Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

I was getting close to the minimum points needed for a reward then stopped getting surveys. Tried to log in; got a message saying my email was not recognised. Contacted customer service; got a snooty reply saying that the account had been de-activated because one of their emails had been marked as spam by my email provider. Rubbish! No i-say email had been marked as spam; I always check the spam folder and no i-say email was ever diverted there. Talk about a blatantly fake excuse! Do they really expect anyone to accept that, and go off and open another account like the 'customer service' guys order them to? And to top it off, they actually try to give themselves credit for doing something "responsible". The only credit i-say can be given is for sheer b****y nerve!

I have been participating in surveys for a long time and take pride in doing so and providing useful accurate answers. I take a lot from this site and the is the first time I have felt motivated to post what I fear will be viewed as a rant. In the years I have been taking surveys I have never experienced so MANY redundant and repetitive answers.This survey site reminds me of a petulant teenager that keeps asking the same basic question with only a word or two different and continues to do hoping to get the answer them want. If this site was a teenager I would ground them, take their cellphone, tablet and limit TV Time

I've been a member for years, and I do like this panel. Sometimes their screeners are rather long then you screen out, that is really a pain. The survey invites seem to come in waves; you get a lot then not much for a while. But they do pay out, and last year I won some $ in their sweepstakes, definitely worth hanging in there.

this survey site just does not let you take surveys huh they send you through 15 minutes worth of qualifying questions then say we still looking for you a survey it does not take 15 minutes for that.

I'm very surprised with all the negative reviews here regarding i-Say. I've been a member for many years and have never had any problems with this company. They always pay out in a reasonable time and I have received e-certificates sometimes within a few hours after cashing out. Sometimes I have gone through a lengthy preliminary questionnaire only to find out "I didn't qualify" which can be frustrating but this has only happened a few times. One thing I would like is to be able to have to option to do more surveys by going directly to their page instead of waiting for a email from them. Overall this is one of my favorite survey companies!
