Opinion Outpost, OpinionWorld

SurveySpot permanently shut down on June 30, 2019. Opinion World and Opinion Outpost continue to operate.

SurveySpot was launched back in the year 2000, by the market research powerhouse, Survey Sampling International (now known as Dynata). Take online surveys for great rewards and chances to win sweepstakes.

Rewards

SurveySpot offers 4 different types of rewards for your participation. You can cash out with PayPal, or elect to request iTunes vouchers, Amazon vouchers, or Air Miles! Start cashing out once you have earned as little as $5 in points ($10 for PayPal requests).

New Member Cash Draw

New members automatically receive an entry into the $10,000 quarterly cash sweepstakes draw. Additional entries are awarded each time a survey is successfully completed. The more surveys you take, the better chance you have of winning!

Unfortunately, SurveySpot is no longer operational. Click the button to discover survey panels that are running and are actively looking for new members!

SurveySpot Instant Win Game

All online surveys offer an instant win play where you can play a slot machine or scratch card game with a chance to win additional prizes.

Survey Details

The time it takes to complete an online survey will vary, however most surveys offered by SurveySpot take between 10-15 minutes to complete. Most surveys are rewarded within the range of 50 to 100 points, depending on their length and complexity.

Eligibility: SurveySpot is open to USA residents only.

So many "you don't qualifies"!

September 17, 2010 by Brooks from United States

I'll begin by saying SurveySpot is a perfectly legitimate survey panel. They do send out your checks in a fairly timely manner.

However, I've spent 10 or 15 minutes on selected surveys only to be then told I do not qualify. I believe this is fraudulent on the part of SurveySpot.

I did contact their customer support and asked to be paid for my work and did end up getting paid- but it's a hassle.

Also, they have an almost annoying amount of surveys that offer no cash compensation- and a few times it seems they bait you with a tempting survey that promises $5 and then it's closed or I didn't qualify.

In summation, you can make some extra spending money reliably with SurveySpot- but I can't FULLY recommend them because of the 6 or more times I contacted them to complain about surveys.

I don't get it!

September 17, 2010 by Janice from United States

So, I have been taking surveys now for 3-4 months, and this survey site is by far my least favorite! In fact, I don't get why it is so far up on the ratings list! I get tons of invites per day, and all they are for are sweepstakes entries. Also, the one survey I did take (for $1) had an error at the end and they never responded to my email about it. Unfortunately, I didn't know that surveypolice existed at the time (over a month ago), so I didn't save any of the pertinent information in order to file a complaint. I am not impressed with this survey site!!!

Rewards no more should be their name

September 17, 2010 by Sandra from United States

Don't know how anyone can give these guys a high rating. When I first started with Survey Spot several years ago, the rewards were $1 here, $5 there, and sometimes even more. Then they decided to change the way they were doing things and started with the sweepstakes crap. After that, all I ever saw was "enter for a chance to win". If there was one that offered a cash reward, I either didn't qualify or they had all they needed. And that was usually as soon as I got the email from them. I finally got tired of messing with them and just stopped doing any. They stopped sending me any after a while.

NO QUALIFY

I agree with Sandra this use to be a good site, now all you get is a chance at a sweeps(which I dont give valuable info for free)and the others you wont Qualify for.Its a shame this use to be a good one.

Tons of Surveys

September 17, 2010 by Glen from United States

Surveyspot emails at least one survey a day at the very minimum, but at the end of the survey it allows you to take more. They are not all for money, but every survey gives you different amounts of raffle tickets to win gift cards. I've been a member for less than a month and already cashed a check for $25. Most surveys that are for money are for 3 or 5 dollars, but you can request a check when you totaled more than $5 which is much lower than other sites. One must check their email quickly though because their quota is met very quickly.
