Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address and your phone number to complete your registration. Membership is free and available to adults in most major countries.

Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Points value: 1 point = $0.01 for most rewards. 100 iSay points therefore = $1.00.

Redeeming Your Points

Once you have just 500 i Say points (worth $5) in your account, you can redeem your points for rewards. Rewards options include (but may vary based on location and availability):

  • Paypal payments - available in denominations of $5, $15, $25 payments
  • Visa pre-paid cards - available in denominations of $10 or $25
  • Gift cards available to retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Apple, and more
  • Merchandise - hundreds of merchandise options are available in the Ipsos iSay Market catalog
  • Donations - donate your points to the Ipsos Foundation which has raised over $2 million for providing financial support to charities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and social enterprises.

Ipsos i Say offers a mobile app, available on both Android and iOS, so you can complete surveys on the go. Get up-to-date notifications when new surveys are released so you are in the know wherever you are. You can even check your account balance and redeem rewards while on the go!

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

You can expect to receive at least one survey per month, though you may receive many more if your profile details match with new surveys as they become available. Take online surveys on a variety of different topics and earn between 30-100 points or more for each survey you successfully complete. convenience. Access the latest surveys on the Ipsos iSay website dashboard or mobile app. Daily emails are also sent to you if surveys are available.

Refer your Friends!

Ipsos iSay provides the option to refer your family, friends or anyone who you think would be interested in collecting rewards for filling out surveys, via their refer-a-friend program. For each individual you successfully refer, you will collect 100 bonus i-Say points. A successful referral is considered when a referred friend or family member signs up and completes their first survey. Periodically there are promotions offering even more points for referring new panel members, so check in often.

Points for Screenouts and More

You will also receive points if you are screened out (5 points for each survey you screen out of). These can really add up over time and can help you meet your reward goals sooner.

Ipsos iSay is a legitimate online surveys site and is not a scam. Ipsos is a leading market research company that was founded in 1975 and conducts more than 70 million interviews per year for more than 5,000 clients in more than 100 countries. The Ipsos iSay survey panel has millions of members and is legitimate. Although members may experience various levels of success taking surveys on the platform, the site is legit is not a scam by any means. It is safe to use and does not sell user data to third parties.

Note: The European version of this panel, Ipsos Access Panels, merged with Ipsos i-Say. They are now one.

Awful company

I had once already discontinued membership with i-Say but was forced to re-join after Synovate, with which I was a member for many years, transferred to i-Say. The first red flag was that it took over 6 months to get points from surveys I'd already had verified, taken, and officially completed with Synovate. There was no good excuse from i-Say other than that they were busy; meanwhile, the company transfer was not in my control, yet I was potentially to lose $150 of untransferred points. After this debacle, things went along fine for a couple of years, until I suddenly stopped receiving emails all together. After not being able to log in, I was informed that my membership was canceled. Although it is the very first R&R listed for i-Say (kind of like being an at-will employee), when pushed they informed me that it was possible that I accidentally answered inconsistently on surveys but they had to cancel my account anyway. Feeling my reputation ruined and clearly without even being able to defend myself or even make an educated guess at what I could have done to deserve banishment, I had to fight for reinstatement of my previously earned points. I tested products at the risk of myself, family, and pets; spent countless hours doing i-Say surveys when I should have been doing other things -- and I simply got to wait to see if my points would be reinstated (and continue to be ignorant of why I was canceled).

For those who are having great experiences with the company, good for you -- but do know that mine and other reviews that have mentioned banishment and uninformed discontinuation of membership, I am here to tell you that it's absolutely true, and to watch your back with i-Say.

Not Worth Time

Used to be decent. Now there are too many errors taking surveys and when you contact support, they blame the survey taker for the error. Also you do not get 5 points if you screen out of the survey. There are plenty of times (95%) that no points are given. It just goes from survey to survey until to qualify, which is never. Spend over 45 minutes trying to qualify for a survey, did not even get 5 points. Very seldom go you get 5 points because it will just give an error or say that the survey was filled. One survey I did went to 99% completion and then I get the survey has been filled. So I just wasted 30 minutes for nothing, but the survey company was paid for my answers. Just a waste of time. Also the poll predictor very seldom appears after the survey, the so called sweeps are questionable because I never hear about the winners. It takes too long to get points. I have spend too many hours trying to get points and never seem to be able to complete survey. I get survey invitations but most of the surveys give errors. Very frustrating and it will takes several months just to get a $5 gift card. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this survey company. You will be better off picking up loose change off the street.

Customer support ignoring support not been paid when cashed out PayPal

This survey company used to be legit but as of late customer support has not answered my request. I have 3 paypal payments that have been in process for longer than a week also completed another diary for a 75 dollar ecard and have not received payment. I am starting to smell something funny and if they don't respond I will report to the bbb 0 stars if possible.

Arbitrary Shut Down of Account and Taking Points

I had a fairly long relationship with Ipsos and took a number of surveys but I always redeemed my points every time I reached $5.00 because of the reviews about them. This went fine for a while and they always told me what a great job of taking surveys I was doing. Then today, bam - totally out of the blue and for no reason at all they stole my 485 points and said they had expired. I inquired as to what happened and they said they closed my account? No explanation of why, nothing - I never did anything wrong. Did they get offended at one of the answers in my surveys? I was always honest and above board. I was always understanding even when I wouldn't receive any compensation for a survey once in a while even though I had finished the survey. Did I win one of their contests and they didn't want to pay off? They pay off in lots and lots of contest entries for those that keep trying to take surveys. I thought they were one of the good sites but I guess not because they certainly used me and then cheated me out of my points. Be wary of them. I am very upset at them right now.

I’ve cancelled my account

After completing a survey giving lots of personal information I was rerouted back to the beginning again so I sent an email to complain.
I was told the quota filled up whilst I was completing the survey (despite me reaching the end), which means they collected data without my permission.
I only deal with professional companies and in my opinion this is not one.
