Okay, to be fair, I got 2 payouts from them, each taking longer than the last. Now, I'm stuck at 6 days pending on 1-4 day payout. I got that nervous feeling we survey takers get when we think we're about to get screwed and I wasn't wrong. I don't mind a couple of extra days. However, when customer svc hits me up asking for info and screenshots and doesn't even read the message-I just don't have a good feeling about it. Nothing has been done and I'm not sure there will be.

UPDATE: After bugging them, they issues a payment. It was supposed to be 12.50 but they paid 12.25. It wasn't because of fees because they don't assess those as they are factored into the cashout levels. I deleted the apps because I've read some terrible things for others and mine seems to be going a bit downhill.

Completed 4 hour survey almost a month ago and no incentive in sight. Reached out multiple times and gotten no reply! BEWARE!!!

I'm so disappointed by this service.
just wasting my time.
after 3 months from now and I still not received my incentive.
don't waste your time on this website is a wasting of time.
bad support there is no response from them.
and don't join the music survey. you will never get your money.
I'm waiting to get my money for a long time.
really wasting of time.

I took a music survey at the end of August, and it took me over two hours and I am supposed to get 40 dollars for it. I have not received my money yet, and am getting frustrated. You know, some people need money to supplement their income and do surveys to do this! They do not answer Emails and their website is not user friendly at all. I'd really like to get paid for the work I did. I won't be doing anything else for them unless I get the money i earned. This is SO wrong. I will gladly change my review if they pay me and soon. I would not join this site.

update...10/23...still no payment and written them again! I don't really expect an answer at this point but I am so angry at how unprofessional they are.
Really, do not join this site.

Update 10/25... Leaving my first reviews as a point I guess. I raised it from 1 to 4.5 stars...I received a response to my email yesterday. The problem was, they did end me an email stating they couldnt deposit the money (weeks ago), because I did not have a paypal.me account, which is not the same as just paypal... I never received the mail or saw it for some reason, but they did send me a copy that it WAS sent. I was not aware I needed a paypal.me account so this was a miscommunication, no harm done. I received my payment for the music survey today and promptly. Cant review anything else because I only took this one survey, but I can say they do pay and everything worked out. Thank you. Disregard my earlier reviews.. again, I left them to show that it's easy to jump the gun and make assumptions.

8/21/18 Same thing going on, took music survey in July, over two hours long and here it is end of august and no payment. They really need to fix the timeframe of when you get paid if its going to be delayed, send out notices or something.
