Good surveys, need better rewards

They do seem to give out surveys quite often for me. About 3-6 surveys a week. My gripe is that the rewards aren't that great since there is no cashout option compared to other panels. The upside is that their Amazon gift card reward is pretty good to get if you shop at amazon.com frequently.

Zoom Panel used to be really good, with lots of cool prizes to choose from. Then they re-did their website and I hated it from that point forward. First off, you have to log in about two or three times just to access the rewards link. Re-logging in each time you go to a new page is really annoying!! And when I clicked on the redeem my points link, the page would always come up with an error, saying to try again later. I tried on different browsers and different computers with no solution. I felt like I was being robbed with no incentive so I cancelled my membership, and until they fix their website and make it easier to use, I won't go back.
Can be a dependable incentive!

I know that their prizes leave much to be desired, but I go for the Amazon gift card and the DVDs. I have been with them for a little over a year and have acquired six DVDs and $175.00 in Amazon gift cards. I can't complain. If I have a problem with a survey, they correct it. My only complaint is that the value of the surveys has dropped.

Here's a clue on how well you're going to like a Survey company: If they flood your inbox with emails instantly you're probably not going to be happy with them. Zoompanel is one of these companies. They suck across all boards. Horrible incentives, poor customer service, 100's of survey emails and low qualifying ratio.

I received a survey invitation from them to fill out a cat feeding diary for a week.As a reward I was promised a £10.00 Amazon voucher.I filled out the diary ,but I DID NOT GET MY PROMISED REWARD,nor a reply to my several emails.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
