I think it is a safe and cool way to earn some pocket money. Also I didn’t really understand something and Erica from customer service was awesome, fast and friendly at helping me out.. 5 Stars

Do Not Use

September 13, 2018 by David from United Kingdom

I have used Pollpass for over a month, answered questions honestly and used a considerable amount of time.

I eventually has enough credits to cash out but received an email saying I had violated there terms and conditions.

I would advise people to stay away from this site

Concerned about security

September 12, 2018 by Leisa from United States

They're great for having interesting surveys and the messaging style is fun. That said, prepare to reset your password EVERY SINGLE DAY. If you're lucky, you can login multiple times during the day with that day's password but almost guaranteed your password won't work the next day. I gave up but they did pay. I just am uncomfortable with a system that will not retain a password. Why not?!

UPDATE 9/12/18: This site has corrected login issues. Payouts are fast with NO headaches. I only wish it had more questions. It's a really fun way to answer on interesting topics!

Massive waste of time. Stay away from this site

Spent over a month trying to get 5000 credits to get $5 (bearing in mind each answer only gives you 25 points and most of the time they don't even have any questions for you.)

Finally got to 5000 points, hit withdraw and then a day later i get an email telling me my request was rejected and they deleted my account!? Sent an email back asking why and simply got no reply, big waste of time, stay away from this site.

Annoying and didn't pay

August 18, 2018 by Martin from United States

Points accumulation is very slow as the chat is unresponsive or slow.
Cashout was rejected for some reason that didn't make sense. Given that cashout is done manually they could have explained more clearly what the problem was. I just gave up after that.
