security risk?

I don't know why, but my Symantec is suddenly blocking Hotspex. I clicked to see what the risk was and it idicated a virus. I don't know what's up, but there are too many survey companies out there for me to risk it.

It is funny but very poor incentives

No customer service or support! No Surveys?!

I really do not know what has happened to this panel, as they use to be an excellent and well run company. Now after months of no surveys and no replies from their customer service department, I can only conclude that something is terribly wrong with this company.
