Registration

To register, you may either sign up through the USA Talk Now website or using your personal Facebook profile. Signing up through Facebook gives the option to push new surveys straight to your notifications! This helps with taking advantage of the hottest surveys right when they are available.

Survey Details

After you complete a survey or participate in a focus group, the points may take 2-4 weeks to appear in your account. The research project must be completed before points can be distributed.

been messaging for many months that im not receiving any surveys. they dont respond to any email messages and made them a lot of money over the years if there not going to give me surveys i would like the 6.98 thats in my account and been paid to them in amazon.

Terrible customer service. I have sent many emails and messages trying to resolve the problem that I was not able to redeem my points. When I reached someone today. I got the issue resolved. And when I complained about the customer service I was told that they were going to delete my account.

I have been involved with this site and I haven't been approved for a survey for what seems like years. And every seriously single time I have sent Vance Harmon either an email or a direct message through the site I have never ever received a reply back on any matter. So that leads me to come here and leave this review with the hopes that Vance will get the message and honestly I don't care if he cancels my account with them because there are far too many other sites that aren't afraid to communicate.

After working for them for quite a few years w/o out problem and doing focus groups, product tests and surveys, they seemed to merge w/ Clear Voice in Denver. The change in graphics sent in their emails to me and drop in amounts paid tipped me off so poked around their site and found this out. Then in mid May of 2014 they seized all funds pending in my account--over 30.00 and refused to respond to any emails. I was doing nothing different than what I had done for 5 or 6 years. The majority of surveys I would screen out of for various reasons anyway. So I would say beware. If this company was not jointly in Canada and the USA I would probably make a BBB report. It's hard to believe a company would only pay 25 cents for a survey that would take around 15 minutes. That absurd!

I used to LOVE this site. Until suddenly completely out of the blue they stopped having surveys for me, and my rewards went away, saying it's under maintenance. It's SUPER hard to get a hold of anyone who can help and to this day after many contacts have not had my issue resolved. I had accumulated $30 and now will never see that because this site sucks. Don't partake!
