Ipsos iSay is an online survey panel where you can participate in surveys and other types of market research to earn points. Points are then exchangeable for your choice of cash transfers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The sign-up process is reasonably quick. Click the ‘Join Now’ button, enter your email address, desired password, name, gender, and date of birth. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address and your phone number to complete your registration. Membership is free and available to adults in most major countries.

Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Once you have just 500 i Say points (worth $5) in your account, you can redeem your points for rewards. Rewards options include (but may vary based on location and availability):

Take a Variety of Surveys Often

You can expect to receive at least one survey per month, though you may receive many more if your profile details match with new surveys as they become available. Although members may experience various levels of success taking surveys on the platform, the site is legit is not a scam by any means. I had an account/membership with ISay for over 2 years. I noticed I stopped receiving emails/survey invites from them so I tried to log into the website and was unable to, got a message saying "incorrect password"? Knowing I had entered the correct password, my only option to access site was to try change password but then I was told my email was invalid, I have had the same email address for over 10 years. I contacted support and was told my account was deactivated because supposedly I marked one of their emails as spam? I never marked any I- Say emails as spam, I never deactivated my account, I never changed my email address or settings. So according to them, I could re-register, but because 45 days had passed, I would lose the 9550 points I had earned. Why would I rejoin a survey group & possibly waste another year or 2 taking surveys to possibly have my account & points earned wiped out. Take my advice.......dont waste your time like I did, too many other survey companies out there that are much more trustworthy!

This is a nice site, but the quality of surveys has dramatically decreased since I started with i-say. The surveys used to be good, but now, about half the time, if you click on them, it says 'survey not available' (or something similar). They also removed the £2 Amazon voucher from rewards, which is annoying. Oh, and the referral link at the bottom of the page doesn't work either.

However, it does pay better than others (for the surveys that do work) and I always receive my Amazon voucher emailed to me in literally about a minute. I have earned more than £60 since I joined, and I like the loyalty scheme (it is a nice surprise to find that £3 worth of credits have been added to your account). You also get 5p, 10p or 25p worth of credits if you are disqualified for a survey; the highest rejection payout I've seen.

I would recommend if you want to join a well paying panel, but be aware that some of the surveys are broken and don't pay.

I'm a member of many survey communities and was dismayed when my account was cancelled with Ipsos without notification and by the time I found out, my life gotten busy lately with work, I was informed it was too late to get my rewards. It only cost me a $5 pay out, but I still find it uncommonly underhanded for a survey company.

Update (04.05.19) They agreed to give me the $5 Payout which I received.

Was a member with them for 3 years. Suddenly stopped receiving surveys after redeeming $50 worth of gift cards. I do not know what is going on with survey sites lately; it seems that this is happening more often than not.

I was just informed that my account was deactivated because their email was sent to my spam box. This absolutely did not happen.
I really did love IPSOS I-SAY and I am so disappointed in their tactics. I have won several large prizes with them and I thought I was a good survey taker. Evidently, there is another unknown reason for this. I'm sorry they thought I was dispensable, but I would not recommend them at all. I would have given them 5 stars a month ago. Something has changed with them. DO NOT JOIN!
