I generally like Zoompanel. I get invites on a regular basis and qualify enough to keep me interested. They give points with every survey attempted, but their big weakness is that you can redeem points for prizes only and not for cash. I have used them to get Puretracks downloads so iI don't mind this too much.

Kinda hard to collect up enough points to get anything of value. Why don't survey sites just pay cash rather than always dealing in points. I think it would be easier for everyone. The rewards on this site need improvement!

Looking at the rewards section and the amount they pay for a survey I had just completed elsewhere, I'm rather certain(I doubt it was shorter on ZoomPanel) that ten cents is the average.
10 cents for a 15 minute survey... no. I'm sorry but this isn't even reasonable for a third world country.
40 cents an hour is roughly what you pay to power your computer in California.

I never received a survey so I went to the homepage and all it says "unfortunately we do not have any surveys for you" which is fine, but I couldnt even access My Account, anything I clicked except Help sent me to the same page with invalidtoken in the url. so I sent a complaint about the error and the zilch surveys, the response was basically "we can not guarantee surveys" so I sent another complaint and a screenshot of the page I see when I try to do anything on the site, this person was more helpful but no help at all technically since they didnt fix the problem but atleast they attempted to (I guess) needless to say I still never got to navigate the site (not even to see the "rewards" I was missing out on) nor did I ever get one survey, so I opted out (the hard way since I couldnt go to My Account)... from the looks of the reviews its not worth giving a second shot.

I really like Zoom Panel because of their outstanding customer service and because of how quick they send out your prize when you redeem. It does take a while to build up points but most of their surveys are quick and easy and their are a lot of product tests that I have tested for them.
I would rate Zoom Panel as an A
