Create an account for 500 free points

With Toluna Influencers, creating an account takes only minutes. To create an account, answer a nine-question survey about yourself; your name, date of birth, gender, country of residence, zip code, desired password and mobile number (this is optional). Confirm your account by clicking the e-mail link and receive an instant 500 point credit to your account.

Take interesting surveys to earn rewards

Toluna offers their members surveys every day that are on a wide array of subjects including large consumer brands, your habits, and the environment you live in. Your opinions will directly impact companies and how they market, distribute or advertise new products and services to consumers like you.

Fill out the profilers for more points

When you first log into your account, you will be asked to complete the profile surveys (though this is optional). These short surveys are designed to help better match you to surveys so that you're primarily sent surveys you will qualify for. For every completed profile survey you complete, you will be awarded 100 points. You can update your profile surveys every 6 months to earn more points.

How to Redeem Points

Upon joining and completing surveys and participating in games and other point-awarding activities, you will be credited with points. Once you have earned a minimum of 30,000 points ($10.00 worth), you can redeem your points for a selection of prizes.

Rewards Options

Toluna Influencers offers an extensive rewards catalog. When you're ready to request a cash out from your Toluna Influencers account, click the Rewards button and choose from a wide variety of options:

  • PayPal payments - with 65,000 points in your account, you can request a $20.00 PayPal cash payment.
  • e-Gift cards - choose from a wide variety of digital gift cards, including Amazon, Boston Pizza, Apple, Starbucks, and many more. Gift cards can be redeemed with as few as 30,000 points ($10.00).
  • bitcoin - receive $30 USD in Bitcoin in exchange for 114,000 points, awarded via mybitcards.

Note that rewards options will vary based on your country of residence.

Toluna Points Value: 3,000 Points = $1.00 (though this varies slightly per reward chosen). Therefore, 30 points = $0.01.

Upon requesting a reward, it can take up to 3 weeks for it to be delivered. All rewards are digital in nature (PayPal or bitcoin cash and e-gift cards), so ensure you monitor your inbox closely after requesting a reward to ensure you don't miss it!

Survey Taking Experience

Start taking surveys

The Surveys tab in your account will display a list of online surveys ready for you to fill out. You can choose to view surveys by Priority Surveys (which are recommended for you), Quick Surveys (short surveys), or by Premium Surveys (surveys that award more points than usual).

Every survey will display the estimated length of time it will take to complete, the topic of the survey, as well as how many points you will receive for completing it. Some surveys may offer a unique experience such as being a video survey or a diary style survey.

Points Earned Per Survey

The number of points you will earn per survey completion will vary and is based on things like the length and complexity of the survey. However, successful online survey completions typically award anywhere from 15 - 50,000 points each, and special surveys could offer even more.

Points Expiry

When points are credited to your account, they remain valid for 16 months. If after this period your points have not been used, they will automatically expire and be deleted from your account. Your points will not expire all at once; instead, points will expire 16 months after you originally earned them, so be sure to regularly redeem your points for rewards.

Besides participating in online surveys and referring friends, you can earn points by participating in the following activities:

  • Games - play fun games such as answering trivia questions to earn bonus points.

There are 8 different spots on the wheel which you can land on: Better luck next time, 40 points, 80 points, 100 points, 200 points, 300 points, 500 points, and 1000 points. Refer-a-friend program

Under the 'Refer-a-Friend' tab located in the Account section of your dashboard, you will find your unique referral link which you can share with friends and extended family to invite them to the Toluna community. It takes 51000 for redeem value it takes long and give only 5 $ . it have to give 20$ to redeem 51000 points.

We offer many reward options at different thresholds so that both very active members as well as the ones who are casually active can easily request a reward. We currently have multiple rewards on the site, that you can easily check at https://in.toluna.com/rewards.

We have many surveys available every day that you can find in My Survey Centre section of your account. All you need to do is login on Toluna.com and start taking surveys! The more surveys you complete, the faster you will accumulate points and be able to redeem your favorite reward.

Survey incentives vary based on theme, complexity of the study, length of interview, etc, hence a complex survey will be awarded with a higher number of points than a very quick and simple one. Survey points can vary between 15 and 15.000 points usually and sometimes even higher.

If you haven't accumulated yet enough points to request a reward, you can either use your existing points for an entry ticket to our Toluna Millionaire Sweepstake for a chance to $1,000,000 points, or you can increase your balance by completing more surveys, voting on sponsored polls, playing games, creating quality content or participating in contests launched by Toluna Team.

Definately lost their edge

I can remember when they were the number one site, now they have more issues than I can list. You complete a survey then get told you are the wrong profile, having spent 30 minutes doing the survey. Every Wednesday the site can become unworkable you get logged out surveys freeze, and you get helpful screens that say it is not you it is us. If you report something to them they seldom take any responsibility for the issue, this is the same if a large number report the issue. It is no surprise they are number 88, I expect the will sink lower as the site deteriorates. The never communicate with the influencers to let them know what is going on, and I have never seen an apology for the horrendous site performance. They make changes, and there is no explanation to the influencers why, reward go missing, and points get lost, so all in all not even worthy of the one star but you are not allowed to give a zero star rating it has to be a minimum of one star,

You are clearly a very loyal and engaged member of our community, so we are sure you already know about the survey screening process and the fact that we also have quality checks in place, as we are committed to providing high quality data to our clients and to ensure this level of quality is maintained constantly.

When a respondent is screened out late in the survey, it should be due to failing the quality checks in place.

The reasons someone might not qualify include, but are not limited to: the profile not corresponding to our client's target audience, discrepancy in logical suite of responses, going too quickly through the questions to properly consider the answers, lapse in attention, answering multiple questions the same way, etc

If during the quality checks in place you fail to qualify for a survey, then points will not be rewarded as we will not use that data for the research as it is not considered valid.

However, if you feel that the reason why you did not qualify for the survey was not the result of a quality check we would be more than happy to investigate further and make things right for you!

We are sorry to hear that you had difficulties accessing our website. These type of errors may happen from time to time on any digital platform; refreshing the page or clearing cookies and cache can sometimes resolve the issue, as it allows your browser to reflect any recent updates or fixes.

There were indeed some temporary errors from time to time, for which we sincerely apologize! Toluna.com website is working fine now, and you should be able to access your account without any problems.

As far as rewards are concerned, we would like to make it clear that we do not engage in such demeaning activities; we have never deliberately delayed or withheld any of our influencers’ rewards.

Once processed, the details of most e-vouchers are available directly in your Toluna account at https://uk.toluna.com/YourZone/vouchers. Using the calendar, make sure to choose a time period that includes the day your redeemed the reward.

The missing points you mention are most likely the result of our points expiration policy. This policy is part of our loyalty program used to engage our influencers and encourage them to stay active, while earning more points that they can use to redeem from the multiple reward options we offer. If not spent, points expire after 16 months from the date they are earned and, always on the 28th of the expiring month. To make sure you can use your points in time, we inform you of how many points are about to expire via a black banner in ‘Your Points’ section. You have 28 days after the appearance of this banner to use the expiring points.

I belong to a number of survey sites and I find Toluna to be one of the most consistent, comfortable, and reliable. There is a wide range of activities for earning points and a large selection of rewards available. Some of the content comes direct from the site and some from members of the Toluna community itself. There's a friendly social vibe that prevails and opportunities to interact with other members that contribute to the atmosphere. On the rare occasion that I've needed to contact customer support, their response was very fast and efficient. More importantly, I never felt like they considered me to be "just a number" as so many support units tend to do. As with many other sites,there are complaints from people taking lengthy surveys that end up disqualifying and that becomes a deal breaker for them. I think what really happens is the survey fills up and not needing any more input, simply stops accepting data. It's happened to me on occasion but I know it's nothing personal. And there are always plenty of surveys waiting and some quite short! As with any survey site, it's prudent to read the terms and conditions so that you know what is expected of you and to avoid misunderstandings or unhappy surprises. Through several years of pursuing surveys, I have seen a lot of sites run in the most haphazard manner imaginable. Generally they do not respond to any customer concerns, eventually shut down, and leave a lot of disgruntled people in their wake. For me, Toluna personifies the exact opposite in survey site management.
