keynote connector for the 2nd time this week has not sent me back to the original site I have taken the survey at and when I contacted them they claim its the survey sites fault and would not acknowlede any fault with themselves or give me some kind of credit for their surveys. I will not download their Keynote connector anymore (which you have to take out of your computer after your done with the survey or they are probably watching every move on your computer). Last survey you will ever see from me Keynote connector unless I'm credited and I will take this back m.ferrullo@yahoo.com

I just signed up so I really don't know if I recommend it or not, but they do NOT use Firefox at all. They don't use Mac either. Just Windows (so they say) and you must use IE.

Been with them about 3 years. Surveys always involve website evaluations. Some interesting some not so. Started off bad with no credit for the first evaluation but since then I've made $190. Invites have slowed over the past year. Was getting at least one invite a month but have only seen 2 or 3 this year and qualified for one. Good site but not stellar!

I've done two surveys with this company, both of which offers a 10 dollar amazon gift card. I gave my opinion, and answers and took my time. I emailed them to see why I haven't received my incentive and they won't respond. First message I sent was on Sept. 9th for the first one I took. 2nd Message I sent on Oct 7., and have still not received a reply.

Customer service is non-existent. If you want to have consumer opinions, you might want to actually treat the consumer correctly.. since your business ethics are lacking greatly.

I would have to say Keynote Research Panel is the best out their. Every study they have is fun to do and very interesting. The best thing about their studys is you get to learn new information about the website you are reviewing, and you get paid to review it, what is better than that.
I have done 7 review studys threw them for major companies and have always been paid $20.00 and $10.00 dollar Amazon Gift Code within 2 days.

I never had a problem with Keynote.The surveys are a bit involved, but the incentives are very well worth the effort put forth in the surveys. I love the Amazon gift cards !

i have done several survys for this company and never had a problem until now, i completed an evaluation on car insurance and out of the blue thay said they couldnot use my information because it did not meet there standards, and i would not be getting payment. i spent an hour at this site doing every task they requested and giving my opinion and examples just like always, i don't understand and they are not responding to my eails for explanation.

I've taken one survey with Keynote with a promise of a $10 Amazon.com giftcard, took the survey and got the reward within the 3 days that was promised! I am happy because now I can chop a few things off my wishlist on Amazon! I hope to get more surveys from them soon!

Have done many keynote surveys & referred family to keynote also. We all started out strong, stacking up amazon codes. Surveys are very long, involve interacting with a website, enjoyable. Then I got a couple of survey offers that raised my concerns. They wanted me not to just interact with a company website, but actually give the website all my personal info, including JOINING / getting quote / service. I have been on other survey sites that did this so you could see the INSIDE of the process, user area but they gave you a pre-made up login username/pwd to use, not use your OWN info!! I wouldnt do it because I didnt want the service/quote/credit card/account/SPAM. So, I declined to do this type of surveys. Since then, I have gotten NO OFFERS for surveys. The number of surveys has dropped off dramatically after the first few months for my family members also.

Ever since they were Vividence and have not had a single negative experience. The rewards are nice - usually $10 Amazon gift certs, although I've received the stray $5 survey and one $25 survey. However, the surveys do seem a little more involved than your average web survey. They really make you work for it. In total, I've received about $250 in Amazon gift certs from Vividence/Keynote over the past few years.

I just started with Keynote. 1 easy survey $10 Amazon card in 2 days. Can't complain about that.

They never plan to pay you until you complain it to SurveyPolice here. Always you use one hour to finish one survey but gain nothing although you answer the survey based on good faith.

Keynote is a great panel to be on. The incentives are very well worth the effort put forth in the surveys. They usually are around 40 minutes. The payout is Amazon certificates. Payment is based on good faith, which is you need to put the entire 40 minutes into the survey, and the effort. After completing the survey, your incentive arrives in your email within 3 business days.
