opinion outpost was my top survey site until they were sold to SSI, now it's not worth doing surveys for 50 cents,so I was looking for a good survey site to replace them.i must say I was a survey head user before but never did their surveys because of all the bad reviews,but I took the chance with them and I am happy I did.i got a 7 dollar survey to watch a video:-) and I got credit for it on a week.they said payout takes 4 weeks I got mine in 2 and a half. i have 2 more cashout pending already.i love them

I know some people here are saying that Survey Head is a "scam" or that you don't get paid but, in my experience, that is not the case. I personally received payment in the time frame that they outlined (4-6 weeks, I was paid exactly 4 weeks after requesting payment). They aren't the fastest site in terms of payment and it can take a few days to a few weeks for your surveys to be validated but I personally have been paid and have yet to have any problems with them.

I know not everyone has the same experience but I wanted to give the other side of the coin.

Have been with them two years. Had some minor problems at first, but customer service corrected promply. The rewards can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. I use paypal, it's quicker and can be used almost any where online.

This site may seem great at first because there are a lot of surveys and you seem to rack up your award $$ pretty fast. There is only one problem: you will never see that money and if you do, you'll be waiting up to a year for it.

I have gotten paid from Surveyehad but the process takes 4-6 months to get your survey approves, then another 4-6 months to actually get paid. If you want to sit around and wait a year for $25 then have fun.

I used to be more pleased with this company. Now it seems as though I rarely qualify for any surveys. Even if I go halfway through one, that SEEMS like it is definitely for someone like me! But, anyhow, I managed to save up enough to cash out at $50 on 10/3/11 and received in my Paypal account on 10/31/11. So I can't complain TOO much. And I still have $60 left - for some reason I couldn't get a Paypal redemption for anything over $50? Weird. Guess soon I'll submit a request for another $50!

I'm a stay at home mom, no income. To be able to login and take a few surveys at my leisure and get $25 bucks every once in a while is better then nothing. I got one survey worth $10, most are 1-2 bucks a piece. Yes it does take 4-6 weeks to get your money, but they really DO send it. I just got mine today and I'm very pleased and will continue doing surveys with them.

I joined Surveyhead at the beginning of September 2011 and I usually don't qualify for the surveys or they mysteriously decide after completing almost the entire 20+ minute survey that I don't meet their qualifications or that it met the quota or something like that. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I have $20.15 in the account right now and $2 pending. I only need less than $3 to cash out. I could cash out now, but for a magazine. To get any REAL cash out like Amazon.com or PayPal it has to be $25. I feel like I will be stuck below $25 intentionally so they don't have to pay me. I'll update if I EVER get past it and they pay. To me, not worth it though. Other sites pay better and for much less payout!

Short and Sweet it takes too long to receive your reward and it should not take close to two months to get a giftcard. i have cashed out 7 times on swagbucks so i suggest you go with them and cashcrate those are the two best. these people at surveyhead already made there money once you take the survey so they can drag there feet to give you yours. do not waste the time.

Surveyhead customer services tell me that i will recieve my payment in a few days..i did not...they then tell me that it takes 4 to 6 weeks after the approval of payout to actually get the money to you...when you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for these apes to approve you in the first place they all tell you something different and this makes me think they are a scam....i would say to anyone thinking of signing up to surveyhead do not waste your time there is alot of really great survey sites out there that pay you to paypal ( instantly ) not months later. ps...i think the good reviews on surveyhead on this site are done by surveyhead employee's dont be fooled.

It does pay. I received a payment of £15.44($25.00) through paypal. Its slow and steady wins the race !!!

I am fed up with SurveyHead marking completed surveys as invalid. Not once have I rushed through a survey or provided inconsistent data. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, since the company makes a lot of money by taking the data, but not paying for it. This is a common complaint amongst its members, both here and on other survey review sites. I am in the process of filing Better Business Bureau paperwork and I'm considering contacting the California State Attorney General's office.

I have been with these for a little while and was getting surveys daily but at some point i noticed they have been logging alot my surveys as invalid after i had sat there and spent my time sitting there doing them i have messaged them letting them know i was not happy with it after completing most of them and see them marked invalid i have not got any reply from them and they still continue to mark my pending as invalid since sending the message to ive received not a single survey from them lol think this so called company needs to be looked at again and be put on the unverified list and be known as rip offs.

This lot harvest personal information and then refuse to pay. Disqualified after 30 minutes, 30 minutes for 90 cents?! The site is very amateurish looking and I'd love to know why the "pending" period is 6 weeks! If you like you personal information harvested then go right ahead.

They say you 'qualify' for numbers of surveys ... but 9 out of 10 that I actually spend time to take come with a reason that I 'don't fit the need' ... WHY HAVE ME TAKE THE SURVEY IF I DON"T 'FIT' the need? Some tell you within 5 minutes or so of answers ... but I have actually spent up to 20 minutes and finishing a survey when the demographic questions come up and THEN told don't 'fit need' ... The site says they value your time and reward you for it???? Well, then why are you not paid for time it takes to find out a survey they promoted to you doesn't 'fit'???? I would NEVER suggest this site to someone that actually wishes to actually be paid for their time, because you aren't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite the fact that I have contacted them numerous times to find out why I cannot cash out they refuse to reply. What is the use of earning rewards if you NEVER get them. Don't waste your time with Surveyhead they are robbers.

surveys are few and far between, they keep you waiting weeks to verify your points and half the time mark surveys you have completed as invalid (usualy the higher paying ones) this is to avoid paying out, their customer service is the worst ever and they take two months to pay out what you earn, don't waste your time there is far better survey sites out there.

I just regret every moment I spent completing surveys for this panel. Out of the very very few surveys you get (one or two a month), you qulify for none. When you qualify, you sometimes reach the end of the survey and then they will tell you sorry you did not complete it. If you are lucky enough to complete a survey, it take them ages to verify and approve the credit. The last farewell shot... it takes up to two months to send payment as if they are sending it with the pigeons... total waste of time... £35 over more than two years...

I am a member of 7 different survey panels and Surveyhead is the best overall by far. They offer me plenty of surveys, at least 10 per week and I qualify for about half of them. Their surveys are interesting and the rewards are fair. The only less than ideal part is that it takes a while for them to send your reward. I just received my $50 in Paypal, 3 weeks and 6 days after requesting it. However, since they told me up front that it would take 4 to 6 weeks I can't say I wasn't warned. Great site.

Surveyhead is a total disgrace you can spend 30 minutes filling in a survey only to be screened out if you are able to complete a survey than you are very very lucky I guess I complete 1 in 40 waste of space!

The Surveys are few and take long time to earn the minimum and long time to receive the cash.

It takes a while for pending incentives to finish being verified because they have to wait until the survey has completely closed. Then it takes a while for Surveyhead to confirm your payout requests because they want to make sure that all of your earnings are valid. But once they have finished pending and verifying, it takes exactly 4 weeks from the day you request your payout to become confirmed, and 4 business days after that, a paypal payment is sent to you. As long as you don't just sit and watch your account like a hawk, waiting and waiting until the pending turns to earned (a watched pot never boils), and you just keep taking surveys, you will qualify for some and can keep a residual income going. It never pays to be a member of only one survey site and all you do is sit there and watch it pend. You have to be a member of 10 or more survey sites and as some your earnings are pending, then others are being credited, and others are being paid out. You have to keep the cycle going.

Loads of surveys but either I do not qualify for them or they DO NOT WORK .

They tell you that surveys pay $10 - I have been with then for about THREE YEARS and have NEVER had a survey above $1.25.

When you do manage to reach the target it takes SIX WEEKS for them to pay up which I think is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

The secret here is PERSEVERANCE I think because, EVENTUALLY you do receive the money - it is a very slow process, but if you are willing to slog on you do eventually earn from them, so, al in all, if you have the patience join them but be prepared for quite a lot of frustration!

I think that they have reduced their pay-out threshhold to $10 (from about $15 I believe)but I have only surmized this from looking at the VERY CONFUSING accounting system.

Although I have gotten paid in the past, however SLOW it was... I think they are running low on money because they are invalidating surveys like crazy! And they are mostly the higher paid ones too. I am filing a complaint with the BBB right now.

had no complaints about this site.I was told it would take 4 -6 weeks to payout and they did!Sent an e-mail to confirm payment had been approved and 2 days later got an e-mail stating it was in pay pal!I have had plenty of surveys too,and maybe get screened out of the odd one, but its a great site.

This site seems to be out to get suckers (us) to do surveys for free. As I reached the payout threshold, all available surveys disappeared. So, I got my neighbor to create an ID and wait for a week. After a few days, they started sending $4~5, occasionally even a $10 survey, which he never qualified for or the survey was closed (on one occasion, within 30 seconds of receipt) and he was offered $0.5~2.5 surveys instead. The poor guy did these in anticipation of an Amazon GC at $25, but surprise.... at $23.65 all available surveys have mysteriously disappeared! It's now 2 weeks since a survey has showed up in his dashboard, and well over a month in mine. Customer support is not responding to either one of us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

they are holding on my payment of over 100 dollars and their sister company mommytalk. together they are holding over 200 dollars. now they have deactivated my acct after so many months of doing surveys saying invaild which is totally unbelievable.everything they are doing is unethical and cheating. from what i gather from otherpeople there are`lot of them facing the same problem. deactivation and non payment for no reason, imagine per person how how much money they are making with cheating

I've done survey after survey where I answered all questions, then got told at the end that the survey quota had already been filled. This occurred four times today. They are stealing our responeses and have no intent of giving rewards. !

Joined several weeks ago and just caught on to their scheme. You can spend 10 - 15 minutes or more on a survey only to find "quota filled" or "we can't use you", this happens after you've extensively answered questions and the company got their info. for free. Do not join, waste of time.

I really do not get where any of the negative reviews are coming from here. I have had nothing but excellent service from them. When there is an issue I email them and they reply quickly.

If that doesn't satisfy me, I call and they handle it quickly and they answer on the 1st or 2nd ring.

My most recent emails have been handled by the same person, Mayanka Sarma, and she has been nothing but professional and helpful.

In my eyes, this site is what others should look to as to how to build a survey site. I wish I understood why the others felt poorly because I don't see it.

I don't no why others are complaining by this company, but their customer service is just great, especially Jessica, who answered quickly and in timely manner to my e-mails. I hardly wait to complete a few surveys with them!

I agree: these guys are crooks.I guess I will never ever reach the $25 payout level. I'm $2 short of it and these $2 reward is still "pending" after 6 weeks!!!

I signed up at SurveyHead but didn't receive any surveys for a while. I did not receive any for a whole month until finally one day it said 31 surveys were available. I sifted through all of them until I finally qualified for one and earned a small amount of money. They give you some money to start with, but it's definitely not worth it. There haven't been any surveys since.

I don't think this company is on the up and up. I've taken 5 surveys, and 3 of those involved my spending 25 minutes answering questions, getting to the end of the survey, and then at the very end getting a message that I didn't qualify. I've contacted customer support, and in two of the cases I was told that I didn't qualify (even though I had gotten to the end classification questions, been asked to submit the survey, then been asked to rate the survey experience. In the third case, customer support said they couldn't verify whether I had taken the survey or not, and I could check my survey credits in 6 weeks. It's not worth bothering with this site. Stick to the better sites, like Opinion Outpost, Valued Opinions, etc

Qualify for most surveys,certain times and keep rechecking to see if more is listed. Turned in for $50,2 weeks later had my money so that was very nice since I had read on here that so many complained about payment. I'm still am a member and will recommend this others.

These guys do not operate on the up and up. I'm stuck at a dollar and some change away from their payout level of $25 and I doubt I will ever see the surveys I have pending approved. They have intentionally invalidated one perfectly valid survey that would have put me over the payout level. These guys may have been good at one point, but now stay away! They are getting paid for the surveys, but they are not paying you for doing them.

i get plenty of surveys from them, only bad part is a long time for surveys to actually be credited, other then that, i enjoy working with them

I have enjoyed being a panel member and the incentives for most of the surveys are alright to good. The payments do take a long time to receive however for me, this isn't that big of a deal (as long as get paid!) Everytime I check their page, they have surveys with length and payment info which is great.
For some reason, I stopped getting surveys for awhile. Then I started to do some research and contacted Jessica at customer support, and she did a great job in resolving the issue quickly! Apperently, I had been flagged for invalid surveys (which I am still unsure why). I wish that I had been contacted about the issue directly.

I recently was dropped because of 3 invalid surveys. I find that being dropped without being informed first stinks I give kudos to Surveyhead Customer Service Rep, Jessica, who reached out to people in a forum after having read about similiar issues people were having. Jessica posted her email address & asked people to contact her to resolve any issues. Within 15 minutes of my having sent Jessica an email I had been re-instated. I nearly fell off my chair. Later on I read other people's posts saying they too had thier issues resolved by Jessica within minutes.
I most appreciated Jessica's help & her initiative to reach out to people.
I enjoy Surveyhead's surveys but my 1 pet peeve is having been dropped because of 3 invalid hits without being informed first. I would also like to know why a survey is deemed to be invalid.

I did loads of surveys and reached the redemption level and requested payout. Got an email saying about irregularities and my account violated their terms and conditions. They refused to pay me and simply deducted my earnings from my account. They never replied to my emails asking what I had done wrong. They are simply fraudsters. Do not waste your time doing their surveys.

I waited months to finally get enough to cash out. I was sure I reached the point and emailed them as it would not allow me to. They said I still needed 1.50 to cash out,I am positive I already had it and the site let me go to the cash out page but then there was no way to cash out once there.At that point in time I already had 25.00 but when I went back to the site after emailing them to query it, the figures had mysteriously changed. And nothing was disallowed to account for any change in the dollar amt,waited what seemed like forever to get enough to once again reach the cash out stage. Finally I reached there and cashed out. Now today about 4 weeks later I checked my account to see why I haven't rec'd the pymt and it says rejected due to data inconsistancies.Now how on earth could there be a data inconsistancy when each of these survey's pended for months at a time and cleared? In my opinion they are a scam and I will be reporting to the better business bureau like many others here

I have been a member since 8/21/08 and have cashed out over $200. At first the surveys came often now they come just as much but I don't qualify (so they say) about 75% of the time. I don't know why they send me a survey and then tell me I don't qualify! People are right, lately it seems I can't qualify for ANY survey.

I've been a member of surveyhead since June and so far i've earned $60.20 with $21.50 pending. I've been paid two 25$ amazon giftcards so far. This site is awesome survey wise because I get about 5 a day and qualify for at least two of them. The problem with the website is some surveys take a month to just validate your earnings from the survey. Then once you reach your desired amount and cash out it takes about another month to get your prize. Other then that this site pays decently but I just do the surveys when there's no other sites to do since they take forever to get the money.

Initially SurveyHead was very good about surveys and completing PayPal payments for accumulated rewards totaling $25.00, although the wait was excessive. But beware...they will stop offering you surveys for no apparent reason, fail to disclose any issues and then begin rejecting rewards that were initially verified and earned to prevent member from attaining the cash threshold. This is not a Survey Company to be taken seriously as they staff a customer service department full of cartoon characters who reply with scripted responses.

I'm still trying to get credit for some surveys I did in 08/09 I've contacted them every month for the last year asking about these and all I get is "we are looking into it" these guys have a real hard time paying and they tried to suspend my account saying" irregularities and my account never violated their terms and conditions" I got mad and posted the email they sent me saying that on rip off report and the next day they restored my account saying there wasn't a problem. Yea right this is a fly by night mickey mouse operation don't deal with them.

Surveyhead is pretty good. They send out plenty of surveys and you can make a income from them. Infact, they are one of the few survey companies that pay pretty well but not the best. One of the few problems people have with Surveyhead is the creditting time of the surveys and payment. It does take a-while if your patient. You have to understand they have to verify it with there clients because they are not in business to get phony data and make no money.

I like Surveyhead. I cashed out twice and recieved my money in 5 weeks. I do 2-3 surveys from them daily.

Surveys that I completed and had technical errors. Surveys I wasn't paid for. Surveys they "invalidated". I emailed and emailed with no response. I finally found a number for them and called. I got someone helpful on the phone, but after a few days, he wouldn't email me back! They owe me at least $50. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. They are great until you have issues..then...you are up the creek.

Just like others mentioned-I tried to contact customer service about a payment-then got NO response. After being approved for a $25 payment-they rejected it for 'account irregularities' and never told me what the problem was or credited me back for anything.Unless u like to gamble, don't trust these people.

I am definitely filing a report against them, because they are committing fraud flat out.

I usually can reach cash out amount, the problem is getting the money. It takes them months to first confirm the survey, then it takes them 4-6 weeks to confirm your cash out? Why does it take so long to confirm the cash out if they already took months confirming the surveys? They never once have paid me without me having to ask for it. I always have to send customer service an email asking for my money to get paid to me. Lately when I email them to ask for my payment they are telling me to wait longer when it's already been a month! I am done with this company and will not be doing anymore surveys. Still waiting for my payment.

They used to be great and responsive to inquiries. Plenty of surveys, great and timely payouts and quick responses from customer service. Since they have adopted their "New Look" last spring, things have gone from great to "how are these guys still in business?"

Getting a response from Customer Service requires patience, persistence and sometimes a boot in the voicemail of Management. Submitted a question to the customer service black hole of despair in early May and got a response in the 3rd week of August. Payouts are now slow.

ALL the survey invites I have received since May display "you do not qualify" after clicking the invite link. No qualifying questions or screening questions, just straight to "you do not qualify" Survey invites are a waste of bandwidth.

The only positive thing I can say about them is at least they are not Toluna. I trust that they will not use this review as a reason to deny my payout request.

It is next to impossible to qualify for payout with Surveyhead and there is a strong tendency to actually have you DO the full survey, then they will tell you that you do not qualify. Surveyhead is a total waste of your time, believe me or find out for yourself.

Been with Surveyhead since late Feb 2010 and have made over $150 but it takes time and persistence. You have to login to find surveys and they come and go all day long. I may only qualify for 30% of them but the pay is generally not bad. You can pick most of the ones you want to do yourself by payout and number of minutes and likelihood of being selected. The only complaint I have with them is they are very slow to confirm that you earned the survey money (pending forever) and they are up to 2 months cashing you out. They do Paypal though and they've always come through w/o a hitch. Just very slowly. I trust them.

Slow as snails, no replies from support, accounting piss-poor, but if you're not in any hurry for your money, you can get a lot of surveys here. In 10 months, I've earned/received $320 from them.

They are in with OTX and Greenfield (under the guize of Pheonix). Very Hard to Meet your cashout. I am now at $17.45 and now thwy are saying I need $11.45 to cashout. When I signed on it was $25 for a cash out. Lots of surveys disqualify you after 20 minutes or so. Read the survey help in their partners websites.

I have been part of this panel for 3 weeks and still have yet to qualify for a survey. Meanwhile in the last 3 weeks I have done several surveys for the 3 other panels I belong to and even cashed out on 2. Every time I get a survey invite in my email I click to it that day only to find out they have already reached there quota. Why send in invite to someone when you already have enough.

Something they are doing must be working now. I'm happy with SurveyHead and continue to take their surveys. I've hit the $25 mark and have been reward. Great to part of this online panel.

Hard to believe they are Ranked in the top 5. Im with about 10 panels, and SurveyHead is easily the worst. Eventually, you will be paid (Ive been paid once already) but having to wait excessive amounts of time for your incentives is just ridiculous. At this point and time, I cant recommend them, and they should not have a top 5 rating right now.

This panel is pretty cool. I just wish they were a lot quicker in getting the rewards confirmed and sent out. There are lots of surveys offered, but one might not qualify for every single one. It depends sometimes. Some surveys are long with a low incentive. Some surveys offer a reasonable incentive for a reasonable survey length. They are helpful in telling the survey-taker upfront an approximate survey length as well as a survey's cash reward if completed. One has to wait 4-6 weeks for a survey completed to be confirmed, this is really the panel's weak point. You need a 25$ minimum to cash-out and when you do decide to do this it takes them more time to confirm that reward request. All in all they follow through and reward you accordingly, they just take for ever! :p

Bit dubious about joining as hard to know which sites are legit. Wish I'd never bothered! Good sign-up bonus & resonable rep. on here so joined.
Taken me 10mths to complete enough surveys to cash out. When I did, waited long time to receive PayPal credit. Then today, received email telling me Cash Out request has been REJECTED.
SurveyHead haven't even given me a VALID REASON.

I had to complain to the BBB, and it still took them 3 months to transfer the money into my paypal account.

Funny, they seem to have lots of time to send out new surveys, and to expand, but very little time to pay people for the surveys they have done.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET ON THE BALL, THEY SEEM VERY UNORGANIZED!

Surveyhead does take some time to cash out. They state that it can take 4-6 weeks to "earn" the money from a survey and it can take 4-6 more weeks to actually get your reward once you cash out. But they do pay well per survey, and it will get to you. Just be patient.
I've had some surveys approved immediately, and some took 6 weeks. As for my Amazon gift certificates, I normally get those between 2-4 weeks.
The key with them is to just keep taking the surveys and soon you'll have a steady stream of rewards coming in. I've been a member for 3 1/2 months and I've already cashed in $100 in amazon gc's, I have $50 in rewards processing, and I have $61 that I'm waiting to cash out.
So I'm averaging about $50 a month in gift certificates. Not too shabby.
CONS: They do have almost non-existent customer service, so if you send an email you probably won't get an answer.

There is never a shortage of surveys with Surveyhead. But then why be happy with receiving many surveys and having to go to the BBB for your rewards? They take a long time to credit, another long time to confirm requests and yet you still have to wait another long time for your rewards. As I write this, I have surveys in a ‘pending’ status since 12/09. They might be taking up more than they are prepared to handle, but whose problem is that? I emailed them and was informed almost within the 48 hour period, that they were experiencing delays. A few days after, a survey I did in 05/10 showed ‘Invalid’. Being the highest paying survey and one that required me to perform numerous transactions I was dismayed. When asked about it, their response (after 5 days) was it’s ‘within our clients’ rights to reject data’. Surveyhead cannot tell me why my responses were invalid since ‘Any data collected from your interview was not saved’ but they can tell they were invalid.

After waiting and waiting for my cashout to be approved (why it has to be approved when all the surveys ALSO take 4 weeks to be validated is beyond me) I finally contacting the BBB and in 24 hours they confirmed my payment AND validated 11 of my outstanding surveys bringing me up to a second cash out amount. 4 days later the money was in my Paypal account. Its sad that you need to go through this to get them to pay, otherwise it would be a great company.

This company is the most unreliable on the market, I have ever met. They have "technical" problems very often, especially, when you want to withdraw your money (not earlier than after gathering 25USD) and there is NO POSSIBILITY TO WITHDRAW ALL OF YOUR FUNDS!!! You have to gather 25USD, but you are not allowet to take them! They simply cheat: "give" yuo 5USD for joining them, but you will neve see the money in real!
They don't answer your emails, unless you repeat them at least 4-5 times... The incentives look attractive, but it's only the beautiful packaging of a very poor product...

Good points - loads of surveys available - at least 2 per day. Reward levels ok.

Bad points - exceedingly slow to award points and even slower to cough up when you reach cash out level.

You wait 4 weeks for your survey completions to move from pending to awarded and about 6 weeks to receive any money.

Providing you are patient then they are OK and pay what you are owed.

I have been a member for 7 month, it's like having teeth pulled, to get your surveys credited within the 6 week period, Surveyhead notes. It is again, like getting teeth pulled for Surveyhead to confirm your cash-out within the 4 week period they quote as the time. They say one thing on their website,as to the terms, and continue to treat their member's to double talk, in their replies if you get one. For the life of me I can't understand why this company is rated #5 with Survey Police. On March 1st I finally got a cash-out from Surveyhead, on the e-mail they sent me, they had a link for Survey Police to log on and give your thoughts of Surveyhead. Well I am now. If you look at the possible replies Surveyhead can reply to within the BBB, as to complaints, on the BBB website with them, they have only replied to 1. It has been said, if it walks like a Duck,sounds like a Duck,looks like a Duck Most likely it is a Duck!

I haven't worked with a lot of other survey companies, so I don't have a great frame of reference. But they do offer a lot of surveys. And, yes, they do pay -- even if it does take awhile. My first 2 payments came through about a month after I requested them. I don't understand all the complaining about SurveyHead on this board.

Not bad, you do need to have a lot of patience when it comes to receiving your money. I've found that the initial request can take anything from one day to the full 4 weeks, but once it's been confirmed, it comes through to paypal within days.
I've requested money 5 or 6 times and got it each time. As for the surveys, at least you get to try and complete more if you don't qualify.
I very rarely qualify for surveys with incentives over £3 but after a while the 65p add up and I've received over £60 from them.

They are a little slow at crediting your account for surveys you have completed, however I have only good things to say about their customer service. I waited the usual months time to have my cashout request confirmed. After that they said 2-3 days for paypal credit. On day four I emailed any within 4 hours I heard back from they and received my credit. Surveyhead is #1 in my book.

Sure, its easy to get close to the $25 level to cashout, but when you get within $1-2 of it, it suddenly takes forever to give you the credit- Ive been waiting five months for one $1 survey to get credit, and all E-mails to support go ignored, after being told it would be taken care of.

This happened last time I was at the cashout level, and swore I wouldnt continue with them after getting paid, but by the time you get credited, then paid, you are nearly at another cashout level, so they get you hooked.

Another story is half of their surveys are from OTX/Opinionshere.... which is a fraudulent company in itself, so if youre just getting started, try another panel than Surveyhead.

No there is a definite downfall to the length some surveys stay pending and after reading all the bad reviews lately i really haven't been taking there surveys. I already had done enough to cash out after they were confirmed so i figured i would just wait it out and then cash out and today was the day i requested a $25 amazon GC and in less than 12 hours had the number emailed to me. I was incredibly happy and surprised by this so i will be using them a lot more from now on.

Cash out is at 25.00--which in itself a ripoff. Then i'm at 24.85 and 2.00 pending since Feb, 2010. I will never complete surveys with this company again, and I will contact BBB to get my money that I earned.

I an relate with many of you here. I had to hound them last week for pending credits from December! After I wrote about their BBB standings and how I was going to them that afternoon they credited $30 worth of surveys...now I will wait another 4 months to get paid! it is a shame that you have to chase them down for your money. Also, I would be interested to know what is being done with that money in the interim??? if thousands of us have pending payments that is A LOT of money to earn interest on. Not saying they do this, but I am sure it is not under someone's mattress. Think of the interest on thousands and thousands of dollars over several months.

Currently I have 17 surveys in the PENDING MODE! 9 of them are from 4 months ago, and customer service won't answer my emails. I will definitely contact the BBB. You should too! -- Unfortunately, it looks like this company is a FRAUD! BE CAREFUL, and GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY IF THEY OWE YOU ANYTHING!

They claim they need 6 weeks to verify a cash out and surveys can take about 5 MONTHS to clear. Surveyhead will pay you someday, but don't hold your breath. They have barely any customer service and it'll take about 6 weeks to get a reply. It's April, and I've written them about surveys from December numerous times with no success. I've cashed out twice since joining 6 months ago, but you have to nag them so much to clear surveys it's really frustrating. Their surveys also waste a lot of your time and them say you don't qualify. They offer a lot of high paying ones, but Surveyhead is really incompetent and SLOW.

I've already made $50 here, so this definitely ranks as one of the best-paying survey companies for me. But a word of warning: expect it to be SLOW. You have to be really patient. Payments from some surveys are listed as "pending" for a long time. And cashing out can be really, really slow -- but they do always pay (it can take 5-6 weeks.) I definitely recommend SurveyHead because of the good payout, but with a warning that it requires quite a bit of patience too.

I've been with them for over a year and this is the first time i've had a problem with them,i cashed out over 6 weeks ago and still have not received my money i emailed them atleast 8 times before they got back to me and said that they are sorry that they are behind and that usually i would have had my money in 2 weeks but i will receive it in 6 weeks they said,well it's been over that and still nothing i emailed them over 7 times again and no response.

Like a lot of others here, I got a decent amount of surveys that I qualified for at first. Had over $90 "approved" in my account (after a 2 month wait). I went to cash out $50 via Paypal on 2/1. Didn't hear ANYTHING from them for 7 weeks, despite multiple email requests for status. Finally, I get an email saying that my request had been "approved" and I will get paid in, you guessed it, ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS (and if you believe THAT one...). Why does it take 3 months (or more) to pay me via Paypal?!?!?! GMAB!!!

It's disappointing, to say the least, because Survey Head looked so promising.

I have been a member for about 5 months now. Two surveys that i did and complete never showed up in my account. Emailed several times with no reply. No reply for phone call either. Will continue with them for a month or so. Notice that BuzzBack has the same email address as SurveyHead. That does not sound good.

been with surveyhead a long time. they do pay, but slowly, they still owe for 09/2009 and 12/2009 but sooner or later i think i'll get the money. it's been a month since i started the last cash out so i should get the $27. in another month. just get tried of the waiting. other companies can pay in 3 days, why does it take so long here?

Seems great a first, until you decide to contact customer service. I've been trying for the last 3 months regarding about 5 different pending surveys I have with them. I'm currently at $23.85 of the $25.00 needed to cash out and have been sitting there for the last 3 months. I've emailed customer service countless times, even threatening to contact the BBB and never received a response. Avoid this company, and save yourself the headache.

I requested pay out on 02/04/10, still in requested status. Emailed them to check status, did not hear a thing. Not very happy with payout time or lack of response.

SurveyHead is uniquely good in that they tell you the probability of qualifying for any particular survey. If you know that you have a small chance at qualifying but for a good incentive, you can go for it. If not, go for a higher percentage.

SurveyHead makes it easy to accumulate a handsome sum of incentives. And they always pay, if somewhat slowly. This sure but slow payment is what causes me to give them 4 starts rather than a 5.

This company either has serious financial woes or they're clearly unethical. They are currently in good standing with the BBB. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they paid me within 2 days. Obviously they fear losing their status with the BBB. Don't mess around. File a BBB complaint against them and you will get paid. 2 or my top paying survey have been invalidated? hmmm I wonder if this company is on the up and up? doubt it.

I have been a member of surveyhead since December and I am so NOT impressed. When I first signed up everything was great. I qualified for most surveys and rapidly made 20 with all the surveys credited within days - then things changed. Since then every survey I have done stays at "pending" and have been for more than a month - a couple for two months. Also all of a sudden I'm being screened out of surveys - after spending over 20 minutes on them that is. Not only that but one of the longer 2.00 surveys I did shows "invalid" in red. How can that be? I am very thoughtful and truthful in doing surveys and surveys are about MY opinion so how can MY OPINION be invalid? This company seems to be very close to a scam site - It reminds me of otx. I will no longer be doing ANY more surveys from this company.

I signed up for this one because several people gave it a good review, however my luck with this site has not been very good. I can easily attempt every survey on my dashboard and qualify for none. Occasionally they might let me take one, like once a month. It got so frustrating that I hardly even try anymore. There are plenty of good survey sites to spend my limited time on.

I have had NO trouble with Surveyhead. It does take time for the surveys to be verified. When you reach payout, you will wait again to be verified. My emails were answered promptly and they have been very courtous. My payout went in to Paypal exactly as it was supposed to. Their surveys are usually quite easy to take. As of now, I highly recommened this site.

Surveys are always pending! Several months go by and your surveys are still pending. Wait and wait and wait and wait and wait, and the surveys are still pending! It really sucks! DON"T JOIN!

First of all they take forever to credit you with the surveys you have taken. I think the customer service is non-existent. I have emailed them a couple of times and have never heard anything back. I requested a $25.00 Amazon card on Jan.16th. It is now March 1st and I still do not have a gift card. It is easy to rack up money with them but it takes way to long for you to get the credit. If I do not have my gift card by the end of March I will unsubscribe to there panel.

I've only signed up two weeks ago and I've already made $22.00! I also have $10.00 pending. Sure, the time it takes for the surveys to be confirmed may take a while, but why complain when you can just keep racking up the points? I get about 6 surveys to complete a day. I might not qualify for them all, but it's still easy enough to try. And them paying in Paypal is fine, Paypal accounts are simple to create. I would recommend this site to anyone. Also, I make sure I check the site a couple times a day. The surveys that have the highest qualify percentage seem to go really quick!

Surveyhead keeps sending me surveys to do, but they never credit my account for the ones I have already done! I still have 9 surveys from 3 months ago that are still in the pending mode. - What kind of game are they playing here anyway? Surveyhead is very unfair!

I am with this company for 4 months ago and have in my account $21.00, I am just trying to reach my $25.00to unsuscribe,but with all this OTX surveys I think I would never get my money. They are not good. Not recommended they just want your answer and then screen out of the survey.

I would highly recommend staying with this company. I just received my 3rd cash out request, which now totals nearly $100. Don't receive many email request, but visiting their website several times a day, I find many open surveys. Considering how long it may take a company to send out 1 email to 1000's of survey takers could take days causing them to fill a quota before you get the email. I have questioned them several times about older pending surveys and got a response within a day's time. Dollar values for completing a survey is worth your time.

Surveyhead used to be my favorite, but now they have really gone down hill. I've got surveys from 3 months ago that have not yet been validated, and customer service does not repsond to your emails. Oh well, it was good while it lasted, but now I have serious doubts about getting paid for the $32 worth of surveys I have completed this go-round.

ive never had any problems with surveyhead yes it does take a long time to get surveys and cashout approved but it is very much worth it and any time i email them they get back to me,i have made $55 with them now thats free $$$$$

I went into the site full throttle... doing surveys at night, on my lunch break, on the weekends... after a couple weeks of .20 to $1 surveys I finally reached the cash out... now Im waiting and waiting for them to "verify" by surveys.
weeks are now months and they have only "verified" $10 worth of of $40 worth of surveys (and $5 of it is my sign up bonus)

Ever since I joined this site, I have not had any problems getting my cashouts. Yes I agree that sometimes I hate when it says do not qualify or already full it gets irritating but other than that I love this site.

I never get any surveys on this site, well maybe like 3 a day and I don't even qualify for them. It's scary what these other posters are mentioning. Seems like this company just takes people's survey data and doesn't want to pay them. At least I haven't been cheated yet, but I certainly haven't been rewarded.

Ive been a member for about a year I guess. Next up I Managed to get up enough to cash out at 37 dollars they processed this pretty quickly changed from requested to confirmed and even managed to get the payment in papal a couple days after that. Now the nightmare begins .I waited before I decided to do a cash out again because I thought they were legit. I worked at them for 6 months. Cash-out amount was about $90 dollars. This time 4 weeks has come and gone, emailed support. Emiled back that their system had something wrong with it, would receive my payment by the end of that week. 2 weeks later e-mailed again wanting my $90 dollars for my time and effort. Sent email back saying that it rejected due to irregularities in the account and not abiding by terms and conditions. Mind you I have not opened any other account and always been truthful and legit with them. They even left the account oped so I can let it happen again. WATCHOUT, STAY AWAY, THEY DONT PAY WHEN CREDIT IS DUE!

After doing the initial sign up three months ago I have $7.50 in my account. Since then I have NOT qualified for one survey. This site for me is a waste of time. Glad to see some of you are making a few bucks but this site is Not for me.

I was happy to qualify for many surveys there but not happy to find out how long it took for them to VERIFY taking a survey as well as getting paid.

I also found that several other survey sites I go to use surveyhead surveys & when I'd do a survey for the other company I'd get redirected back to SurveyHead and not get paid by the 1st company.

I found that dollarsurveys were often offering the same surveys as SurveyHead & they pay within a week, directly into paypal.

I know that some people love surveyhead & probably do quite well BUT for me it wasnt weorth the wait & their customer service was in my experience non existent.

I have been on Surveyhead for almost 2 years now. I have over $140 cashed out. I got my money every time. They give you A LOT of surveys, at least one per day. Most of the time, they are easy to qualify for. I've gotten over $50 in the last month (December 2009). The ONLY downfall about this site is, it takes up to 4 weeks AFTER you to do a survey to get money in your account, then up to 4 weeks AFTER you REQUEST for them to confirm it. Then 4 weeks to get into Paypal (or other method of choice).. So a total of about 3 months. HOWEVER, if you do surveys daily and keep the money rolling, you should be making money QUICKLY. I would say its one of the best companies around. They also reply to my emails quickly. I'm not sure what people are talking about.. Honestly, its a pretty good site.

I am having the same problem as the two people below. This company disabled my account and stole my money. I had $53 of surveys completed and requested to be paid and now it is all gone.

Also did a lot of surveys with this company and cashed out once for $25, but then when I went to cash out a second time, they said invalid with no mention ever via phone or email as to why and suddenly I found my account canceled. They were slow to even pay the $25 I did earned and I waited a heck of a long time for that (like 2 months from what I wrote down). My children even filled out movie surveys for this group and nada, some lesson they learned.

If you happen to not answer one survey properly to their unwritten standards, they mark your incentive invalid. Completed 20 other surveys and had $32 pending for a cash out via amazon. Took 3 weeks, then my claim said REJECTED with a follow up of "Due to irregularities in your account, your claim was rejected". They took the money, banned me, and cleared the account. First company I've ever seen this happen with.

I like surveyhead.com a lot--there are tons of survey opportunities available. Today alone I made $13 with them. They also pay via paypal which is great. the only downside (besides the $25 cashout minimum) is that the surveys take a long time to approve and be credited to your available balance. To date, I've cashed out $125 (since summer), I have $16 available, and I have nearly $80 pending--I have confidence that it will all be approved though. Once you request your money, it stays "requested" for a month, then it takes 2-3 weeks more to appear in paypal. Overall, good money maker!

By far one of the worst surveys sites. I have been taking surveys for 7 years now and have made pretty good money with many Survey sites. I have given up trying to take surveys for them after attempting to take at least 30 surveys and never qualifying

I really did not think this was going to pan out. But to my suprise I did end up getting paid. I think for us Canadians it takes a lot longer to qualify for enough surveys to make the cash out amount. I started my account on June 20th and I reached the cash out amount in late September. I finally got the payment through paypal 2 weeks ago(2nd week of November). It took quite a while to get the payment. Also when I did a survey it took and average of 4 weeks to confirm my earnings. I finally finished the profiles and I was excepted for a 21$ survey! I still have not been granted the earnings it has been 6 weeks. Other than 2 times I have received the earnings though. A little extra money never hurt anyone....but I am betting by next June when it will be my 1 year anniversary I would be lucky to make a total of 100$. This will not suppliment you income people!

You waste your time with surveys then they sit on the site for 3-5 months at LEAST before anything is verified meaning that you cant cash out forever. I have had over $42 earned on there and cant cash out my $25 because they take forever to verify my surveys (since July and its late November now). Many other companies send you your money by PayPal and you get it within 10 days. Use your time on those instead.

Seems to be a high-incentive, though time-intensive website. Incentives are credied to your account for completing the profiles, unlike others. A nice feature; from 20-50 cents per 9 profiles, some are lengthy. Many other panels have you fill this info out for nothing just to qualify for surveys, so this is a plus for Surveyhead. It lends more credibility that it's a legitimate market research outfit in that your account is credited for more points the more accurate and honest information provided in filling out the rather lengthy personal profiles. There is also a $5.00 incentive for registration, which I haven't seen anywhere else up to now.
All in all, I would recommend joining Surveyhead and take the time to do all of the 9 profiles, and you will have about $8 in your account.
I hope to get more invites in my email from Surveyhead; they have already credited real cash incentives on my account that are much better than any other survey site I've seen yet.

I have tried unsuccessfully for over 4 months to qualify for a surevy, never do...I wouldn't waste my time with this site if I were you.

I decided to cash out some money a little while ago & received an email today saying the money was there for me..Very cool..nice to see that Survey Head pays up...Great amount of surveys available..Sometimes it's hard to qualify for some surveys, but everyday they are avialable..you just need to be patient...It takes time to cash out..but worth it in the end...

I pick and choose the surveys that value my time. I like that there is an upfront list or available surveys for me with a time estimate and payout. I can choose some and skip others. There have been a few times over the last 6 months where I completed a survey and been redirected to no-mans land so they could avoid paying, so that is where my 3 rating came from. I asked them about it several times and they never responded. Obviously if OTX shows up in any of the surveys I select I simply close the window.

Forget it! After doing a prescreener they said that a product (teeth whitener) would be sent but they need you to pay for shipping. This they said would verify my identity? What BS is that about. No legit site would have you pay for shipping of test product. SCAM if you ask me.

I have only been doing surveys for about 3 months. Surveyhead is the best site i have found.They really pay fast.In about i have been pais over 75 dollars, and have another payment about to happen.OTX is bad but hey get 30 surveys of any place in a month that pays cash.Good luck finding another one like sueveyhead.The surveys i get from them are around 10 to 15 minutes.If you want to make a little side money with surveyhead just tell the truth to their questions.By the way alot of sites are either licked or are the same company.So just answer the questions trufully and make a little spare money.

yes they send lots of surveys (each about $1 to $3) but i had never received one with %100 chances of qualifying. in three months i've barely made 20 bucks (need 25 to cash out) and at this point i'm getting extremely frustrated. no doubt you gotta be patient on this one

The payout per survey is average to above average in most cases. I have been lucky and gotten credit for several $4-5 survey and they were like 10 min surveys to boot. In general most surveys are $1-2.50 and yes they do have alot of OTX. But they do have alot of survey options most days so odds are for me I can snag at least 1-2 a day so on average I get about $2-5 per day from them.

However they do keep track of your surveys so you know what ones you have taken and when you get credit for it, they send an email when a survey credits very nice. The pay pal process takes less then a week. It's odd how you have to have 25 to cashout, but once you have the option you can select 10, 20, 30, 40 options. All in all it's in my top 5 sites. OpinionOutpost and OpinionPlace ranking higher as far as sites that have put cash in my pocket.

After taking about a month to earn $40, I cashed out. It took a pretty long time for the taken surveys to be approved and finalized for payment but they were eventually done correctly. It took about 2 weeks from the time I cashed out to the time I actually received the payment via paypal. This company is legit. but you have to be patient. After all, it's cash for just sitting and giving your opinions. Most people do that all day for free.

Surveyhead pays out. There is a waiting period, but it's not like you're waiting for a check in the mail like some of these other sites. You also have the choice of donating your cash as well, which I'd like and at some point, plan to do. Surveyhead immediately sets themselves apart from all the schemester scammer sites out there by offering a payment option, status on a payment request, and following an automated e-mail notifying you on the follow-through. That, for a site that's free to join, is excellent and extraordinary! High praise to them!

Survey Head is one of the best survey companies out there. They have interesting surveys and I qualify for about 50%(except OTX, I don't even try these anymore). They have always treated me very well and now they are paying really fast. I cashed out yesterday and the money was deposited into paypal today!! Not many pay nearly that fast. I highly recommend Survey Head.

I have been with them for only a month. I reached the $25 in 4 weeks. Requested a cashout via pay pal. They confirmed this cashout within 1 week and within 2 days it was already in my pay pal account. I am already at another $25 to cashout. Great survey, qualify for almost 60% of them. Legitimate site, love them.

I've had no problem cashing out twice. money was quickly putinto my pay pal account and then transfered to my bank account.

Surveyhead is the best online survey site i have found. I would definitly recommend them to anyone.

I have to say I'm not too impressed with this site. Most of the surveys they give me I never qualify for and it takes forever to earn your rewards. Sometimes they'll be pending for months, in my experience, and it will take a long time to reach that $25 threshold. They also marked some surveys I took as invalid even though I was completely truthful when taking them and had no problems taking the survey. Not sure what that is about. I would only recommend them if you don't mind waiting forever to cash out and it doesn't bother you if you don't qualify for a lot of them. I'll stick with it, but it's definitely not my favorite survey site.

Unlike so many survey sites, you make money!! No points, no hassle, just cash. I've seen ppl complaining about rewards pending but almost all survey sites do this; they just don't post it so you sit there waiting and wondering where your money is. So that's a plus to me. They also send you an e-mail when it's been approved & that's another plus. But the best is once you've cashed out for your 1st payment, you've already taken other surveys waiting to be approved so it's not long before you hit the cashout again. It's a great site and I highly recommend it.

I personally have had a wonderful experience with surveyhead. They offer only cash surveys, no points or prizes crap. No spam or reading emails and no offers.At sign up you get $5 and just for completing your profiles you earn $1.20. The pay for each survey is great $1-$5. The threshold for payment is $25. Get paid conviently through paypal or gift card.So no worries about checks. After requesting payment the money was in my paypal account in about 2 weeks. Customer has always returned emails within a few days. I've only been with them for a few months and have made $47 in 21 surveys. I can't believe people have had bad experiences?! This site rocks its now the ONLY one I use.

i tried this one out and was not impressed. They seem to be very upfront with you about everything but then it is very difficult to qualify for their surveys. Even when you do complete a survey, it seems to take a while for the amount to be credited. I wound up quitting this panel because it seemed like I never qualified for their surveys and I think they used a lot of "OTX."

Takes a long time to reach payout ($25.00) when you very rarely qualify. The highest paying surveys are the ones that you either do not qualify for or they have reached there demo limit on your qualifications.

Joined Surveyhead. Took a long, long, long time to reach the minimum payout of $25 (didn't qualify for lots of the survey's especially the higher paying ones). Finally reached $25 and requested a payout to PayPal. A couple of weeks later I got an email from PayPal saying that Surveyhead paid me, however, they didn't pay me the full minimum payout of $25. They only paid $10. They said I only requested $10 which is not true as why would I want to leave $15 of my hard earned money with them. Besides $25 is their posted minimum payout, that's what they should pay. Every other website pays out the minimum when you reach it, no questions asked. They are currently refusing to pay the $15 they owe me. They will not pay me until I reach minimum payout again (which means taking many more surveys the I hardly qualify for). Beware, beware, beware!!!

This is a good way to earn some extra cash cause you can always count on them to send 5 or 6 good surveys per week. The only problem is with the OTX surveys. SURVEYHEAD IS INFESTED WITH INQUIRIES THAT COME FROM OTX, WHICH IS A SCAM CORPORATION. However, The other companies that they work with have been good! SIMPLY DELETE ANY SURVEY THAT COMES FROM OTX, AND YOU'LL BE FINE!

I joined this panel in early June 2009. During the first week of August 2009, I had earned enough for my first cashout($25.95). Exactly one week after requesting my pay, the money was credited to my paypal account. While other sites have paid through paypal instantly or within 48 hrs, it is still good to know that Surveyhead is legit even though they are slow to credit and pay.

I joined in May and I cashed out $25 on 6/13 and $28 on 7/24 and I will be cashing out another $30 today 8/13. They are a little bit slow at clearing your surveys, but I have emailed them and they were quick to respond and manually cleared any surveys that were pending for more than 4 weeks. The Paypal payment takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive but my daughter gets Amazon giftcard codes and those take 24 hours. The surveys aren't bad and they usually have a long list of surveys with the dollar amount and the chance that you will qualify. I personally love this site.

My very first survey, I spent about 20 minutes answering the same questions over and over again, then it tells me there are already enough participants. Give me a break. There's plenty of legit sites out there without wasting your time with Surveyhead.

I have been there a couple of months, dont really have time for it as much now, but in first six weeks earned about forty bux, they paid me within two weeks on paypal, if you have a lot of freetime and want max surveys this one is always available. Definately better then most, i hate paypal so i am not a huge fan but they are definately legit and easy to make a few bux a day with if you have the time to continually visit the site.

I had nothing but grief from this survey site. It took weeks to "verify" that I indeed took a survey & then it took more time, months, umtill I was paid via paypal as they had to again "verify" my paypal account. All I saw were OTX surveys, the ones that paid more I never qualified for. Maybe it gotten better but I unsubscribed a while ago. To frustrating.

I have been a member with Surveyhead for 1 year now. I always have been paid. My last payout, which was yesterday ($26.80) was posted to my PayPal account within 4 days of requesting payment. Several times while doing surveys, I was invited to try products like, salad kits, body lotion, snacks etc, for an extra incentive. I never had a problem with them. Their customer service is good, they have always responded to my emails within hours.

I was hesitant when I first joined this panel from reviews posted. Surprisingly, with a bit of patience, the surveys can be very rewarding from $1 to $25. It can be a bit irritating to "not qualify", yet they offer you more opportunities to potentially qualify and state the percentage you may qualify.

Any survey or incentive problem I have experienced has been responded to in "less" time than expected, friendly and professional at the same.

On incentives, you are notified by email each time one posts to your account, most panels do not do this. You are also notified when your incentive is being processed and then rewarded. The only inconsistency I have experienced was receiving my incentive much "earlier" than stated.

SurveyHead also recently added more incentive options.

I would suggest if you had problems in the past, try them again, and attempt to solve interferences kindly; you get more flies with honey :)

I've always done well with Surveyhead, and receive plenty of survey opportunities with them. I contacted them once with a login issue; they replied quickly and politely.
I do wish that surveys were verified faster..for me, that's the only downside. My last payment was received in record time- just a little over 2 weeks from the day I requested it. Very happy. :)

when I joined it started out ok. I got to $11.00 quickly.
But it changed. I still have $3 pending and just finished taking a survey which took me 10 minutes to complete and came back told me I did not qualify. I don't qualify for more surveys than i do qualify for lately. If things don't start qualifing for more I may unsubscribe

I've been taking surveyhead surveys daily for the past several months. I've earned nearly $60, but only $23 has been "verified" - the rest are pending with most beoynd the standard 4 weeks. So, I haven't hit the $25 needed to cashout yet and it isn't looking likely that I will. Recently, I will spend 10-15 minutes on a survey and after the very last question, will receive the "sorry, you don't qualify" or "we've reached the necessary number of participants" error. What a waste of time! I e-mailed customer service with my concern and one of their "Managers" responded with a NASTY note, telling me I knew when I signed up that I could be disqualified at any time. Since then, I've recieved 0 surveys. Funny how I would receive 4-5 surveys per day (not that I would actually qualify for many), but now I receive none over a period of several days. SCAM!

Survey Head is really very good site. I never had any problems with them. I received $27.20 on July 01,2009 through PayPal.

The major problem that I have with surveyhead is that once you have completed each survey, it stays pending in your account for a very long time (sometimes a month) before it is stated as complete. You may get to the $25 cashout threshold by the number of surveys you have completed, but you have to wait to cash it until all of your surveys aren't pending anymore. However, I do like the fact that I can login anytime to see if there are surveys that I qualify for.

I joined surveyhead.com in March. In 4 weeks I had earned $17 with $32 pending. I reached the $25 payout in mid April 2009. I received that payment on Paypal the first week of May. By the end of May I had $37.00 earned, and received this payment in mid June. So I have no complaints. Sure, I don't qualify for most surveys, but it only takes 4 or 5 minutes at the most to find out. I belong to 10 survey sights. Surveyhead and opinionoutpost.com have paid me the most money so far. In three months I have made $112.00 from those two alone.

It took a few months before I received my first payment, but it did finally come through after completing several surveys. I find I begin to take many surveys with this company only to screen out. But it is a legitimate entity and I was compensated as promised.

Well, they paid me and my money and all is good!

It's kind of a pain that you answer quite a few questions into a survey and then suddenly you don't qualify. But, when you do qualify, it's not that hard of a survey to complete and you get paid decently for it. I just reached the $25 threshold not too long ago, after only being enrolled for about 2 months (not bad). Took a little bit for the $25 to get into my PayPal account, but, it did get there, so I can't complain. It was also nice that they would deposit it to a PayPal account that I have with a different email address (one that's not used for Surveyhead.com). Alot of sites don't do that. Overall, one of my most trusted sites.

i have been with surveyhead for maybe 3 or 4 months now and i have already made over 50 dollars which has been immediately paid to my paypal account as soon as i requested it, yes there are alot of surveys that you dont qualify for but there are also alot that you do they send surveys and i love the fact that they give you a percentage rating of your qualification chances my last survey paid me $10 for 15 minutes.

I have been a member for six months now and earned 98 dollars.They do pay in a timely matter to paypal.This site is legit and do pay.

Too many people are giving this company a bad rating becuase they are having trouble qualifying for surveys. I have trouble qualifying for surveys with EVERY survey site that I use. I have earned and been prompted paid over $100 by this company this year. It does take them about 3-4 weeks on average to pay once you cash out, but I would rather them delay the payment than to pay us before getting paid themselves (that is what puts many survey companies out of business). Surveyhead has been one of my best money-makers this year!

I joinrd surveyhead in febuary and I've already cashed out twice and have gotten paid $50 really fast. My payments take less than two weeks instead of the 4-6 weeks that it says. The only downside is that it's sometimes hard to get a survey you qualify for.

I have been a member of this site not very long and to be honest at first I was worried rather it would pay out. Once I reached my 25.00 limit to cash out I started emailing them emails everyday or every other day which they responded to each time.Yes the pendings do take time to change to earning,and yes payment can take up to 4 weeks but they do pay you for your devoted time trust me its great site and they will respond to your emails. I do highly recommend this site to people that have patience.At first I wasnt patient. again did take a while to get but they did pay me its a great site that is honest to its words. Remember if you have patience then this is the website for you.I believe good things come to those whom are patient.They do pay for your devoted time again just takes time to recieve but,you will get paid.

I signed up and really liked how the website is setup and the amount that you get for each survey completed. HOWEVER.. I totally dislike how you have maybe 6 surveys you can do a day AND I didn't even qualify for!ONE!!! Do a survey for 10 minutes to find out I can't continue?!

I signed up for this site last year and very quickly made the $25 minimum, about $32. They sent me an invite with but for some reason the put the link to opt out in the middle of the invite where the link for the survey normally is and I opted out. I contacted them right away and they understood what happened and told me to start a new account but they couldn't tranfer my money. I can't believe this. I was about to finish my survey that took me about 20 minutes then suddenly it redirects me to an error page then next I thing I know when go back to the SurveyHead site " We’re Sorry.Unfortunately the survey you attempted has already reached the required number of participants. "

I have attempted about 40 surveys and have only qualified for only 2! Some of the surveys I have spent 10 minutes on answering questions only to be told that I didn't qualify. They need a better system to target surveys at the right panel members.

I am new to the survey scene but i have experienced the same problems. It seems after taking the survey you do not qualify. I keep trying and never seems to work!

I have had no problem with survey head, it took me one month to reach the $25.00 dollar payout level and within one week I recieved payment to my paypal account. I would reccomend survey head.

Ever notice how they tell you what percentage of how likely you are to qualifying for a survey? Mine is always 30%-50% especially now that I seem to be getting closer to the 25 dollar paypout. They send you a lot of OTX surveys which are a joke I don't bother to even click on those surveys. I am now at $17.00 and decided not to take any more of their surveys its just not worth it I can tell you this ~~~~~~~~~~~~ their not getting anymore of my time. I am DONE!

AVOID this company like the plague! There are too many other excellent companies who pay promptly and with a check if you chose that option ! Thinking small claims court here!

I cashed out 3 weeks ago and was told I would be paid this week. I cashed out on Jan 8th. They told me they paid all surveys cashed out up until January 6th. How can that be 3 weeks?? That is almost 4!! It says TWO on their site!! I'm really aggravated!!!

The purpose of taking surveys is for companies to get the consumers view, right. I signed up for Survey Head in Nov. 2008, and have taken enough surveys to cash out. ($25.00) I had to contact customer service to do so, I did receive and answer, but 3 weeks have gone by & my account shows cashed out, but has not been processed in to my Pay Pal. I rarely qualify for the OTX surveys, so it is a waste of time.

Something they are doing must be working now. I'm happy with SurveyHead and continue to take their surveys. I've hit the $25 mark and have been reward. Great to part of this online panel.

I've received payment from them awhile ago. It did take awhile for it to go in my paypal account but I also did request it during a holiday week. Their surveys usually take about a month to be confirmed but they do show up in your account as pending so you can at least see how much money you've made. There are some surveys from OTX which are hard to qualify for but the way I see it is it's not hard to take surveys. It's really just extra money.

I have been waiting for my cashout just like everyone else, but their customer service got back to me and it seem like they are getting their act together now. I just got my payment, and they promise to make things better from now on. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

I have been a member for a few months, they gave me credit for the first surveys up to $15, then it got slower and slower to the point that within the last month, I received credit from ONE SURVEY FOR ONE DOLLAR!!!!! I write and write and write, but get no response. Look up their phone number through GoZing which a blogger recommended, does not even get to them!!! I think all people should report to Better Business Bureau!!!

I had a few surveys that should have showed completed, yet always show "pending". They do that when you get close to the cash-out amount. I sent emails and never a response. I would NOT recommend them to anyone unless you want to do surveys for free, and have the company keep your money.

I have been a member for a while now and the only reason I reached my cashout limit so quick is because I got a $10 survey invitation for an alcohol survey. otherwise, it would probably take forever. I have been waiting for my deposit to be made for over a month now. I emailed them 2 xs and did not get a response. again, i emailed them for a 3rd time and finally recieved and email back within the same day. the guy confirmed that they got my request and that they were backed up from the holidays. it says 2 weeks to get paid on the site when you request it though.. im not sure about these guys

I joined and since then have not qualified for any surveys after spending lots of time doing them. They use OTX and when I see that screen, I always know I won't qualify and this is AFTER they get all the info from me that they want. This is a complete waste of time.

I have never qualified for a survey. I spend an hour going through the OTX runaround only to not qualify. This happens EVERY TIME.

I been trying to cashout for days and it just set their , I have everything filled out and checked nothing.

I just want to cash out and be done with them. They get paid something for us to do the survey they should pay us when we request it. They keep this up people will quit doing them and they they will lose money.

Hi All, I'm writing on behalf of Surveyhead. We have recently been making payment to members for taking surveys. We recently paid out thousands of dollars via PayPal to our survey members. You will see better service from Surveyhead going forward.

They do not pay, after you submit a legitimate payment request, after months of taking their very long surveys. Their customer service department has never responded to a question, and I've contacted them now three times.

Like everyone else points out, it seems like this company has a hard time giving rewards. I cashed out over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Nevermind the months it took me to earn my $27. I am very disappointed and it is highly likely I just wasted my time.

All of my money that I have earned has been approved. I requested my money 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved it in my paypal account. DO NOT DO THEIR SURVEYS BIG WASTE OF TIME AND YOU DON"T GET PAID!!

They have not returned any emails or phone calls for 3 weeks. Have completed minimum to cash out and have no way to do it because most of my surveys have been waiting a month as "pending approval" and they don't respong to my questions about the delay. Most of their surveys are OTX and a lot of them you complete and then get no credit at all. Avoid at all cost. A scam for sure , using people to perform surveys for other companies then they don't pay you.

really horrible! they seem to be in cahoots with OTX. it takes forever to earn the minimum cash out amount - $25 - i've been a member for months and almost all my money is still pending. force you to have paypal to get paid. i almost never qualify. avoid avoid avoid. sorry i ever signed up with them
