Not enough useful payouts

I've taken plenty of surveys. Some are okay and I am able to complete them. However, their "points" system is disappointing. They do not have cash payouts like to PayPal, and not even iTunes gift cards. Instead, a bunch of useless (to me) things like movie tickets or books that I have no interest in at all. It takes forever to get a decent amount of points in the first place.

Took me 2 years to get enough points to cash in for a "gift". Finally got crank flashlight I keep in my glove compartment.

This site does send surveys and if you don't qualify you do earn 5 points. But the rewards aren't good at all. The only one reward that looks good is a movie ticket. But there is no paypal. They have alot of gifts or buy tickets to win something I probably will never win.
Two panels?

Reading these reviews there appears to be two completely diferent panels. Unfortunately I was part of the bad one - very few surveys, few & poor rewards that I could never qualify for & non existent customer service.
