Account Closed, ID verification

October 9, 2017 by Joey from United States

I found out about Prizerebel a few days ago after hearing good things about it so I spent my whole day doing surveys and was happy that I earned a good amount on my first day so I decided to cash out. The next day I check my email and it says that my account is closed and they refuse to pay me if I do not give them a clear picture of a government ID. I read their rules and I did not do anything wrong. They should at least tell all members before they cash out their earnings that an ID is required else I would have not wasted my time. A quick warning for everyone before you join this site you will need to upload an ID else they will not pay you. I hope this review is very helpful for those who thought about joining this site but are not comfortable sending in personal documents just to get few bucks. I feels like going to work all day and your boss tells you the next day "Thanks for your work but I decided that I am not going to pay you" support is useless and just copy and pasted the message I got instead of working with me which shows support does not even read the questions you send in. Pretty bad business model to tell you the truth some people are just not comfortable with sending personal stuff. You need to give people a chance to gain trust of your site if a person works all day and later the site wants documents and ID's a big red flag goes in your head saying this must be some deception if you know what I mean.

Update 10/8/2017 I just saw your reply and you are lying as I have a direct connection from my modem to my computer and I am not using any proxies. The proof is that the survey providers have strong protection against such things and would not have let me taken the surveys in the first place and would have immediately had me blocked and not have let me even enter the survey in the first place. Next I have been a member of several panels over the years and never been accused of using proxies since I know they are against the rules, I have no clue what kind of system your site is using but for sure its giving a false positive since I am using a direct connection from the modem and made sure nothing is running on my computer that might label it. If I were you I would update it and work with your provider to make sure its not giving any false positives and labeling it as a proxy as a mistake before making any accusations as not all systems are 100% perfect.

Hi Joey,

We only ID check less than 0.1% of our users and this is part of our standard security & fraud checking process. Your account was flagged as you were logging in through a proxy. As mentioned in our email, you can black out certain personal information on the ID. As soon as you are verified, your reward payment will be released. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
the worst ever

August 31, 2017 by Kara from United States

For all that claim this is the most awesome website they have just joined or found a way to keep being credited. i joined and things were going amazing, they allow you to get credit at first then bam! it all stops? ever wonder why when you first joined the surveys were crediting properly and every offer you did was credited also? all to draw in to staying then all of a sudden nothing works but the like icon on facebook and immediately you get a thumbs up from prize rebel. Oh and dont dare say anything or complain about a problem, they block you as they did me but yet they kept my account open cause they were still making money off me and others because we get paid and so does prize rebel. This time i sent in a ticket explaining everything and they said could you "expand" your comment so i said could you please look at my ticket, Guess what , they closed my ticket without answering. this is the worst thing i have ever done in my life next to meeting my ex alcoholic boyfriend who is now named ex for a reason. People please stay away from this site, it will get you so bad and frustrate you yet you will come back everyday or so thinking it will get better after another and it doesnt Gracefully I had enough and decided to close my account . Never been so happy to be divorced. Good riddance.

Horrible!!!!

August 5, 2017 by Timothy from United States

After doing 4 surveys and only getting paid for 1, and watching the Engage Me Videos which was supposed to be 3 ads for $0.55. Wound up watching 35 minutes worth of videos. Nothing. I was done being lied to and cheated after 2 days.

Too bad 0.5 Stars out of 5 is the lowest the rating on this site goes. They deserve much, much lower.

I guess it must be nice to hook people in get them to do surveys for you for FREE. Then have them unsubscribe for not being paid. They get to pocket that money for nothing.

I apologize that you encountered a technical problem with our videos provider. I can assure you that we payout on all surveys that our members complete, in some instances there may be a delay as your survey answers need to be verified. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support team.
Worst site out there

December 24, 2016 by Jennifer from United States

They have non-existent customer service and allow the survey companies on their site to not pay out. They will not help you at all even if you have proof you have completed surveys. Majority of stuff does not credit and again they do nothing to help you. They do not care about the people that use this site. Your better off using something else to make a few dollars.

Non crediting and rude

August 8, 2016 by henry from United States

I want to give this website a good review, i really do, i was able to cashout 10 dollars on the website relatively quick however when i contacted support about 2 non crediting surveys that i completed even providing links and screenshots, i was rudely told off and even threatened to ban my account. I'm sorry, you don't pay me for doing surveys and when i ask about it you threaten to ban? No thank you.
