Its been 4 weeks and still waiting for my reward.
I've sent to 2 emails and nobody from wdyt gets back to me.
I don't think I'll be doing anymore of their surveys.

I joined WDYT a few months ago and got a lot of surveys to do. They do not pay much but I was building up the points and getting close to a redeemable amount when I was stopped from doing any surveys whatsoever.
I get bombarded with emails to do the surveys but when I try to do any of them I get a page with sample cube up the top and nothing else.
I have sent two emails and gotten a generic reply and nothing else.
I am getting 30 to 40 emails a day to do their surveys and cannot do them and they do not reply to my emails.

I had some issues with getting paid my redemption. I contacted support several times via their email and contact form (as the issue dragged on for several weeks), and my requests were not replied to. Out of frustration I sent a message via Facebook and the staff were prompt, courteous and quickly sorted out the issue. I wish that support had responded, however the service that I received through Facebook was commendable. I will continue to be a WDYT member and as a survey company, they have my endorsement.
