Terrible Site

August 4, 2019 by Liam from Canada

$30 cashout is one reason it's bad. The main reason is the first $14 I made was nice and easy, and now whenever I click on a survey it wastes my time for 2 minutes then tells me I am not eligible. Plus cannot cancel emails since when you try to 'unsubscribe' it takes you to a page to cancel your account instead. Terrible site

Dishonest, waste of time

January 6, 2019 by Christian from Canada

Like all the other reviews here say, it takes forever to find a survey you qualify for, and sometimes it takes a lot of questions before you get disqualified. Don't waste your time with this site.

hard work

July 8, 2018 by Dee from Canada

To many surveys to be rejected from. doesn't appreciate all the time required to complete even 4 questions just to be booted out of the survey. not worthy of a reliable survey site. Pretty bad when they get some much info from you and say you do not qualify. :(

Would give zero stars if possible

February 17, 2018 by COLTON from Canada

It took me 3 days to earn 13$...
I stopped after I completed an offer for 2.00$ and never got credited.
1)I completed the offer for Pinecone Research(sign up and complete the first survey)
2)They sent me a "Confirm offer" email saying I had to sign up to another site not affiliated with Pinecone Research to receive my offer. I thought this was strange but I did as they asked.
3)I was never credited. So I opened a support request and even offered to prove I completed the offer. I was told that it could take up to 30 days for me to receive my credit.
4)When I finally received my credit it was for 00.2$ not 2.00$
5)When I went to open a support ticket about this I was locked out of my account. When I requested a new password I was told I was not allowed to request a new one.

So:
-They wont credit your account even if you can prove you completed the offer.
-They'll under pay your account when crediting.
-If you open up a support ticket they tell you to wait 30 days
-If you try to open another one they lock you out of the support center.
0/10 would highly suggest you dont try them at all.

Wasting panelist’s time, taking their data, not cool! :(

February 7, 2018 by Sarah from Canada

I’ve been a member of this panel for over a year now and when I first joined up I was really pleased and I was able to earn my first $30 payout relatively quickly. I got the payout, although it took a little longer than I would’ve liked (it was approximately seven days before the funds going to my PayPal account) but fine still went through.

However, just after President Trump took office I want to say I noticed that this panel changed rather drastically. They’re now expecting their panellists to work on surveys that in some cases are half an hour or even longer and for which the reward is only a quarter!! I’m sorry I just don’t respect that or the fact that they are usually pushing their panelists towards those surveys more so than the ones that do provide an adequate reward for your time.

Our minimum wage in Canada as of January 1, 2018 is going to $14 an hour so how this panel can justify paying their panelists what amounts to like less than 10% of that in some cases is beyond me. I also found that the disqualification rate is very high on this panel I would say that now I’m disqualified for between 75 to 80% of all of the surveys I start, but the disqualification isn’t always immediate. At times they have you answering questions for 10 or even 15 minutes then you’re disqualified after they’ve basically got the information that they needed and then you’re not rewarded which I find very dishonest.

The exception to most of these criticisms is in the peanut lab section of this panel which I find a very high-quality service their rewards are quite fair most of time you have to spend answering questions and I find their disqualification rate is quite low so even if you wanted to join this panel and just do the peanut lab section that’s one option and it’s probably the option that I would most strongly suggest. Otherwise plan on working very hard and getting frustrated.

One last thing that I also feel the need to mention is the fact that with this panel you have to remain active until after you have received your reward. I do find that somewhat unfair. I have cooperated with it it obviously but really speaking why should you have to remain active on the panel to get the money that you’ve already earned?? This doesn’t seem quite right to me, I’ve never liked this aspect of the panel so also something that you should bear in mind if you’re looking to join a panel that this is what they expect. On the flipside of that when you cash out $30 they do give you two dollars towards your next payout. However realistically do not expect to cash out the $30 more than once every 2 to 3 months if you’re lucky.
