I applied for a reward on 10/02/2013, and received the Love2Shop vouchers by post on 13/02/2013! Never have I had such a prompt reply. PanelBase is much more interesting nowadays with it's Mini Polls and the option of submitting one's own poll. A daily visit is worthwhile.

I have recently joined up with panelbase and so far this company comes across as vastly overrated and not what it was hyped up to be.When you try to contact their customer services to sort out a few issues the number given just rings out.On a positive note the surveys are quite easy to do,but they do lie about how long it takes to do a survey though.One can only assume the high rating given to panelbase was down to some trainee or trainees employed by panelbase sending in tons of false ratings.

Given that this was rated #1 (above Pinecone Research) I really expected it to be something. It is as simple as this (not over-exaggerating etc etc)

I signed up 28/12/12. To date (29/1/13) I have had 3 survey invites (one was full even though I clicked on the link straight away), another was for prize draw entries and the last was for 50p. Thus my grand total accrued in the first month is £3.50 (includes £3 signup 'bonus'.

This is exceptionally disappointing given that Global Test Market destroy my inbox a minimum of 5 times a day, with Valued Opinions contributing usually 2 or 3. One Poll has around 7 mini survey per day. Why would I want to stay with this panel?

I am not going to rare it fully now, I shall wait a few more weeks to see if there's any improvement. If not, I may just sit it out til £10 and leave.

I shall re-write this review in a few weeks times..either approving or disapproving of this panel!

They're a bit spasmodic with the survey opportunities but the payment is OK for what you do, better than many. They pay fast too.

I've been a member of Panelbase for a while now and found it easy to use, simple surveys and nice incentives.
I have had no troubles at all with the surveys, nor with the payments arriving to my home.
The payments are sent out in no time at all and an E-mail even lets me know when they have been dispatched.
if you have a few minutes spare then take a look on panelbase as you may be pleasantly surprised.

I have been doing surveys for Panelbase for a while and the surveys are getting more frequent although I do get screened out of some of them. Customer service is spot on with this company and payouts are fast. Ok, so I'm not going to make a mint with them but the surveys are easy to do and it's nice to get a good reward every now and then. I've just claimed £25 in vouchers, thank you very much!

I joined panel a few months ago and have a good experience with them. They also give you the option to register for product testing when you register. payment is direct to bank account. Only problem is they don't send out many surveys.

When I first registered I very soon got my first payout of £10. However soon after that the surveys dried up, and I was left with around 3-4 surveys per month. What is even more disheartening is the fact that those few surveys that I do manage to receive, are either links to sign up to other survey websites or do not work for some other technical reason. There have been absolutely countless number of instances where this has occurred, but because of their 'number 1' ranking here on Survey Police (which can only be attributed to fake reviews), was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. Well I have had enough, and I absolutely do not recommend these guys for they are the worse panel out there; pure and simple.

i have taken part in a few survey sites but this one is one of the best.the surveys are interesting ind the incentive for doing the surveys is excellent. it is easy to cash in your rewards and the vouchers i chose arrived within 10 days......great site.

I cannot speak highly enough about Panelbase, and would rate them as one of the very best. A low payout threshold of £10.00 with a good range of vouchers available. User friendly surveys and website. 'Customer Service is excellent with fast response and solutions to queries. Fantastic.

So I signed up to panelbase in Feb and received my first payout now, I got in in the form of a Love2Shop voucher, it sometimes can be annoying when you're screened out from a survey or the quota is full but that's just like any other site. Survey distribution is ok, there was a period of time when I didn't get any for a few weeks but even today, I had been invited to four surveys so I think it is quite fair. Good website and I will continue to use it, it is a nice way of making money once in a while.

I would highly recommend panelbase. I am receiving regular surveys with good incentives. I have cashed out twice now and on both occasions I have received my rewards PROMPTLY. I particularly like the Love2shop vouchers which can be spent at many many high street stores.

Just received a voucher - they always send quickly. Their surveys are usually quite interesting.

The only thing i will complain about is too many times i start a survey i get to start then i am told too many in my demographic area have completed the survey

Good customer service, reliable and fast payout, very fair incentives, low payout (£10), incentives for referring friends

Bad points:
I rarely qualify for surveys (quota full or i fail to qualify and get screened out), takes forever to reach payout, reams and reams of personal info to fill out

Overall, i really like panelbaee but i just dont see enough rewards. £10 in 11 months despite attempting around about 90% of surveys

Not very often I get a survey now, and those that are sent to me the quota is always full! If it isnt that they have the required number of respondants - and I have just opened up the site as it came in! On that basis I cannot give them a better rating than this. Not as good as it was.

Joined this panel in June 2009 and have yet only earned £60 in 2 years! Yes they do send vouchers on time and have a seperate kids survey website but the frequency of surveys is extremely low and even those sent either have a short deadline or are hard to qualify for.

Surveys are very good but can get annoying to get an invite for a survey and then after going so far through it, told you don't qualify. Number of surveys can be very quiet at times. Compared to some sights, they do send through rewards within days, not weeks or months. They are improving.

When I successfully complete surveys its great, though incentives can take a couple of days here and there to complete the "pending" stage, what annoys me is that 90 percent of the time I dont qualify, despite the fact that my profile is 100 percent complete and updated so that being the case they should send me more appropriate subject matter surveys, so overall recommendation is yes but just about.

I've been with them for about a year and have gathered only one payment - so rearelly I qualify for the surveys, allthough try allways. Maybe they are just not for me, but I have to admit, that my reward came very smoothly and hope to gather next ?10 ... in a next year...

Plenty of surveys received and fairly varied subjects

A good company which pays out quite well though it does take a long time, my last payment was ordered November 23, 2010 and I received the vouchers 21 December 2010, I would still recommend them though as since joining, its 2 years now I have earned £35.

There is nothing more annoying than completing 80% of a survey only to be told – "sorry you don’t qualify" - you would think with all my details in their database they better match the surveys invites

My experience up to now with panelbase has been quite good, however...my last 'requested' incentive has not been paid into my bank account despite the claim that it has. They haven't replied to my emails regarding the matter, so on that basis i can't give them a better score than i have done.

I've been on the site for some time now.. over 30 pound collected.. interesting surveys and prompt cash payment on your bank account when reach 10 pounds. Some surveys I've done are been payed 5 pounds.. receive like 3-4 surveys a week.. not bad for some few extra cash,, try it!!

This panel solicits American panelists, who spend much time signing up and completing profile information.The panel then provides no surveys to Americans, then the panel manager will not pay out the sign up bonus because the payout threshhold is not met (because of lack of surveys)! The panel manager is a gentleman who does respond to panelist emails promptly, but this disrespect of non-European panelist's time is disappointing.

Surveys are not all that regular for my demographic, but their customer service is excellent and payment is rapid once the threshold is reached. Reliable and trustworthy.

It took me a month to reach the first payout limit. They told me I had reached it, I accepted the payout and money was in my account within 3 days. No problems, no messing. Surveys themselves are actually fun to participate in, no long laborious questionnaires, just simple, quick and interactive flash questions!

I have had over £100 paid into my bank account now so I can honestly say they are a top notch site, HIGHLY recommended!

Since joining and completing my registration survey on 23/05/2008 I've heard squat from this company, not a single survey invitation. I'm pretty sure it's just for UK residents, even though they allow international members to join.

I wasn't sure about this site to begin with, it started with few survey invitations but they have slowly increased and I reached my £10 mark after 4 months. (Every penny helps) The surveys are almost always interesting and the speed of the payment was phenominal. I cashed out on a Weds and it was in my bank by the following Monday. I recommend.

I phoned them and spoke to a really helpful man who told me he would stop the other cheque and send me out another one by recorded delivery. He was true to his word, I only spoke to him yesterday and received the cheque today. A great survey site and one that I would highly recommend.

Well, it's a very good page. But it's surveys are like unique for the UK. So, people outside there can't stay very well. Oh, but it still a very good site.

This site is by far the best survey site online.... If there is a downfall it is that there arnt that many surveys available, however when they are they are interesting and reward well. Payment is very fast also, highlu recommended.

Been a member for a short time and not once had any problems. When i put in for money to transfer to my bank it was in my bank the day they stated it would be, no fuss or bother at all. Get a few surveys, maybe not as many as i would like but i do have a lot of spare time on my hands and cannot work so that stops a lot of surveys getting set to me as a lot of companies want working people. Never had product to try and dont know of anyone that has but maybe one day who knows.. but a good company and do as they state they will....
