I have been on 5 surveys as a new comer for months
They screenout a lot and when it got to a point I was able to get up to 4 surveys after verifying my number they started screenout again and this is my first time yet I have not been able to qualify for surveys

My completion meter showed I had to complete 10, not 5 surveys. Blatantly misleading app. Their response roughly -well over 100k users don't have a problem with the app. It felt like a real job going there. Not a keeper

After the 3rd survey they start making it incredibly difficult to qualify for anything. There are regular bugs such as thank you pages that don't redirect you back to 5 surveys meaning you don't get credit. There are tons of surveys that after 30 minutes end on an error page when you reach completion. Customer service does not exist, the origins of the company are unknown, the owner of the company is unknown. They have a subreddit they run that at one time was completely reset before a large scale marketing blitz on YouTube. It's difficult to find anything concrete about this company. Honestly I think they should be audited by the IRS and investigated by authorities for data theft.

Don't Waste your valuable Time

My experience with FiveSurveys has been very disappointing. I recently started using the website/app, completed several surveys, and even downloaded and played the game Tetris Block Party based on the rewards they advertised.

For the game: I reached Episode 28 and had already completed Episode 25 over a week ago. Their site clearly stated that finishing Episode 25 would earn $6.80 CAD. I waited patiently, then contacted their support team, only to be told that no reward would be given because the offer “was not tracked by their partner.” This feels misleading and unfair, as I followed the instructions exactly.

For the surveys: They claim that completing 5 surveys will earn $5 CAD. However, despite answering countless questions and even finishing some surveys, I was repeatedly “screened out” at the end. This meant none of my time or effort counted toward the reward.

Overall, I feel misled by both the game developer and FiveSurveys. I’m sharing this so others don’t waste their time expecting rewards that never arrive.

I truly hope any company should start delivering on the promises it makes, especially in creating real value for users and the wider community. Trust is built when actions match words, and right now that trust feels broken.
