this panel has got worse, and customer service is no better. They even had the cheek to put the payment I hadn't received as fulfilled on my account!!! Anyone considering this panel beware of your payments, certainly not one to be trusted.

I used to like the site, but they recently redesigned it. Since the redesign it has been terrible. Rarely are the points applied to my account after taking surveys. I'm repeatedly having to contact them to get the pts applied. Surveys are often now longer for fewer pts even when they are applied. It has become a major hassle. I will be canceling my account once I receive the 1000pts needed for one final reward, just don't want the points I've already earned to go to waste.

I have been a member for many years and no problem. However, not as good as before. Lower points than before, surveys stay listed after you've been disqualified so you keep clicking them. A bother, they should be removed after your attempt. But, this problem of bearer check is new. November of 2013, received a bearer check from Ipsos for a frozen food survey purchase. I completed the survey. Bank would not recognize bearer check. Ipsos customer service emailed they would send corrected check with my name. Constant stalling, check never sent. I have emailed them multiple times. I have other points nearing cashout and then I will unsubscribe. I have no respect for this company. Appalling customer service, no respect for the survey taker. A shame!

Every time I get a ipsos survey, I get to the end and get kicked out. I keep going back and try another survey thinking maybe it's my computer, nope, they take up my time and answers and no reward, I'm done

I have been a member of this panel for at least 3 years. I have been very active and it takes quite a while to earn enough for a reward. I was notified in October that I won the Monthly Click Draw Sweepstakes and was sent a catalog to select my prize. My name, prize selection, and statement still appear on their winners page. I was told I should receive my prize in December. Sadly, my prize never came. I have tried to contact them via email, certified mail, and via their contact phone number for about 2 months now and have received no response.
