THEY PAY WELL AND ARE VERY INVOLVING IN THE COMMUNITY, SO MANY FRIENDS TO MAKE THERE.THEY ARE UPFRONT, THEY SURPRISE YOU ONCE A MONTH WITH AN EXTRA 10.00 FOR HONESTY AND LOYALTY. I LOVE THOSE GUYS

Was loving this site to earn some extra cash, even had the privilege of testing products. But recently I had one survey not give me the full reward of points which altogether was £50 for 2 hours of my time. I was so disappointed when I contacted the support and they asked for the invitation email to be forwarded to them which I did and I had no response! I messaged them 4 times for an update and if I can please get a response but I got nothing for the past 2 weeks. I feel like deleting my account now as they wasted my time and also had a scam company use me for free help and opinions. So unfair as it was for an upcoming advert and I'm going to be pissed if they use my ideas yet didn't reward me. What's the point of having a support team when they don't reply or actually help? Is this a scam? By reading the reviews on here I can see I'm not the only one.

I've been part of this panel for almost a year and have never had any issues! Paypal and gift card payments came right on time, surveys were great, and I even had opportunities to test some samples. I've also recommended this site to my friends! Unfortunately, now iSay Ipsos stopped responding completely to my emails and never send me surveys anymore!! It all started when one time an email went to my junk box by complete accident. After changing my email address multiple times, still no response from customer service. I ordered an amazon gift card on April 14th and emailed their team at least 10+ times and NO ONE has responded. This is deeply concerning and I'm very upset by this as I just want the merely $10 that i worked a week to obtain. Please have the common courtesy to respond to your customers and resubmit the rewards they worked so hard to get! This is completely unacceptable

I have been doing surveys for i-say for awhile and while I work thru the glitches they have sometimes I refuse to continue when the payout stops. I have been having trouble getting by my gift certificates for a few months. It started with having to request a resend every time I tried to redeem points to having to request several times to resend this last time was four days ago and I still have not got my gift certificate and no one is getting back to me. I am considering a complaint to our federal agency who is in charge of fraud. Lets see if this is legit.
