This is absolutely not a legitimate survey site. They lure you in with taking 5 surveys for 5 dollars. You qualify for the first survey with no issues. Then you click tons and tons of their surveys wasting your time. 99% of the ones I attempted to take had me enter personal information with the survey lasting at least 10 minutes. Then when they have accessed your personal information for free you all of the sudden “don’t qualify for the survey”. Let me add that in order to go through this process they will congratulate you for qualifying to take the survey at the beginning. Then at the end you all of the sudden don’t qualify. I would also encourage people if you make the mistake of trying 5 surveys to not click “accepting cookies, terms of service” without thoroughly reading them. Most will say that you are giving them permission to see and store your “sensitive data and information”. It’s always hidden in the legal mumbo jumbo and it never explains what data they will actually obtain. I have deleted my account.

I have been using 5 surveys since last year, and I want to say that it is the best survey app in my opinion, good customer service, instant payout and easy surveys.

I downloaded the app for the first time, and I've gotten to 3 out of 5 surveys accomplished no problems; now that I only have 2 left to complete before I get to cash out my FIRST $5, every survey (I've taken over 15-20 at this point) is timing me out or disqualifying me right at the end so I do not get credit for taking a survey. It's almost as if it's deliberate at this point. But again, this is just my experience with this survey app/process.

I started these surveys about 4 weeks ago, skeptical about the enormous income I could expect. I was right there: most surveys are either full or don't want me (maybe because I'm 82) or screen me out and maybe give me 1 point, but there are some that feed me questions for 20 minutes and then just terminate. Today at last I got my first Payout which was £10.88 and clearly not worth about at least 40 hours online.

Perhaps I should pay attention to the names attached to the surveys, but frankly I'm not interested enough - and unfortunately I can't name the worst. I have a few pet hates: notably the one which says the questions will be about word associations, then produces a non-existent word and asks whether I know its meaning, then asks something like "can you name all the local mayors in the last 100 years" or such nonsense, then screens me out. And when I got my Payout I was shocked that the spare points disappeared immediately so my last 5 hours online count for nothing. My final objection is to surveys where screens provide no space to enter a response to some questions.

My suggestion would be that members' standard details (age, gender, locality) are provided to the survey before it reaches us so that we don't have to waste so much time repeating them. Failing that, I see no prospect that I'll be on here much longer.
