I've been a member of TestSpin since it's inception and for many years it was a great survey site. Once they started using RedeemItNow the site went downhill fast! Their "support" system is not lacking, it's absolutely nonexistant.

Surveys will tell you halfway through that you don't qualify.
Recently, I was told I completed a survey, however it did not credit. I looked in my survey history, and it says I was disqualified. I contacted customer support, and it has been two weeks with no reply. They can still flood my inbox with at least 20 survey notices a day though. AVOID!

We know the technology is there, yet Testspin will send the
same surveys over and over many times per day and every
day. As everyone filled out a "profile" to qualify for the
surveys it should be easy for them to delete the ones a person does not qualify for.

I Signed Up And When I Tried To Login It Said "No Record Of That Email In Our System."Tried To Contact Them,Got No Answer.Tried To Sign Up Again And It Said "That Email Is Already In Our System."So I Would Close My Account But Have i Have No Idea How.

I've been a member of this site for a long time also. Have cashed out several times ok. Lately, my itcoins just are not adding up. Have tons that say they are pending, like over 100 pages worth! Most are just 1 coin. I wish they would get put into my account soon, so I can cash out and close my account. I took Deb's advise and reported them to the BBB. They can't even get a response! I'm still patiently waiting.
