They blocked my account for no convincing reason. They told me that you have multiple accounts and that I violated the site policy, even though I did not do that. I provided honest answers while answering the questionnaires and I only had one account. I was disappointed in them because they do not respect their members.

Was trying to redeem my points for Paypal and it kept bouncing it back. Trying to contact the customer service but no response received. Also, it's very hard to get qualified for an surveys. Either it will say survey is already attempted or it just disqualify you after a view questions.
Update: They gave a fake concern and asked me to contact them, and I did. The answer I got is the usual BS, your account is flagged because inconsistency, blah, blah, blah.
Off to the spam folder you go. I wish I can give this site negative 10 stars.

I completed a music survey and was not paid years ago and there was an issue with survey police and not being able to leave a review back then. Funny enough I find the Survey Police reply today and remember this particular instance vividly. I am glad I can now leave a review thanks to proper customer service unlike Opinion Champ.

They sent me an email saying there was an issue with my payment due to my paypal not being verified. This was a BOLD FACE LIE! I responded to the email with all the proper screenshots to prove otherwise and was flat out ghosted. Never got a response from them no matter what avenue I attempted nor any payment. I have avoided any and every survey I have seen from ever since and have not encountered another instance of a survey company giving me any issues over a high paying survey/study.

I did send another email again, regarding my redemption requests being refunded back to my account, which has a total of $14.75. I go by a different name on here, but my first name is "Marie," and don't know if customer service will find the email I sent yesterday, after the stated to do so in their reply to my comment on here.

I have been getting 20+ surveys everyday when I check in today I got 31 and only 2 I could do, sent a message to Customer service and got NO RESPONSE, What gives it takes time to go thru all those everyday for nothing

Update: July 5th 32, today 36 and only 2 were doable come FIX IT !!
