I have been a member of Rewarded Opinions for a very long time. It takes quite a while to accumulate enough points for a payout, but I have been waiting for weeks and weeks for a Paypal payout. I have written to them over and over but they ignore me! Have they gone out of business? They owe me £20!

Although there is a gradual stream of surveys from these people and the payments are recorded immediately a survey is completed, to claim a payment is currently impossible as that part of the website is not functioning properly. Also I have had no reply to e-mails asking about this. Will post further details if anything further happens.

MORE NEWS - 5th December.
Again today I was invited to another survey. It said if there was any problem accessing the survey to e-mail 'helpdesk@the idfactor' which I did, asking them why I had not been able to process my points claim. The message came back in minutes as undeliverable.

THIS SURVEY PANL SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT PAY OUT NOR DO THEY ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. I HAVE SEEN LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY ALL SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT PAY OUT SO MY ADVICE IS DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS FIRM YOU WILL JUST BE WASTING YOUR TIME.

Just to add to David's comments, the website has been 'under construction' for weeks with a message that 'Home Of Research is undergoing maintenance' and to e-mail [email protected] for your account balance. E-mail bounces!
If this company has folded I will be very annoyed as I was close to cashing out

Rewarded Opinions as they are now called are a survey site to avoid. They never reply to emails, and despite saying payment takes 4-6 weeks to be paid, 9 weeks later I am still waiting despite sending a dozen or so emails. On searching the net, I see a lot of people are all saying the same. Total waste of time
