LiveTribe has multiple ways to gain points or win prizes beyond just filling out surveys. These include:

Extensive Reward Offerings

With LiveTribe, members can choose a reward that suits them most out of a large variety of options. Rewards include e-vouchers for Amazon, DealsDirect, Flight Centre, iTunes, Woolworths, and others, or you can choose to receive your rewards as cash via PayPal or EFTPOS money cards. Receiving rewards take anywhere between 5 days to 8 weeks, depending on the reward you have chosen. Note that some rewards carry extra costs for LiveTribe and extra points will be deducted to cover this. An example would be EFTPOS vouchers.

LiveTribe Points and Conversions

The reward conversion is 740 points for $1.00. Most surveys taken pay between 700 to 1,100 points, however some special surveys can pay as high as 4,000 points! The minimum payout is $10 or 7,400 points and rewards normally take 15 to 30 days to be processed and delivered. There are some exceptions, such as PayPal deposits which start at a minimum of $25.

Instead of using your points to collect rewards, consider using them towards a local community cause! LiveTribe believes it is important to combine research with charity activities, and as a result, thousands of points each year are donated to great causes. Each month there is a rotating charity that has a local community issue focus.

Share the fun of LiveTribe with your friends and get rewarded. Each time you successfully refer a friend and they complete three surveys, you will be awarded 1,000 bonus points.

I have been a member of Live Tribe for more than 2 years.. They are not entertaining reward redemptions now; they need you just to do their surveys forever. I claimed a reward and waited 2 months, then my reward was not honored. So I sent many emails to their Customer support, the only way to communicate with them, but got no response. You can do only one thing: frequently send request emails, and at last, frustratingly, quit this survey site. For a minimum reward redemption of a $20 GiftPay voucher, each member should complete a minimum of 20–25 surveys, and for $50 in PayPal and almost 50 surveys, I think this company is still running on this strategy: maximum use of members for their surveys until they claim any reward and nicely ignore them; move on to new members. as most of their surveys were started many years ago and are periodic, running each year in a particular time period.

After joining this survey site through a third party website I found they don't pay their members reasonable amount for the effort they put on surveys and reward payment threshold time is 8 weeks! and after this time period also many are waiting without any information from this company actually when they do payment. So unsubscribed from this site but still I am getting their rubbish survey requests.

I've been a member with them for many years and it was ok at first but now they are rejecting my rewards redemption with out any reason; may be because of company's financial crisis. I made a $50 Paypal redemption and it was not credited even I waited 8 weeks of maximum waiting period. I mailed their help desk 3 times. Instead of replying to my mails or crediting my Paypal account they directly cancelled my claim and reinstated my points. I questioned this act but as usual no reply. My recommendation is, if you already have points for a minimum redemption or if you have done many surveys then further do surveys only for accrue points for minimum redemption and redeem your points.If they don't send you reward within 8 weeks just keep away from them. Many other reliable and honest survey sites those value their members time and effort and credit rewards within a promised time period without any fail.

I think livetribe stopped paying their members claims. I am still waiting for almost 10 weeks back redeemed $50 PayPal cash credit. I mailed to their help desk 3 times but no response yet. This is not acceptable. It took me more than 6 months to earn points for this first redemption. Before doing more surveys from them claim as much points you can and see the reward reach you at least within the promised long waiting period. If not, better just keep away from this survey site. Also always website issues & maintenance work stop you from accessing members dashboard and claim reward. Many other legitimate survey sites offering fair price for your valuable time and no need to wait more than couple of hours or maximum a week to reach you the reward.

They used me up, then didn't honour my redemption and now refuse to respond to emails. Absolutely disgraceful performance and not worth anyone's support.
