This company never provide helpful answer to participants. They clawed back points given to participants' accounts if the survey company or whoever they partnered with refused to pay. And when I completed very lengthy surveys routed by their survey partners WITH their own survey IDs which the survey conductor promised extra incentives to be paid in future with solid proven of success of completion with screenshots, they do not care to follow up for me and they are ready to deny any promised rewards.

Their 'support team' looks like a one man band because every answer is given by a "Dan Lee" and this guy NEVER even address the participant's name. The answer ALWAYS begin with hello (with your email address) as if I am not a human being.

Do not waste time on ANY long survey and ANY survey that promised further rewards from this platform.

They are irresponsible and they are mean to claw back previously credited points if anything happened that is NOT your fault.

The problem is they don't have their originate surveys. They put numerous OTHER market survey companies' surveys on their websites and who in turn MAY NOT be directly working with the underlying survey conductors. It's a chain of chains of routing and rerouting. Anything wrong, they are first to claw back your points. Any further questions to chase up any subsequent PROMISED GUARANTEED additional rewards, they shrugged their shoulders.

Been taking surveys for a while and Prize Rebel is by far the best site and highest paying overall. Also the easiest way to cash out and numerous ways.

I signed up for PRIZE REBEL surveys few months back. They have some of the best surveys available and the questions are very sensible and interesting. Adequate payment is made by them soon after the surveys and finally redeeming is very easy and fast.

It doesn't make any sense how everyone says the site is so wonderful never better best they've ever done . Text me wonder how legit a lot of these reviews actually are something seems very fishy I've been a member for years and they've turned into absolute ridiculous garbage a retracted survey is 5 to 10 points off your quality control score during memorial holiday when I wasn't even doing surveys I was docked 31 points even when I wasn't doing surveys and don't bother talking to the non-existent tech support they will never look into the abuse of survey companies on their site they will always just tell you to not speak to the surveys even when you're not so tech support never ever goes anywhere for anyone surveys are getting incredibly hard to even do anymore and when you take all of the bad factors into account I think it's time for me to find another survey site and leave them again it just is not worth it anymore. I highly recommend you steer clear of this survey site it definitely is not as good as it used to be years ago, don't bother criticizing them on Facebook they will edit or delete you send anything truthful or negative about them....... it has very FEW redeeming qualities left 👎👎👎👎it's pretty much just a waste 🤬of your time!

I love Prize Rebel. There are still some issues but they are being worked out.
