Reward Types and Amounts

Earn points by completing surveys. The number of points you will earn varies from survey to survey but is dependent on a number of factors, including survey length. Once you complete a survey, the points will be immediately credited to your account unless stated otherwise.

Where do I start? Great interface, interesting, well structured and entertaining surveys, consistent quality, you still get a few points even if you don't qualify, hassle-free experience, the only downside in my eyes is the long 2 week waiting period for PayPal payouts, but other than that highly recommended, love me some iSay!

I last completed a survey on the 19th of January at which time I had over 7100pts equal to over £50 and my account is now deleted as I can no longer log in. I have just seen the review below and I fear the same has happened to me. You would think someone would at least let you know ?

I started completing surveys hoping to at least cash out on something (in a month or two) or win from the Poll Prediction. I've won nothing. I'm receiving points but not fast enough. It's taking too long, so I've decided to deactivate my account.

Ipsos is the worst survey company in the history of mankind, I’m not kidding! They screen you out usually when you have COMPLETED the 45 minute survey. It takes AGES for customer service to respond and EONS to accumulate enough points for anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I received a survey invitation from Ipsos-I-say yesterday. It was actually a followup survey from a study I participated in 18 months ago. Several of the questions referenced my previous answers. It's funded by 4 universities and the payout for the survey was 3000 pts (or $30). The survey lasted 45 minutes and at the end you had the option to take a bonus survey for another 2000 pts ($20) So I took the entire survey and the bonus which took over an hour. I hit submit and.............you guessed it, it timed out. So I tried the link again and it said that either I had taken the survey already or it has received the necessary number of respondents. I fired off an email explaining the situation. Heard from them very promptly. They said that they reached their quota. If it's truly a follow-up survey wouldn't I have been part of that quota? Anyway they apologized and offered 90 cents for my trouble. Yes 90 CENTS. I've been a panelist since 2011, but closed my account this morning.
