Takes too long for the money
by Karen , Apr 05 '13 I joined Springboard America back in 2011. I still do not have enough money to cash out. I barely get any surveys sent to me. I wouldn't waste your time trying this site. |

Fun but will take time....
by Ashlaye, Apr 04 '13 Joined the panel when I was pregnant. A year later and I am nearing the threshold to cash out. Yes, it takes a while, but the surveys are enjoyable, don't contain broken links, and I frequently qualify/complete, which is more than I can say for most of the survey panels I belong to. |

High Payout Threshold
by Dave, Jan 05 '13 Other then that, they are ok. It took me 9 months to make $50 |

3+ years to cash out threshold
by Cynthia, Dec 10 '12 I have just received my first, last & only check from Springboard, and unsubscribed as soon as I opened it. It has taken over 3 years & hundreds of surveys to reach the ridiculously high $50 cash out threshold. The monthly " mosaic" is a thinly-veiled way if gathering info without compensation, claiming that it will help you qualify for more surveys. Not!!! Unless you like filling out surveys for free, or enjoy being disqualified, run away. |

$14.75 SINCE DECEMBER 2010
by D'Jean, Oct 25 '12 I wrote them this week to ask if they'd make an exception, that at the above rate, it will take me 8 years to accumulate $50 because they send so few surveys. Add to that disqualifications. I will be almost 90 before I can cash in, their answer is it's all in the Terms and Conditions. Definitely do not recommend them, they're the highest cashout of the 35+ survey groups I belong to, and I see here that $20 used to be their cashout. Sleazy. |

Payout Threshold Too High
by Louanne, Mar 20 '12 Surveys are longer than what is claimed in the invitation. When I first joined 2 yrs ago the payout threshold was $20, now it's $50. I'll be dead before I hit the $50 payout, so I've decided to cancel my relationship with this survey group. |

Slow Rewards
by Mark, Nov 27 '11 I have been a member since June09. In that time I have managed to cash out 4 times. It takes a terribly long time to earn enough rewards to be worthwhile but it is CASH. Just keep plugging away. Their rewards are not stellar nor the surveys that frequent but 50 cash fits so good in my pocket I cant shy away. Understand its slow and drawn out but they do Pay. Surveys are always fun and easy to complete |

Could do better with incentive
by Lorna, Nov 13 '11 Why can't they let me cash out at, say, $25? Why does it have to be $50? I have been with Springboard America for about two years now and I'm only at around $30 earned. The surveys are great and interesting, and I do get them from time to time, but it seems I get more of them that are for sweepstakes entries and not "rewards." I will probably leave, too, once I get that $50 incentive. |

Waaay too long to cash out
by Paula, Sep 18 '11 I will be retired by the time I get to the $50 cash out level. Need a big .50 and have for over a month. Lots of surveys for just entries into their sweeps tho. No, thanks. Think I have been working on this for close to 3 years. Doubt I will continue once I get my money. |
