transaction fee. invalid surveys

August 4, 2013 by Christian from Germany

Some weeks after my order of paypal payment I got the message that 3% will be deducted as a fee. I did not know that before.
I got a survey 3 times which included installation of an app on mobile. each time the amont was cancelled weeks later. I fullfilled the task completely and can exclude that i did anything wrong. also I did not answer questions in a rush because i understand that its not accepted. Sometimes I get the feeling that they mark surveys as invalid just to save money. If you ask them, they feel not responsible, its their "partners" and this would just mean that u did not meet mean the criteria. strange after a 30-60 minutes lasting survey and the promise

The Last Straw!

July 31, 2012 by Laura from United States

Now I'm not too upset when survey firms disqualify me after a minute or two, but i think disqualified me after 30 minutes! I actually gave them all the information they needed and they don't want to pay. Communication with their survey support team is pathetic. I was just this short of being called a "liar" by the Rep. And it's not the first time it has happened - you have to fight for every penny here, and it isn't worth it - they pretty much scam you. There are much better sites than this one - don't waste your time!

Very slow award approval process

This site is clearly linked with Surveyhead. I completed surveys as long ago as December 2011 and they are STILL pending their approval. Once approved it can take several months more to receive payment.

So Far So Good

I have recently received a payment(via PayPal) from ithink for $25 USD. As compared to Opinion Outpost and other survey websites, the process to get paid takes entirely too long. When you successfully complete a survey, YOUR money is put into a "pending" status. Once $25 of YOUR money changes status from a 'pending' status to a "earned" status, you can request the "redemption" of YOUR money. After several weeks(how many I don't recall), YOUR money will hit your PayPal account. This site is not for people who need instant gratification. For now, I will continue participating at ithink. By the way, Survey Monkey's website is a clone of ithink, but SM has a lower payout threshold. Some of the same surveys appear on both website. I learned this when SM's software informed me I already completed a survey which appeared virgin to me-one of thoughs aha moments.

Have upgraded their site for better

I have had very good experiences with this panel. I joined July 1, 2011 and to date, have earned $75 in amazon gift certificates. I figure I am averaging about $25 per month. Most surveys are $1 or $2, a few are 3.4 or even 5 and are about 20 minutes each. There have been glitches where I've done a survey and not gotten credit. Oh well. I check the dashboard everyday and once in a while get a separate email request. If you have to email customer service, don't expect a reply for one to two weeks and don't expect them to directly answer your question. Foreigners? They are legit. Worth the time.
