No Payment

September 17, 2010 by Kenneth from United States

I have been with them for several years and all of a sudden no payment. I sent them emails and have not received any answers back. They still owe me from August 07 and its well over their 12 week time frame. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Maybe they are going under, who knows. I have since unsubscribed from them.

No Payment

September 17, 2010 by Judy from United States

I had completed 2 surveys; 1 in Aug 07 and 1 in Sep 07, As of yesterday morning I still had not gotten paid. I sent several emails and, like the others, and never got a response. Then yesterday I found this police site and got my money yesterday afternoon! thank you! Judy

No Customer Support.

So far, i've completed 5 surveys. I kept the completed survey emails for my records, even though my account reflects those 5 surveys. I was paid for 2 surveys. The current 3 are still pending. I completed them in August. They say payment takes 10-12 weeks. It's been 6 months and still no payment. I've contacted this company too many times with no reponse. They have lost credibility with. Other survey sites host psb surveys. You're better off sticking with them. No to joining PSB though. Total waste of time. If anyone has had better luck, write a review. I'm unsubscribing as soon as my case is resolved. They really ignore emails.

Have Not Received Payment

April 5, 2018 by Catherine from United States

Update: 4/2/18
I FINALLY received my reward! It took a very long time for it to come. It's sad that I had to contact other people outside of the company to finally received it but I'm thankful that my reward is here.

Update: 3/27/18
I received an email from Admin Keith about my incentive. He said that it should take at least 2 weeks or less for me to receive it. I'm glad that they responded back to me but I know they only emailed me because of my review on this site also because I contacted the survey site company that I am a panelist for and was connected to this company through them, which is One Opinion. One Opinion's costumer service team contacted PSB and they solved the issue for me! I am so thankful for their professionalism! I will continue to be a big supporter of their panel!

I completed an online diary and live discussion about Higher Education for this research company in February 2018. It was originally suppose to be open for 2 days but it was extended for a week. At the end of the study, I was suppose to receive an incentive of $150 payment within 30 days and I have not. I contacted Wendy Coleman and the PSB Headquarters via email and have not received a response. I even called them at their DC location, but the person in the finance department did not answer the phone .

If I would've read their reviews on this site before doing the study, I would've declined the invitation.

The 30 day time frame has not been up, but for them to not respond back to my email or at least send everyone that was apart of the study an update about their payment is poor professionalism on their part.

Throughout my 7 years of doing research studies and surveys for companies, I have never encountered something like this. I hope I will never experience something like this again.
