Get Rewarded for Short and Long Surveys

Credits received depends on the length of the survey completed. Shorter surveys, which usually take around 5-8 minutes, are rewarded with 500 credits. Longer surveys, which take usually around 30 minutes to complete, will be compensated with up to 3000 credits! 3000 credits are equivalent to 5 GBP or $7 US. Remember to fill out surveys as soon as you receive it, or within 3-14 days of receiving the invite. Surveys can fill up fast, so Opinion Now recommends responding to the survey once you receive the invite.

Choose from PayPal or Online Vouchers

Once you have collected enough credits, you may choose to have your balance transferred directly into your PayPal account or redeemed towards a variety of online vouchers!. Minimum payout varies by country, but to find your minimum redemption balance, click on the "credits" tab in your personal account. Payouts will be sent the following Friday following your request.

Commitment to Privacy

Opinion Now adheres to a high standard of privacy in regards to all of its research activities. Answers from both online surveys and interviews are not analyzed in conjunction with your name or address. Research findings are analyzed in aggregate form to ensure privacy to each participant involved.

I have been a member of OpinionNow for many years, but recently I have tried to log in to my account only for a pop up to appear saying that I have entered the incorrect credentials. I clicked on the forgotten password link which sent an email to my registered email address asking to reset my password. I have completed this process 3 times but I still get told the details are wrong. I have tried contacting OpinionNow on 3 occasions via their webpage but have not received any responses to my messages. I am still receiving email invites to complete surveys though. I have points accumulated on my account but can't access my account to redeem them as I want to leave but don't want to lose the points. Their customer service (or lack of) is terrible. They don't even reply!

Another update - It used to be 4 stars for me because I never had problems with them, until I discovered that this site must be run by robots who couldn't care less.

One surveys wasted my time, it was stuck. For the first time, I contacted customer service but I NEVER received a reply, not even to my following reminders.
Then, one day I noticed some 'unknown' points credited to my account, still not explanation.

Previously, although slow and difficult to qualify, it worked for me as Paypal & low threshold redemption are very good incentives.
Pity that their new points system (as opposed to pay each single survey as it used to be) forces you to always have left over points in your account (6000 points = £4,20).

Good are that they may reward 10p if you dnq. No paypal fee (unlike other panels operated by eg.Cint, which is really unfair). Also payments are fast. Points per survey varies but eg.UK 1000 = £0.70

However, since discovering the complete lack of customer service, I cannot yet push myself to continue (as I have some points), because I don't like to be taken for a ride.

I'm also getting a problem trying to cash out my 7000 + points. I get a message like everyone else and I've had no response to my emails. Also, sometimes the website is in German, which I can read but it's supposed to be the English site!

I have emailed numerous times without response so I have now closed my panel account!

This site is one of the best at the moment with low cashout thresholds or £4. I can cashout after only a week of so of taking surveys. Even if I don"t qualify for a survey they quickly direct to another which is accepted.

I have reached their minimum payout which is 5000 credits for $6 PayPal and when I tried to cash out, all I get is this message:
Your account balance is 6070 credits.
You do not have enough credits for chosen products.
Please check your selection! Your PayPal payment limit is reached.
daily limit: euro
opinionnow.com: 6 USD via PayPal transfer payout: 28.450,00 euro

This has happen to other reviewers as well so I suggest no one to do their surveys until further notice.
