In the past, they used to send out several surveys per year and they paid well. The past 2 years, they have not sent out any surveys and they still owe me for 2 surveys I did back in 2008. When I signed on to my account recently, it still shows my account as active and the money is "pending". What a joke! Do NOT join this company

I am done with this panel and have unsubscribed. When I first signed up I did a few surveys that I eventually got paid for after contacting them and waiting a long time. I still have not received payment for the last survey I took and that was 6 months ago! I have e-mailed them several times, but have gotten no reply at all. Save your time and energy and avoid PSB.

I have been a member for 2 years and have never been compensated. Beware of this research panel and do not join for it will be a waste of your time and energy.
