They say I have to get to 25.00 by tomorrow to get my $$. I have a little over 17.00. If they are the ones closing down they should have the decency of sending what I have earned so far instead on stealing it from me by keeping !!! I find that to be extremely unprofessional as it's not my fault they are closing down and did not provide enough surveys to get to the 25.00 mark. Do NOT join these people if they ever decide to open up for business again!!!!

I have been with them a while, never had a problem until today! I cashed out $50 on 11/12/14, still not paid, I can log into the site, but when I try to do a survey, it goes to a page with a list of JD power companies, and says Domain for sale. When you log in, on top in your browser it says Jdpower.com, but when you click a survey it says JD Power .net, so not sure if they are down for good, or got hacked!! Is anyone else having this problem?

After spending a LOT of time doing their surveys, they started playing games and claim to void surveys only AFTER payment was due. Then, as they locked me out - for no reason other than "we can do this if we want - read the terms and conditions" - my only way to get payment was with useless $10 gift certificates for ShoeBuy.com which has the most expensive footwear online - so it was both useless and a waste of time and energy. Far too many of these sites will never articulate what it is that they are doing when they cancel you out- except it always happens when you want to get paid - months after you did the work. It is sleazy and unethical, BUT they get away with it by saying it's in their T&Cs!

Thanks to everyone who said you might need to send a reminder. When I did, I got my reward the next day. Yes, you do have to wait till the "pendings" (till their clients pay them) & they tell you it will be about 4 weeks, but after the "pendings" cleared & I waited the 4 weeks & sent a reminder, they came through as stated. I don't mind waiting the period that is stated; but I have a major problem waiting any longer than what they promise. They get 4 stars for paying as they claimed.

I was a member of their panel a few years ago. It was a nightmare. Here are some of their attributes: Their surveys are mind-numbingly boring, repetitive and suck the energy out of you; which would often cause me to take a break and rest, I kid you not! Also, I found even without a break to rest, the surveys usually take a lot longer to complete than stated, making you work for less than peanuts. Well, I quit the panel and was free! However, from time to time, they sneak into my life by having other panels host their surveys. I just did a survey for MyView, that routed me to a JD Power survey. I had a bad feeling, but went on with it anyway, and ended up overworked, underpaid and bored to tears. Big surprise. It's too long to describe in this review so you can go to my forum entry about it... In the meantime, avoid this panel like a zombie plague!
