most of the surveys listed you can take

April 17, 2020 by Raquel from United States

Low paying- high payout- long wait and worst of all you can be at the end of the survey and be kick out- if you complain they send you a form letter that say they can kick you out at anytime.

Great Site

April 1, 2020 by mary from United States

This is a terrific site. I have been with them for a very long time. They have lots of different surveys to take, if you don't qualify for one you will get to "spin and win". Granted, you don't always win something, but I have won both 1 and 5 bucks a few times!

Terrible business decision

March 20, 2020 by Gina from United States

I was a member of Inboxdollars for close to a year. I visited the site every single day, often multiple times per day. I answered hundreds, maybe thousands, of questions in that time frame. I was rejected from many, many studies, sometimes after going through 15+ minute screeners (which, by the way, is not the fault of Inboxdollars but of the market research firms who write the questionnaires). I was told a questionnaire would take 10 minutes and it took 30. I completed questionnaires and then not had my account credited properly, or at all. I was often rejected outright the moment I clicked on surveys, especially higher-paying surveys, without being given a chance to even reach the screener. In short, I experienced an incredible number of shortcomings of the site.

Despite these issues, I continued to come back. I enrolled in a few offers through the site, giving the site a kickback. I printed and used coupons. I turned off my ad blocker to watch videos and play games, and so have earned the site money from ad views. My completed surveys earned the site a substantial amount, as well. Over the course of 9-10 months or so, I managed to earn more than $100, which for the amount of time and work involved is ridiculous, but what the heck. I stayed away from the really outrageously exploitative things like a 55-minute survey that paid 25 cents, and I figured it was extra money so why not. I took this money in 2 payments, and the moment I cashed out the second payment I found I was no longer able to take surveys on this site. All that's available to me are things that pay only in Scratch and Win so I might earn a few pennies every other day.

I cannot for the life of me understand the business decision involved in cutting off a person like me, who was clearly committed for the long term and willing to put in the time and effort of turning off the ad blocker and spending hours on the site playing games and completing surveys. I have *surely* earned the site much, much more than they have paid me. And yet instead of encouraging me to keep earning money for them, they decide to cut me off. This is craziness.

My advice to the newbs is: don't bother. You are not respected or valued by this company, and while you may earn a few bucks, you are earning them far more than you will ever see and they aren't even thankful for it.

Declining

March 16, 2020 by Ashe from United States

My very first survey site! I have a lot of nostalgic feelings toward InboxDollars. I loved playing the Solitaire game before it stopped working on my browser, the coupons are great, and there's so much stuff to check out!

However, I'm a fast reader (note, not a "skim reader", I do absorb what I read, I just read quickly) and somewhere along the way that got me flagged as "speeding through surveys", so now it's almost impossible for me to do surveys anymore. I keep dead-ending into Gauge.com after a few demographic questions. Oh well, I'm hard to get rid of, so maybe eventually I can do surveys again with InboxDollars. Until then, I guess I'll get a dollar off some gummies for the kids.

Fun while it lasted

February 20, 2020 by CURTIS from United States

I would say inbox was my go to for awhile. I cashed out a few times, then I was faced with the W-9 block. They wanted a W-9, filled it out and my account was suspended within a few hours, wiping out a decent balance, after complaining and finding out what was going on they wanted more info( drivers license), then they put my account back on. Into 2020, did well and again the W-9 BS, I sent in the new one and they didn't process it, contact chat again and complain (mistake). They asked for me to send it again and I did, removed the W-9 block on the cash out but now no more surveys. I waited to complain this time as I didn't want to lose the cash out.
They play games, after complaining about the surveys they blame the survey panels, thats BS, I had a high score on your-surveys, the timing of the problems is undeniable with the W-9. You do too well, they punish you.
I haven't even addressed how many times I was cheated out of incentives after fully completing surveys or going 50-75 percent or more through a survey then getting booted, and they wonder why people speed through surveys?
