I have been a member for years and have previously received payment without any problem, but not this time. I received an email confirmation on 25th February stating that my payment would take 2-6 weeks. No payment received, no response to emails, and the phone number on their homepage is someone's direct line within a company that has nothing to do with them. Time to ditch them.

been a member for a while now, they used to be ok but no longer,they ignore all communication and I have waited weeks over the 30 day promised pay out. AVOID!

Although there is a gradual stream of surveys from these people and the payments are recorded immediately a survey is completed, to claim a payment is currently impossible as that part of the website is not functioning properly. Also I have had no reply to e-mails asking about this. Will post further details if anything further happens.

MORE NEWS - 5th December.
Again today I was invited to another survey. It said if there was any problem accessing the survey to e-mail 'helpdesk@the idfactor' which I did, asking them why I had not been able to process my points claim. The message came back in minutes as undeliverable.

I have been a member of Rewarded Opinions for a very long time. It takes quite a while to accumulate enough points for a payout, but I have been waiting for weeks and weeks for a Paypal payout. I have written to them over and over but they ignore me! Have they gone out of business? They owe me £20!

I am not sure about this company. I did a focus group for them in May and it took 12 weeks to get my money. I sent tons of emails and when they answered weeks later, they only said they were sorry for my trouble. 12 weeks is way too long to wait for your money. I will have to think long and hard before doing anything for them again. They have a facebook page and everyone on there is saying they have not been paid. So enter at your own risk.
