Slow

April 6, 2020 by Fraser from United Kingdom

Takes a long time to reach the minimum threshold for payout. Surveys regularly screen out after several minutes committed to them. Payout arrived within the time frame.

very bad

March 1, 2020 by John from United Kingdom

This one the rewards are so low,, it has taken me 8 years to get 400 quid,, then they suddenly blocked the surveys,, lying about me speeding .. they would not send any evidence and now do not even have the decency to reply . lucky most of their surveys are found on other sites, for a lot more reward money .. so you do not need to use this site at all.

Slow and Unreliable

December 16, 2018 by Charlotte from United Kingdom

Takes a very, very long time to reach minimum cash-out. The survey rewards far too low compared to other sites, and you can go through a lot of questions, unrewarded, before you find one you're even eligible for. As soon as my cheque arrives, I'll be closing my account with this one.

It's "legitimate" in the sense that you do get paid, and would be okay if you were truly desperate for that extra £20, but the time taken to earn the money is unacceptable.

Fixing Spin & Win

November 15, 2018 by Brian from United Kingdom

Inboxpounds have fixed my Spin & Win wheel to lose every time because I earned about 4 to 6 pence a day on it. Their answer to my complaint was "you are not allowed to use it to earn". This is not stated anywhere in their Terms & Conditions and therefore illegal to "fix" the wheel to lose every time. My Spin & Spin title should now be changed to Spin & Lose, I clocked up over a 100 spins in 10 days and every one lost before complaining to them. It is still fixed and still losing. This must be illegal

Deactivated account before paying

November 10, 2018 by Anna from United Kingdom

I signed up to this website a couple of weeks ago and invested a lot of time doing surveys. Today I logged on and my account has been deactivated and the money I have ‘warned’ deleted. They won’t give me a reason other than I have broken terms and conditions which are using more than one computer or having a vpn blocker, neither of which I have done. Coincidence that I was almost at an amount to pay out? A complete waste of time.
