"i like this survey site"

I think this survey site is nice. I have been paid many times. I completed approximately three months of surveys to exchange points with paypal.

I cashed out. They deducted the points from my account but never credited my paypal account. Perhaps it was an error. I have e-mailed them 5 times now but no response. AVOID.

I dont know why everybody complains about: i have contacted them in few instance and i had a fast response from someone called Tim Furdoi - i found that quite helpful as most panels dont even bother replying back
I like their surveys as they are short and straight forward - yes you dont get 100 Points per survey but then again - you dont need to spend 1h to complete a survey...prefer shorter but often

i have redeemed 2 times so far and have been with them since 2013 - i wish they would have more voucher choices or paypal but nevertheless they sent me my amazon vouchers quickly

5 stars from me

"No contact"

Hopeless to contact, and still can redeem despite sending emails. They still send surveys, but whats the point if they wont redeem my points or acknowledge the problem? Definitely would not recommend.

Generally short survey's but the quotas are not very big and survey's become full up very quickly.

Threshold to cash out is quite high and takes ages to cash out.
