Also known as Synovate Global Opinion Panel. They will continually send you to non-survey type sites, i.e., "buy" and then earn points. Only a couple of actual surveys seemed legitimate. I am VERY leery of doing any business with this company.

This company is cool...I just received a package in the mail to try some new pasta side dishes that are out there...their surveys are sometimes slow to come..but they do offer up some decent rewards & products to test...

I have been with this wonderful company for 4 years. Almost every other survey I get is a product test. I have tested perfumes value at $300 it is not the cheap stuff it is what you get from Macys or Nordstrom, cleaning products, and so much more. The stuff they mail you is worth more then what they pay in points. If you are looking to make fast money then this company is not for you. If you want to test lots of great products then join now.

I have been doing surveys with synovate for years and have never had any problems with them. I sort of enjoy doing the surveys - if you don't like them, it's not worth the money. The pay is horrible. Even pretty lengthy surveys average only around 400-500 points - it takes 1000 points to earn a dollar. The really long ones are 800-900 points. And yes, they do credit you even if you don't qualify, but it's 50 points - or five cents.

This site has now apparently gone into survival mode. I used to do surveys for them despite their mediocre-at-best incentives because they paid timely. Now they scammed me on credit for a product test. When asked about the credit, they told me they had too many surveys to keep track of to find mine. They also are 3 months late on my last payment. As soon as I receive my checks, I'm opting out.

I haven't experienced any problems with them. If you complete all the surveys sent to you, the points add up quick. Checks are sent out in a very timely manner. In addition I've gotten to test may products in my home. I've probably received more checks from them than any of the other survey panels I am a member of.

True, it does take a while to add points to anything significant but I do get a lot of products to test. I've only had a couple of incidents recently to have to contact customer support but it was due to a problem with their upgrades on the website and I was gotten back to with a day or two.

another site I have been a member with for years and have never had a problem with getting my cash out but lately the surveys are not coming like they use to.

Received an invitation to keep a 2 week journal and first promised a fair monetary incentive. After agreeing to do this, I received booklet and an then received an e-mail stating the incentive was 1250 points which amounts to $1.25. Need I say more.

Although I have gotten paid from this site on several occasions, it can take a VERY long time to get your payment. It seems that they have repetitive, long and rather boring surveys for little incentives; I find there are much better sites out there to spend my time on for a more fair and equitable payment scale.

I've been Synovate for about 6 months and have gotten a fair number of surveys that I qualify for -- and even for those that I don't, they pay a nomininal amount (50 pt=$.05) so even the DQ's are a total loss. I like the presentation and even so they don't pay the most, they make me feel good about answering their surveys. Worth a try -- even for a 60+ year old.

Once again, I don't quality after answering all the questions. What's with this? Doesn't a 60 year old with no kids have any opinions?

I answered 25 questions and at the end of the survey they said they had enough people. Then why didn't you close the survey before I answered the questions.

I like Synovate, the surveys are easy and fast and the rewards add up. I also get a lot of home testings products and get rewarded for them.

just try changing your password or sometimes even logging in to the members area it is like taking a rocket science exam--they send tons of surveys, you qualify for few and point build up SLOWLY

I have been with them for a few years. When you are with them for a while you get products to test which is fun. I have always gotten paid so I would recommend them.

I have gotten every cent I earned, except for one phone survey that they are now looking into. I have gotten test products too. I've never had a problem with this site, and am really surprised that people have had trouble with them.

I like Synovate and most definitely recommend it. Not only do I get to do surveys, but I also recieve products to test and do follow up surveys on the product. Some of the products I've tested for them include tomato sauce, cat litter and many other products.

Like others here, I've encountered Synovate's technical difficulties and agree that the points system they use is ridiculously bad. Supposedly, they had increased the points and I just finished a survey worth 6700 points (we'll see).

Still, there's a lot wrong (that said survey was highly repetitive - it's like someone gets cut-and-paste happy when they make surveys), most surveys are for too low points just to get to the $5 level, and they just seem like one of the "old-school" they-way-these-things-were when they first got started.

I do have to say, I qualify for more with this company than I do most, but the incentive system saps much of my desire to even complete the surveys.

Not so horrible that I'm on the verge of quitting them (so far), but not good enough to really recommend someone new getting involved with them at this point.

I take fairly good notes on the survey panels I belong to, and with Synovate, the negative chits have finally added up to an unsubscribe. They almost exclusively rated among the "fake suveys" (ones that steal your opinion and then say you don't qualify), the underpaid surveys, and the time wasted on normal rejections (9 out of 10, vs. about 4 in ten for others-ballpark) Their point sceme is outrageous as well: The clincher: They were taking 25 times as long for my points to add up!!!!!
They really are one of the sneakiest around: having the look and feel of one of the legitimate ones but with constant transgressions. I say steer clear.

The more you involve yourself with Synovate, the more they give you. I've done quite a bit of product testing for them. I would definitely recommend.

This company gives pennies for long completed questionaires. Spending 30 minutes completing a survey for 25 cents is harly worth it. It's almost impossible to cash out with them. This is just as bad as sweepstake survey companies. Such a waste of valuable time.

There's always something wrong with their website, that for one reason or another, doesn't allow information to register. Customer service does however, get back to you in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend Synovate to anyone looking to receive a check, as soon as you're done with the survey!

They have nice surveys and points accrue fast. However, receiving payment from Synovate is another thing. For now, I will stick by them and hope they work out their problems.

I contacted them and they called me back and let me know a few days ago that they were running behind on issuing checks as i requested my 10.00 on November 16, 2007. their phone number is: 1-800-745-4267. so i give them credit at least they called back vs. another place that owes me more than that. there was no indication on how far they are behind or how long it will take. i am going to give them a little more time prior to filing a complaint with the mi attorney general consumer protection division as here their office it could take time, plus they would have 30 days to respond, but each state consumer protection division is different so those who have not got paid may want to try that route.

I won Synovate's $100 sweepstakes and got the check 1 week later :)
