I am forever having problems on this site.

Avoid this like the plague or swine flu. If you see any headers from them in your inbox ( Survey Exchange), don't waste your time. It's a total scam and they're trying to rip you off. Also avoid doing business with anyone doing business with these crooks as birds of a feather and all that...

What a scam! Don't take their surveys. You can spend up to a half hour thinking your taking a survey when in fact it's really a screener. I learned my lesson the other day by qualifying for one of their 20 minute surveys only to be told at the end that I didn't qualify. Thanks OTX!

This is the most Scamming survey site out there. Being bumped off after they gather your info. What is that all about. Just so they do not have to credit you for your time and opinion. This site SHOULD be shut down.
Total waste of time with these people. Same tactics if OTX is done through legitamate sites. Delete anything with OTX. You'll be glad you did.

Just to qualify for a survey can take 30 mins. Then they disqualify you. Meanwhile, they have 30 minutes of your information, for free. Maybe, if everyone stopped doing their surveys, they would be forced to change their ways or go out of business.

Every negative statement is true! regardless which company you get the OTX survey from, i just click the close button! You never qualify!

I was beginning to get a little paranoid, but, reading the other comments here, I have had almost all of the same experiences. ONCE IN AWHILE, I have gotten all the way through one of their surveys, but, most of the time, I just waste a bunch of time "attempting to qualify" for surveys which they told me I was "likely to qualify for" - whatever. Don't waste your time here.

Well, when I first joinn this site, I didn't like it very much but now I changed my mind, although their customer service is kind of slow but they did reply my e-mail and credited me with the missing points, i was surprised, and when I redeemed a $5 gift card last week, I got it 3 days latter, WoW.
I think they are changing, just give them a second chance!

I don't belong to OTX persay but, I belong to other sites that use OTX. I want to scream when I get an email from Opinion Outpost that says I have a survey from OTX, with a 20 point ($2) reward. Not worth it.

I was directed from SurveyHead to complete a 90-minute video + 15-minute survey.
In the beginning, I already thought of OTX kicking me out of the survey near the end, but I decided to give them a chance.
So, in the beginning of the video (about a family in WV, for those who are wondering), it was smooth and did not have to buffer.
But towards the last quarter part of the video, it starts to "buffering."
Then on like 4th or 5th buffering, OTX kicked me out saying my Internet did not meet the requirement for the video.
If it did not meet the requirement, why made me watch for an hour of it!?
I will never ever honestly do an OTX survey again.

How this rates 22% is beyond me. Must be company employees beefing up the number. 100% scam...really nothing else to say. Take their surveys then get told you don't qualify...even after you obviously have completed the survey. Avoid.

this has to be the worst company out there. they have you fill out a survey and then you get through it and it says: "WE'RE SORRY, YOU DID NOT QUALIFY--- TRY QUALIFYING FOR ANOTHER SURVEY?" and then you get tricked into clicking "yes" and then before you know it, it's an hour later and you have nothing to show for it.

This company is the worst of the worst.
They ask and ask and ask...then oops you don't qualify !
Then if you do...they take FOREVER to pay.
Whenever I see their surveys...I always hit my favorite

I actually qualified for 1 survey out of about 50 surveys. I dont belong to this survey site but others who use otx I actually complete one survey which took about 12-14 minutes to be told at the end of course

After taking a survey for 40+ minutes you will get a message that says you took the survey to fast and they give you nothing. After taking the survey you will never see a reward show up. If you do see your reward it will be less than what was promised. Their surveys have consistently failed half way through or run so SLOW that it will take you 2 hours to do a 20 minute survey. This survey company is by far the worst and you can't get away from them when you join other panels because they redirect you over to their surveys from time to time. Boycott this company until they get their act together. They will come up with any excuse to NOT give you a reward and they don't respond it emails or support questions.

I have qualified one time in the thousands of surveys I have come across. That one I DID qualify for, I spent 30 minutes on it, only to find out at the end, I would not be receiving my incentive because I completed the survey way faster than other people did. WTF? Considering noone even qualifys for the surveys, how did I do it faster? Thats was the last straw with me. Why these companies are choosing OTX, when they are the worst rated company out there is beyond me.

2 hours worth of trying another survey over and over to be disquailified in the hopes of getting rewarded its not worth the time i say that you will complete one of these 10% of the time.if you are honest.they get free info from you and they will problily get paid for it.but you won't.

They ask you the same questions over and over and over every survey - some just keep going and going and going. Most you never qualify for. There are so many system glitches your head will spin. One moment they are asking you about one topic and the next page repeats the same questions they asked 15 minutes ago in the same survey - you just keep going round and round in their crazy merry-go-round.

IF YOU SEE AND OTX SURVEY COME THROUGH, YOU'D BETTER JUST DELETE IT!!! You will spend 45 minutes answering tedious survey questions, only to be told you do not qualitfy, or once you have finished the survey, a computer glitch will come up and you will not be credited or paid for your time. This happened to me 3 times! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER! DON'T JOIN!

That's insane. If you're going to spend all the time doing a OTX survey, you can get paid for it. Survey exchange will give you like 400-700 points for one and you need 10,000 points to get $10? There's a reason it's the worse rated...because it is the worse.

I would always receive OTX surveys through opinion outpost and would dread them, knowing that I would be disqualified. but today I was stuck at home and I decided I would follow through with completing the chain of OTX surveys I found in my email. I was probably disqualified 3 times relatively quickly before I qualified to complete an entire survey and I was credited for it. OTX is definitely frustrating, but I will continue to o them when I have the time.

If you see an invite to an OTX survey in your inbox, just say no. OTX is a huge waste of time! The screeners are ridiculously long, even if you do qualify it could take you an hour or more to complete the whole process. Once you qualify for a survey, you often take the entire thing, or almost the entire thing before they tell you, you are disqualified and then you don't get compensated for your time. And lets say you do qualify and complete the entire survey, half of the time you will receive a technical error when you submit it. When you email customer service, they will tell you that the survey timed out because you took more than the allotted time, which is a complete lie. As far as I see it OTX now has all your answers and now they don't have to pay you. They are cheats, scam artists, and their customer support always blames you for technical errors avoid them! I can't believe so many reputable survey companies use them. This company need to be investigated and shut down.

OTX is the lowest form of humanity on earth. They prey on the newbees who are just getting started taking surveys. They steal their information and then dq them at the very end of the survey. When I see OTX I automaticaly hit the X button. STAY AWAY! or be sorry.

Wow, so many negative reviews. When I had first joined up, I did suffer from the same problems everyone else complains about, but recently it appears that their surveys have gotten a little shorter and less repetitive? I've managed to cash out 2 or 3 times this year and the survey experience was relatively painless (some even managed to be vaguely interesting). Although my opinion of OTX has been positive lately, I still dread running into them through other survey panels (anything they send to me directly is welcomed, though). Sooo...it's hit or miss with OTX. If it doesn't work for you, your best bet is to move on to something better. ^^

OTX needs to practice what they preach in their contract/agreement. Surveys are long, monotonous, boring and then they disqualify you. OTX as far as I am concerned is seriously lacking in morals, character, ethics, professionalism, and business protocol.

they send you long and tedious surveys, after 25 minutes of one that was supposed to take 20 minutes, I am told I have been screened out and no payment.

I think that all they really do is get all the information that you put into the survey, take it, use it, and pay you squat.

These guys come up through opinionoutpost quite a bit, and guess what? Never actually got points for one of their surveys despite spending up to 45 minutes on them and answering tons of questions. Today was the last straw, I set the filter on my mail account to automatically delete anything with "OTX" from opinionoutpost. Don't bother with their surveys, ever.

OTX is dishonest they never qualify you after all kinds of information even after they first said you did qualify I've attempted many surveys through them and all I ever got was disqusted. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I am so pleased to see others speak up against OTX. This survey company selects a person to respond to a specific survey offering cash incentives. After answering 90 percent of the survey, they either display an error message which does not allow you to get credit, or they simply state you do not qualify after 30 minutes. This has happened to me many times that now when I see OTX at the beginning of a survey, I simply exit. I discovered the same thing happened to my sister but she is smarter than me. After one occurance, she stopped doing their surveys. Me being slower did many but always got the same result. OTX cheats their responders. They are dishonest and I hope they get whats coming to them. I would like to use a few four letter words to discribe this awful company but I will refrain.

Reading through all the the reviews posted so far, I can only confirm that OTX is the worst survey experience I have dealt with so far. You never qualify and on several occasions they have taken me deep, deep into surveys, only to let me know: "Unfortunately, ....". Yes, for your opinions, but paying you for it, nooooo. I'm just wondering with all the negative comments posted here and on other survey review sites, that these people stay in business and other survey companies (like GlobalTestMarket and Opinion Outpost) actually want to do business with them, because this negative OTX experience looks also pretty bad on them. Anyway, avoid them and if you end up with an OTX survey through another company, just skip it, because it is absolutely not worth your time. By the way, how did OTX end up on this site with 20 %? I would give them 0%.

This has got to be one of the worst survey sites I have ever come across. They have these extra long screening questions (which is all I get to take because they never seem to let me past the screeners to even take the survey without disqualifying me.)When I see the letters OTX at the begginning of a survey thats my cue to just exit the survey on the spot. They don't deserve the time of day .

I have spent too much time on their surveys only to be disqualified after answering numerous questions. Half the time there are technical problems 10 minutes in. I have yet to actually qualify for and finish an OTX survey. Not worth the time!

They are the WORST survey company I've ever come across. Oh they want and get the information they're after, but you never get rewarded only get disqualified regardless of the time - 1 second to an hour. This site needs and should be investigated. I belong to a lot of survey sites and have been doing surveys for about a year and a half and many of my sites offer OTX. The only thing I can think of is OTX pays them good, but never pays us. It's a shame that a site like OTX is allowed to use and abuse survey takers and yes I know we don't have to take them, but when you belong to sites that offer OTX you have to take them to be in good standing with the site. But thank goodness most of them you get screened out of very quickly. And thank the lord for the super professional sites who are fair and honest and offer you points, cash, sweeps in exchange for your time. Of course this is just my opinion. Debra

The other day I was doing a week-long, diary type survey for OTX. I did every day's worth diligently for six days, and guess what? On the seventh and final day, I was told I did not qualify. I should have known better. Shame on them, and shame on me for ever believing that OTX would be honorable.

The other day I took a survey where they showed ya advertisements and you judge them and rate them and deide if you would purchase them. 45 minutes only to be told I didnt qualify. I already took the stankin survey. will never do it again.

I don't belong to their actual website, but there are a lot of the survey sites that I do belong to use OTX as a survey source and I have never qualified for a survey. I have asked some of my survey sites why I don't qualify for the surveys through OTX. Way to go Lori, I feel exactly like you. A person fills out a lot of information about yourself sometimes taking a long time and then the survey site says that you did not qualify. I personally would not recommend them and I just ignore any survey's that refer to OTX. I think something should be done about them, they certainly seem like a scam and they do give a bad name to actually doing surveys.

Continually booted out of surveys after wasting 15 minutes or so. Some are the most boring surveys in the industry. Very repetative questioning. I'm amazed they stay in the business.

OTX just blatantly gets you to fill out as much information as it can before disqualifying you. It's alarming that I've started getting OTX surveys even through my favorite survey companies, but I always close them immediately when I see that they are OTX. No matter which comapny these surveys come through, you can count on not qualifying. There is just no point in the survey at which you can feel that you've qualified. Disqualifications even come at the very end when they ask questions to "sort" respondents.

I happened to find Survey Police while researching OTX. You've confirmed my suspicions, I never qualify after a long survey, I think OTX is a scam. All of your comments and complaints are exactly like mine. I won't do any of their surveys no matter what site they come through.

You will be in a survey for a half and hour before they deside to diqualify you. They just want all your answers and not to pay you. This is a terrible survey place and i no longer go threw them.

I've gotten surveys from them through Greenfield, and I really think they're in cahoots. I never qualify, and they constantly put me through to the same surveys. This said, I ignore them unless they're being administered through a company other than Greenfield that award points or a monetary award.

As indicated above this is an obnoxious waste of time! I often encounter thier surveys on other sites and groan whenever I see one!

I signed up with OTX themselves over a year ago, who were then masquerading as Ampario Surveys. I have not ONCE "qualified" to earn the promised incentive. The final straw was spending almost 90 minutes watching a video only to be told that since there were too many problems buffering the video (I have a cable modem) that I wasn't going to receive the incentive. After contacting them twice about the issue, both times I got a "failed delivery" notice about the email, so the email address they've given for support purposes doesn't even exist! Please, do not waste your time on a company that isn't worth the used cat litter I throw out every day.

You spend time taking the surveys and then towards the end, after they already have most of your answers, they tell you that you don't qualify. I have never actually "qualified" for a survey.

One of the worst on the net. They farm surveys out to other programs and use the same tactics. Gather all the info they need then tell you you don't qualify. As I said Scumbags.

I always get surveys from them but like a lot of people said I never qualify. What's the point of sending it out then? I mean you fill out your information so they should know a little about you. It's a sham.

I have taken multiple surveys and have supposedly been unqualified for when in actually each survey took about 20 minutes to complete before I was "unqualified." This is a cheap shot at not paying survey participants their rightfully earned points, making it nearly impossible to reach the minimum threshold that is needed to cash out when each survey pays out about 10-50 points on average, IF YOU EVER QUALIFY. This company surveys are for too long.I have taken many surveys that have taken over 20-30 minutes.After which they say you do not qualify for this survey.What about all the information that was answered.They still are getting paid for everyone responding (who don't qualify)they still are selling that information.NOT RIGHT,THEY ARE USING PEOPLE.

I agree that the screeners are too long just not to qualify for any surveys. PSB are like that too so avoid them also. When I see one of their surveys, I just hit delete.

My problem with OTX stems from my move from Pennsylvania to Missouri. Ever since I moved every time I get an OTX survey from the member sites I always get a screen saying "You have done too many surveys and no longer qualify".

These guys are the absolute worst and incredibly dishonest. It boggles the mind that they continue to get away with their sketchy practices. What they do is have you fill out a survey with all the information they want to get from you and then at the end they say you don't qualify - after you've already given them all the info they need! Don't believe the lie that the questions are just a screener - the questions are far beyond being screener questions. You are taking the surveys and being lied to!

I got three invitations from them this morning say "you might qualify according to your information". I put exactly the sign up personal informations but didn't get any!
It took me more than half an hour before screened out!

Long screener with no rewards, they must be having issues with panelists as I now see them farming out surveys to other companies. I refuse to do surveys for them on other sites, as they still have the same long screening process with mutiple questions and then no payment. Stay away from these surveys!

Unless you are getting points from MyPoints or someother 3rd party for attempting OTX Survey's don't waste your time.

However, if you like spending 15 to 30 minutes providing valuable demographic and market survey information and then being told at the end of the survey that you do not qualify, OTX is just for you.

I do the daily surveys on TreasureTrooper.com and they use OTX and I'd get through about 15-20 mins of the survey answering seemingly qualifying questions that I could fully answer. and then it would tell me I don't qualify. I'd litteraly have to take about 5 surveys just to earn 1 dollar on treasuretrooper

OTX are a total waste of time. The screeners are longer than surveys for other companies and then you get booted off. Avoid this company if you value your time.

I've cashed out once, for a $5 Amazon certificate.
Needless to say, the points are minimal for the amount of time put forth. It'll take you about 5+ surveys to cash out. If you don't qualify they award you 50 points. That's about 5 cents. You could spend 3 hours or more to get up to a $5 cash out. Horrible OTX surveys for horrible rewards.

proported "Screener" surveys offer no remuneration for LOOOONG "screener" surveys which are actually a complete survey. NO PAYMENTS of INCENTIVES to ANYONE! No response to complaints! No reason to even ATTEMPT to complete any of their offerings as they do not deal honestly with the surveyee! Hopefully they WILL disappear form the scene promptly!

They're a rip off. 20-30 minute "screeners", which are actually surveys you do for free. Very, very long surveys, when you do get into one, and very low compensation. I really hope they go under very soon.

I finally got smart and started to refuse surveys for these people even when I'm linked there through one of the good panels. They appear to be legit, but behave like a slimy corporation: snipping at every corner until there is nothing left. Their rating in dropping like a rock, and rightly so. I have a long list of surveys that were underpaid, surveys where after 20 minutes they tell you you don't qualify, and "responses" to complaints that were so barren of substance they might as well be anti-matter. I'm looking forward to these folks going under.

They never answer emails whenever you have a question or problem. They do not pay enough points to make it worth the time to do the surveys

It takes a long time to answer the screening questions due to their new format. Very tedious and I feel like it is not worth the time investment for what you get back.

You do OTX surveys by joining a gpt site and doing their daily survey portal, that way you get paid for them.
